Job Purpose

The Executive Assistant will provide operational, strategic and analytical support to the DCEO. This role goes beyond traditional executive assistance and will involve planning, research, project coordination and organisational reporting. The post holder will play a key role in preparing executive insights, analysing departmental reports, and ensuring effective follow-up on strategic priorities. This role requires strong analytical thinking, communication skills and high proficiency in digital tools and technology.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support

• Manage the DCEO’s calendar, schedule and priority workflow to ensure effective time management
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas and produce accurate minutes and action trackers
• Draft and manage professional correspondence on behalf of the DCEO
• Prepare briefing notes for senior meetings, visits and events
• Organise travel arrangements, itineraries and supporting documentation when required

Strategic Analysis and Insight

• Analyse reports from SMT meetings and departments to produce executive summaries and insights
• Support strategic planning
• Develop briefing papers and analysis to support decision making

Research and Reporting

• Conduct research on sector trends, funding models, charity regulations and strategic opportunities
• Produce clear reports and presentations to support board and SMT meetings

Project Coordination

• Follow up on actions from DCEO and SMT meetings to ensure timely delivery
• Coordinate departmental plans and track progress against milestones

Technology and Digital Support

• Use Microsoft 365 and other AI tools for reporting, planning and communication
• Maintain structured digital documentation and record keeping
• Introduce automation or digital improvements to enhance productivity in the DCEO’s office

Qualifications and Experience

Essential

• Degree level or equivalent preferred in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) subjects.
• The candidate must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, ideally supporting senior management.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in preparing professional reports and executive briefings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to research, interpret and present information clearly and concisely
• High level of IT competence
• Strong planning and organisational skills with attention to detail.

About the Role

As our Director of Finance and Resources, you’ll be a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, leading on:

• Professionally qualified (or equivalent) in finance management and accountancy
• Experienced and deeply knowledgeable in senior financial leadership and strategy development in the voluntary sector/an equivalent size charity 
• A skilled and experienced leader and manager of people, contracts and major service change projects
• Collaborative, analytical, and proactive in problem-solving
• Committed to feminist principles and to equity, diversity, and inclusion
• Ideally also skilled in overseeing IT, building and premises management and information governance, with training and support available where required.

Provide administrative and coordination support to the Family Wellbeing Service that support families across Surrey with wellbeing and mental health literacy as well as specific EBSNA and ND support. Responsibilities

• Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Office suite, mail chimp, poll daddy and Survey Monkey
• Answering telephone and email queries from partner organisations, external agencies and parents/carers
• Contacting families via the telephone and email, that are referred to Eikon Family Wellbeing Service
• Production and creation of letters, correspondence, leaflets, newsletters and supporting the production of website content
• General administration work including filing, archiving, retrieving information and documents
• Provide, record and report the appropriate data to ensure support programmes can be accurately monitored and evaluated
• Set up and maintain excel spreadsheet that tracks and monitors status of all cases referred to the service
• Support the Service Delivery Manager in the maintenance and monitoring of the service tracker

• Carry out administrative tasks associated with follow-up on all missed sessions, cancellations, queries and case closures
• Create, maintain and monitor a booking system for individual, group and online sessions and all corresponding tasks e.g. room booking, calendar updates and sending meeting links/information to recipients
• Create and support the monitoring of wait lists for the various services and subsequent case allocation to practitioners
• Carry out ‘check in’ communications with families on our waiting list and escalate any new concerns to appropriate staff
• Record all communications with families and professionals related to specific cases on Evide
• Create, maintain and monitor attendance lists for any groups
• Ensure all data and information is uploaded onto all relevant databases
• To organise the administration of all group work delivered by the Family Wellbeing team, in both schools and community settings

Asylum Aid is seeking a solicitor and IAAS-accredited senior caseworker to join its Public Law team, with experience in immigration legal aid, judicial review, and asylum and human rights law. The role involves managing a complex caseload of asylum, trafficking, human rights, and public law claims, providing high-quality legal advice and representation, and conducting judicial review challenges in the Administrative Court and Upper Tribunal. The successful candidate will work closely with the Public Law Supervisor and the Director of Legal Casework to ensure that individual cases are handled effectively while also identifying systemic issues suitable for strategic litigation to achieve broader impact.

In addition to casework, the postholder will contribute to the strategic development of Asylum Aid’s public law work by supervising junior staff, providing training on judicial review procedures, and collaborating with colleagues on internal strategy discussions. They will also engage with external stakeholders and other sector organisations to represent Asylum Aid, contribute to policy discussions, and develop initiatives aimed at increasing the effectiveness of public law challenges. Key Responsibilities

About the role

Reporting to the Senior Individual Giving Appeals Officer, the Individual Giving Appeals Officer will deliver fundraising success during key moments like Christmas, Christian Aid Week and Emergency Appeals, focusing on maximising one-off donations. They will champion creativity to craft impactful campaigns, ensuring consistent, positive, and memorable interactions that align with organisational goals and values.

The post-holder will collaborate closely on key initiatives across stakeholders, supporting the Senior Individual Giving Appeals Officer to deliver the high-impact key appeals, hitting income targets while fostering meaningful connections with supporters.

Some of the main responsibilities of the Individual Giving Appeals Officer include:

• Collaborate with the Senior Individual Giving Appeals Officer to plan and deliver the high-profile annual Christmas appeal, aligning with organisational values and goals. 
• Support the Senior Individual Giving Appeals Officer in planning and executing Christian Aid Week and Emergency appeals to maximise supporter engagement. 
• Using data-driven insights and creative messaging, ensure CASH campaigns are impactful and delivering the right message through the right channels to consistently exceed fundraising targets.

We’re looking for a creative and motivated account management professional to join our team at an incredibly exciting time for Prostate Cancer UK. You’ll be responsible for managing some of Prostate Cancer UK’s flagship charity partnerships.

The Partnerships Executive handles the management and development of Prostate Cancer UK’s strategic partnerships. You’ll be able to drive impact and value for both the charity and partners.

You’ll be working closely with key stakeholders to raise awareness amongst local communities across the UK and raise funds to invest into better treatments for men with prostate cancer. This role offers the chance to build strong and effective relationships both internally and externally and ensure that each partnership meets its goals. It will be necessary to show a diligent approach to partnership management as well as identify opportunities for growth. You’ll also be providing administrative support to the partnerships team including review of processes and ownership of monthly / quarterly reporting.

This is a six-month fixed term contract covering internal secondment within the team.

Job Purpose
The Head of Community will work with the Director of Services on strategic and operational planning and provide operational leadership for the range of Community services delivered by Age UK East London.

The purpose of this role is to:

• Take responsibility for the delivery of Age UK East London’s Community Service offer, ensuring its delivery requirements are met and we are responsive to new opportunities.
• Ensure that older people who are supported by the Community team also benefit from the range of AUKEL services and those provided by other local partners.
• Be an active member of our SLT, working with senior leaders across AUKEL, contributing your experience and expertise to problem solve, spot and develop opportunities as well as make an impact on our overall organisational development
journey.
• Build responsive and accountable relationships with a wide range of stakeholders including commissioners, partner providers, senior health and social care professionals.
• Motivate and inspire a frontline staff and volunteer team, using excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of key issues affecting older people.
• Ensure the services are meeting all KPI’s for quality and delivery, overseeing data management and analysis to ensure compliance and insight that supports future development and demonstration of impact, taking a continuous improvement
approach.
• Ensure service staffing and delivery arrangements are optimal, including by assessing which services need allocated staff and which would be better delivered by a central team.
• Ensuring processes and good practice is embedded in case recording, reporting and data collection.

Key Tasks

Coordination and Management of service

• Line manage service managers and coordinators, and oversee the good management of all service staff.
• Ensure services are delivered in line with contractual requirements
• Work with other senior managers, ensuring good joined up internal referral pathways, clear communication and joint-working where possible
• Ensure the team is fully conversant with the organisation’s CRM and that this is used effectively to record and manage casework and evidence of outcomes and impact of the service
• Ensure the team is knowledgeable about the local service offers and are effective in referring and signposting clients to other relevant services
• Complete and maintain relevant risk assessments.
• Ensure there is cover for gaps in service delivery (e.g. due to A/L or sickness).

What the job involves

Our Events and Community Fundraising team raises funds for Prostate Cancer UK through a programme of owned products, activities and events, in addition to third-party challenges. Alongside our two owned events, March for Men and the Grand Depart Classic, we also recruit teams in events such as the TCS London Marathon, Great North Run and the London Landmarks Half Marathon.

In this role, you’ll project manage a number of third-party events which take place across the UK, including our teams at the London Landmarks Half Marathon and the Royal Parks Half Marathon. You’ll also be tasked with identifying new opportunities across the UK in the charity events market.

Your responsibilities will span the full event cycle; from setting budgets and developing marketing plans, to building supporter communications, managing event logistics, providing on-the-day support, and overseeing remittance and thanking — ensuring we maximise income and deliver exceptional supporter experiences.

Alongside this, you’ll work with other teams within Prostate Cancer UK to support the full calendar of events and take the lead with supporting our volunteers at our events. Working with our Communications teams, you’ll ensure that we make the most of every opportunity, from promoting the events to warm and new audiences, identifying and building relationships with the strongest case studies, to ensuring a high proportion of event participants continue to support us long after they cross the finish line.
