The Programmes Team in the Delivery Directorate oversees various programmes - delivered with and through members - across sport, employability, mental health, and culture, underpinned by youth involvement. You'll design, deliver and evaluate programmes that provide young people opportunities to improve their skills and qualities, boost their confidence and resilience and develop leadership skills through practical action. 

What you will be doing

The Delivery Officer (Good for Girls) will deliver the programme's day-to-day operations and the broader mental health offer to London Youth members. You will deliver Good for Girls, a youth club-based mental health and well-being programme. You will support 10 youth organisations to engage young people in the programme, which enables young women and girls to participate in regular well-being activities and training for young Londoners.

Lead the delivery of the Good for Girls programme 

• Coordinate Good for Girls to meet key delivery targets, secure the target recruitment of member organisations, youth workers and young people, and oversee the onboarding process. 
• Coordinate Peer Mentors to undertake training and to then support delivery of the programme. 
• Work with internal colleagues to ensure organisations participating in our programmes receive a quality experience, such as completing due diligence. 
• Working closely with your manager, monitor day-to-day expenditure. 

Partner with our member youth organisations mental health delivery partners

• Foster relationships with 10 youth organisations, providing ongoing support throughout all phases of the programmes to ensure successful, flexible, and high-quality delivery is developed collaboratively. 
• Coordinate opportunities and key programme events for young people, such as peer mentor training and pitch events. 
• Coordinate opportunities and key programme events for youth practitioners, such as Induction Sessions, Focus Groups, and Networks, ensuring delivery is of excellent quality. 
• Strengthen, maintain and develop key relationships with organisations delivering on the programme together with youth organisations and ensure schedules are aligned for delivery. 
• Provide youth organisations and young people with meaningful new opportunities by brokering opportunities with external partners and generating a quarterly newsletter. 
• Deliver with partner organisations on one-off and ad-hoc projects to provide quality opportunities. 

Programme monitoring and evaluation 

• Collect process and impact data as required in line with the programme's MEL framework. 
• Gather evaluation and case studies from young people taking part in the project for programme improvement, reporting and media use. 
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date Upshot records and Salesforce interactions with member clubs and youth workers on the programme. 
• Adhere and feed into both external reports and meetings with funders, and internal quarterly reporting timescales, and support with any funding bids or pitches as required. 
• Work with Communications to ensure impact reports are shared externally to showcase successes. 

Sustainability and development of London Youth's Programme Offer 

• Work closely with London Youth's fundraising team to support future funding bids and to coordinate corporate volunteering opportunities where possible. 
• Ensure these opportunities work well for youth organisations on the programme and offer value for members and young people, as well as the volunteers themselves. 

Support of directorate, organisation & sector 

• Be an active member of the Delivery team and the broader organisation, including supporting colleagues and sharing best practices. 
• Feed into wider Delivery directorate and organisation to build a strong and dynamic offer supporting young people and members across London. 
• Represent London Youth internally and externally at relevant networks and events to share and learn with others from the youth sector.

ILPA is a charity and professional membership body working to improve immigration, asylum and nationality law. Our training programme is a core part of our work and one of our largest income streams. We are recruiting a Training Manager to run this programme end to end. Key Responsibilities

Programme planning and development

The Finance Manager will play a crucial role for the organisation, with responsibility for the charity’s finance function including day-to-day management and book-keeping as well as providing strategic support for the CEO. You will produce quarterly management reports in line with YCAT’s reporting framework, create project budgets and reports for funders, prepare the annual statutory financial statements and lead the relationship with the charity’s external auditors.

This role requires practical, hands-on experience of delivering the wide range of finance and accounting services required by a small business or charity; an excellent understanding of Accounting Principles; a knowledge of charity SORP and charity statutory accounting are highly desirable; solid experience of the audit and preparation of annual financial accounts are essential; you must already hold a full qualification in either AAT, ACCA, ACA or CIMA; practical experience of preparing management and statutory reports is required; and experience of advising senior leadership on finance matters to inform strategic planning.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outreach Project Manager to lead our outreach service. This role is responsible for managing outreach staff, coordinating support across multiple hotel sites, ensuring compliance with safeguarding and quality standards, and providing specialist guidance to the team on complex client issues.

The successful candidate will have at least two years’ project management experience and direct experience supporting refugees and asylum seekers, with strong communication and organisational skills. Ability to speak a community language is desirable.

ROLE SUMMARY

We’re looking for a creative and strategic marketing and communications professional to join The Diana Award. In this role, you’ll craft compelling stories and deliver high-quality content across multiple platforms including websites, case studies, video, newsletters, and social media to bring our mission to life and showcase the impact of our work. 

Working collaboratively across the organisation, you will lead content planning and production that resonates with diverse audiences, including young people, educators, funders, and partners. You’ll shape our tone of voice, segment audiences effectively, and ensure messaging is inclusive, consistent, and engaging. 

You will manage our social media presence and foster online community engagement, building relationships and driving awareness of our work. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who thrives in both strategic planning and creative execution. 

Additionally, you’ll support key organisational events - such as award ceremonies, campaign activations, and fundraising initiatives - by creating engaging content and managing live communications. 

Your work will help amplify youth voices, strengthen our community, and inspire positive change globally.  

JOB DESCRIPTION

MAIN DUTIES

• Storytelling: Develop and deliver cross-channel content aligned with organisational goals, tailored to diverse audiences. Apply inclusive tone-of-voice and segmentation strategies to engage communities such as young people, educators, funders, and partners. 
• Content Creation: Produce and commission content across formats - blogs, newsletters, social media, reports, video, and photography - ensuring outputs reflect brand tone, values, and accessibility standards. 
• Social Media Management: Oversee social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok), driving engagement, brand consistency, and responsiveness. Set measurable goals for growth and interaction. 
• Community Engagement & Safeguarding: Manage online communities, respond to interactions, nurture positive conversations, and proactively address risks or reputational concerns. 
• Planning: Maintain a centralised content calendar, collaborating with internal teams to ensure integrated messaging and timely delivery across all channels. 
• Collaboration: Partner with programme and fundraising teams to gather stories and data for impactful content. Coordinate with external creatives (designers, videographers, agencies) to deliver high-quality multimedia assets. 
• Event Support: Assist with planning and delivering communications for key events, including live social media coverage, content creation, and post-event storytelling.
• Brand Management: Champion brand integrity, supporting colleagues to apply tone-of-voice, accessibility, and visual identity guidelines across all content and communication materials. 
• Reporting: Use analytics tools to monitor content performance, draw insights, and optimise future content and engagement strategies. 

OTHER DUTIES

• Represent the Marketing and Communications Team at events (e.g. Campaign activations, Award Ceremonies, fundraising events) as required 
• Reasonable occasional out of office hours work will be required and some travel within the UK 
• Be an active contributor to the Marketing and Communications department, team meetings and away days 
• Adhere to The Diana Award policies and procedures, maintaining good liaison across the organisation 
• Undertake other duties from time to time, as requested by the line manager

ESSENTIAL

• Proven experience creating and delivering content strategies across multiple formats and platforms, with expertise in audience segmentation and inclusive tone-of-voice. 
• Expertise in social media best practices, with experience managing and growing channels, including content creation, scheduling, engagement, paid advertising and analytics 
• Strong storytelling and adaptable copywriting skills for diverse audiences and platforms. 
• Excellent organisational and project management skills, with ability to prioritise, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy under pressure. 
• Experience in content planning and calendar management, collaborating effectively with internal teams and external partners. 
• Proficient in analytics tools, able to interpret data and provide actionable insights for optimisation. 
• Skilled in community management and social listening, fostering engagement and mitigating reputational risks. 
• Creative thinker with strong visual sensibility and confidence in briefing designers and multimedia specialists. 
• Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable—able to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment. 

DESIRABLE

• Experience supporting events through content creation, live social media, and stakeholder engagement. 
• Experience collaborating with influencers, ambassadors, or partners to deliver impactful campaigns. 
• Knowledge of youth engagement and sensitivity to youth voice.
