As a Ubele Programme Assistant, you will be a member of the Community Wealth Building hub supporting our Programme Manager with the Agbero2100 London programme by overseeing administrative tasks, communicating with our partners ensuring resource availability for the project team from project inception to completion.
Main duties & Responsibilities
- To act as the first point of contact for the Agbero2100 London programme, responding to and redirecting enquiries as appropriate.
- To co-ordinate the work and meetings of programme stakeholders and partners, including minute taking.
- To ensure effective and ongoing communications with key stakeholders, maintaining their interest throughout the programme.

- The Programme Assistant will utilize appropriate tools and techniques to collate data from various project stakeholders, teams, and relevant sources. Establish a structured approach to capture both qualitative and quantitative data to assess project progress and performance under the instruction of the Programme Manager or Hub Lead.
- Support the Programme Manager in preparing regular and ad-hoc reports.
- Support the Programme Manager to maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of data collection methods, analysis techniques, and results for project audit and future reference.

Training
- In conjunction with the Diocesan Safeguarding Adviser, facilitate a safeguarding learning and development programme for the diocese aligned with the national church Learning and Development Framework, Church Safeguarding Standards, reflecting the specific safeguarding responsibilities of those in role.

The Role
Are you a creative and dynamic individual with a passion for online communications? Not A Phase is looking for an Online Communications Manager to join our team. This full-time, remote position offers flexible hours and the chance to make a real impact. You'll be crafting and managing engaging content for our social media channels, creating and editing eye-catching videos, and building a strong online community. Job Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Develop engaging and original content for our social media platforms, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
- Social Media Management: Oversee and manage our social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok), ensuring regular posting, audience engagement, and growth.
- Video Production: Create and edit video content for various platforms, including Instagram Reels and TikTok.
- Community Engagement: Engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages, and fostering a positive and inclusive environment.

The Anti-Bullying Alliance (ABA) is a unique coalition of organisations and individuals, working together to achieve our vision to: stop bullying and create safer environments in which children and young people can live, grow, play and learn.
We work on developing campaigns, including the annual Anti-Bullying Week campaign, policy improvement and improving the anti-bullying practice of the children’s workforce.
As Project Officer you will support the school focused programme work of ABA; plan and deliver identified elements of project and programmes within the team; and, support ABA’s capacity to influence anti-bullying policy and improve anti-bullying practice.
Excellent organisational and communication skills are essential. You need to be passionate about what you do, creative, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable working both independently, and with other team members.
You will have experience of project management, an interest in how we can work to reduce bullying of children and young people both face to face and online, and experience of working in partnership with other organisations on complex programmes. You will have strong IT skills including social media, experience of updating and editing web-based materials.
You will have experience of working with schools and delivering training and a good knowledge of the children’s sector and voluntary sector.

Due to three of our client's current Board members stepping down from their positions following completion of their six-year terms, they are looking to fill three vacancies on their Board with individuals who can strengthen their existing skills-based Board by bringing high level knowledge and experience in one or more of the below key areas:

- Environmental (green agenda / achieving net zero carbon)
