Camp Jojo is a small/medium, but growing charity with a committed team of Trustees, Special Advisors, and Volunteers. In particular, Camp Jojo’s extension of its work to Nags Head Farm, Appleby, Cumbria, is new; with Open Days held in 2025, and the first camps to be held in August 2026.
The holder of this post will be critical to this development; working to establish a sister site in Cumbria to Ivy Farm on Mersea island, Essex, with a well tried and tested model of operations. The role of Nags Head Farm: Operations Manager (Families and Site Ops) is to offer leadership and administrative support to key functions of Camp Jojo at Nags Head Farm, and to members of the Camp Jojo Board, in relation to the camps held at Nags Head Farm.
The Contractor will handle clerical and logistics tasks for the organisation in a timely and efficient way. The primary task of the Nags Head Farm: Operations Manager will be to oversee family applications to the camps, and to maintain and develop data bases in support of this. They will hold a key role in relation to communications with the families pre-, during, and post-camps. In addition, they will attend and minute meetings, and contribute to camp operations in planning etc. They may need to work flexibly, according to the seasonal demands of the charity.
They will attend the first day (Friday) of each camp The Nags Head Farm: Operations Manager will have a varied and sometimes high-pace job environment. - Lead on the instigation, scheduling and management of the Trust’s relationship with Community
Forums and the relevant convenors. This may involve attending meetings, organising events,
advising on operations and governance. This will involve active listening and offering feedback
and advice to colleagues. - Be responsible for effective stakeholder management and mapping, to include local residents,
local businesses and local voluntary sector groups to ensure maximum reach. - Attend community meetings on behalf of Westway Trust to listen and engage in conversations
about local issues and update them on the Trust’s activities. These meetings are primarily in the
evening.
Institutional Racism Report
- Playing a key role with stakeholder groups on dissemination on the Tutu Foundation Report and
the progress as the Trust moves towards eliminating ‘institutional racism’. - Lead on some of the areas of development by agreement with your line manager and other
colleagues.
Bay 20
- Support the BAY 20 community operator to ensure that BAY 20 is an inclusive and accessible
space for the whole community and manage their service level agreement and associated budget. - Deliver the secretarial function to the Bay20 community steering group.
Grants & Community Investments
- Support the grants and impact manager in engagement with applicants of Westway Trust’s grants
programmes, nurturing positive relationships with successful and unsuccessful applicants.
General Duties
- Support the development of new, refurbished, and existing spaces with innovative community
development projects and events. These may include Public Policy Round Tables; new
programmes; community led events, consultations and meetings. - You are a key outward facing member of the Trust, expected to demonstrate the Trusts Values

About the Role
You will ensure the effective maintenance and development of Salesforce to support The Access Project’s programme delivery, volunteer recruitment, and partnerships management. You will have full oversight of the system, independently making updates (e.g. reports, fields, custom objects, flows, and user management) and escalating complex needs to Impact Box or the line manager. As the first point of contact for user requests, you will assign and manage queries to ensure timely resolution. The platform integrates with Moodle, requiring collaboration across teams to support online learning and ongoing functionality improvements aligned with organisational goals.
Role responsibilities include:
· Salesforce administration, including managing user roles, permissions, page layouts, custom objects, and flows.
· Troubleshooting issues, data cleansing and implementing secure system changes.
· Evaluating and deploying Salesforce updates, manage Mass Action Schedulers and document workflows. Advising on system development viability and working in sandbox environments to test and deploy changes effectively.
About You
Someone with previous experience implementing, configuring, or administering Salesforce (1-2 years) would be ideal, as would having experience in an educational or non-profit organisation, but this isn’t essential.

Maternity Cover
The Individual Giving Manager will lead the successful planning and delivery of mid-level giving, managing schemes between £120–£4,999 annually. You will oversee donor cultivation, stewardship, and supporter communications, ensuring the highest standards of engagement and experience.

About the role
As Support Services Manager you will support the Lead Myeloma Information Specialist, the Peer Service Co-ordinator and Support Group Co-ordinator to deliver their respective services. In addition, you will deliver personalised, empathetic, and accessible information and support to service users affected by myeloma and its related conditions (such as AL amyloidosis, smouldering myeloma, and MGUS).
You will need to work towards being an internal expert on myeloma, keeping aware of research and clinical developments, current opinions, guidelines and other initiatives in the field of myeloma and related conditions, including the pipeline of myeloma drugs.
As part of the role, you will monitor impact and ensure all services are running in accordance with Service Guidelines, including leading the submission to the Helplines Partnership for re-accreditation as required. You will lead the team in service improvements and new initiatives, working with colleagues from across the organisation to drive impactful changes.

Responsibilities
- Finance business partner to project teams and country offices, offering financial management support.
- Prepare project budgets, monitor expenditure and cashflows, and prepare management accounts, including variance analyses and supporting narrative reports.

Person Specification

- Strong IT skills, including advanced MSExcel skills. Competence in SQL an advantage.
- Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, including ability to communicate financial matters to non-finance staff.
- Quick learner, organised and flexible, able to meet tight deadlines.
- Fluent in English, with excellent spoken and reporting writing skills. Working knowledge of French or Spanish is highly desirable. Knowledge of German is not essential or required.
