Main Purpose of the Post:
Provide advocacy, support, impartial advice, and information to survivors of all ages who have experienced sexual violence at any point in their lives. This includes support within the Criminal Justice System (CJS), as well as delivering informed choices sessions to help survivors decide whether they wish to engage with the CJS process.
Key information:
· We require the post holder to be female under Genuine Occupational Requirement (GOR), Schedule 9 (Work; Exceptions), Part 1 (Occupational Requirements), of the Equality Act (2010).
· The post is subject to an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
· The post involves flexible working hours including responding to crises in order to meet the needs of the service as and when required.
· The post is part of a countywide ISVA service covering Cambridgeshire and Peterborough.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. For all survivors accessing the service
· Undertake needs-led assessments and develop individual support plans.
· Support survivors to access services to which they are entitled.
· Provide support (non-therapeutic) to survivors.
· Provide information on criminal, legal, and civil remedies where appropriate.
· Provide information and support in relation to Criminal Injuries Compensation.
· Where relevant, liaise with other agencies who are supporting the client.
· Assist survivors who decide to report by facilitating the reporting of the offence.
2. For survivors reporting to the Police
· Support survivors through the criminal justice system explaining the procedures, the ISVA role, and the client’s rights within the system.
· Liaise with the police and CPS on behalf of survivors and/or with survivors.
· Participate in case conferences with the police, CPS, and prosecuting barrister.
· Support and advocate for clients to access special measures.
· Where appropriate, support survivors to provide a victim impact statement during the trial phase.
3. Quality Assurance
· Maintain confidential client records, sharing and managing information in accordance with PRCCG Policies and Procedures.
· Develop and maintain effective working relationships with agencies supporting survivors.
· Ensure survivors receive the best possible standard of support in line with Rape Crisis National Service Standards.
· Attend and participate in regular Team Meetings, Peer Review Meetings, Reflective Practice and Clinical Supervision.
4. General
· Manage a caseload while taking responsibility for scheduling time off to ensure a healthy work/life balance.
· Work flexible hours where required and dependent on the needs of PRCCG and its service users.
· Participate in PRCCG training and development opportunities.
· Support the monitoring and evaluation of PRCCG services.
· Support the running of other PRCCG services where required.

About the role and you
This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and talented senior practitioner to join the management team for a thriving service area, whilst continuing to work directly with autistic adults. In this role:
· You will oversee the development, delivery, and evaluation of specialist services for autistic adults who have sexually offended or are at risk of doing so.
· You will support our skilled practitioners in delivering an evidence informed and quality service.

This role requires clinical expertise, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of autism, sexual offending behaviour, and safeguarding. The postholder provide expert consultation, and will ensure that all our interventions are neurodiversity-informed, trauma-sensitive, and evidence-based. The goal of the project is to ensure that autistic people across Scotland are empowered to make better choices about their behaviour online and offline.
The postholder will also contribute to strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and service innovation, supporting the Lucy Faithfull Foundation’s mission to prevent child sexual abuse.
This post needs someone who is confident in project management, professional, proactive and outcome-focused, with exceptional communication and engagement skills. You will have the vision and operational management capabilities to maintain and advance support for our clients.
The post is funded by the Support Autistic Adults fund until March 2028 and the post is offered on a fixed term contract until this date.

You will manage and be responsible for our systems and processes for financial administration, fundraising, governance procedures and processes, monitoring and keeping the Different Planet Arts office running day-to-day as an administrative hub. Working within experienced and committed teams, the Behaviour Change Worker will deliver trauma responsive interventions including one to one support and group work to prevent harm.
There is a requirement for evening working – approximately once per week to deliver group work interventions.

Key Responsibilities

Complete specialist risk assessments according to service guidelines and Respect standards, alongside developing personalised safety and support plans for programme participants.

Deliver one to one specialist behaviour change interventions for people with vulnerabilities, complex or multiple needs and those who require additional support to access our services.

Co-facilitate short term and long-term group work, providing a Respect accredited DVPP programme.

Promote the service externally and ensure our interventions are accessible.

Provide proactive, trauma responsive and holistic support, with a focus on increasing victim safety and reducing the risk posed by a perpetrator.

Work within a multi-agency framework to effect change, manage risk and ensure safeguarding of vulnerable adults and children is paramount.

Offer professional consultancy, training and advice to other agencies on working with perpetrators.

To work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the safety of the victim is held central.

Represent the service user voice in a multi-agency context.

Attend Multi Agency Risk Assessment Conferences (MARAC) and Multi Agency Public Protection Arrangements (MAPPA) meetings as required.

At Fear Free, we take pride in delivering exceptional services across the Southwest region, and we are excited to announce that we are launching a new team delivering sexual violence therapeutic support across Wiltshire and Swindon. Part of a diverse team of professionals supporting adult and child victims of sexual violence, you will play an integral role in providing one-to-one and group support for adult survivors.
The Independent Sexual Violence Advisor (ISVA) will work within a multi-agency system to provide a proactive, person-centred independent service for adult and children who are victims of sexual violence, empowering choice through informed decision making. Key elements of the role include:

Risk assessing and helping to keep service users safe (safety planning).

Working with primary and secondary schools within Wiltshire to provide support and guidance on how to support children affected by sexual violence or abuse

Providing informal education in assemblies and schools around consent and healthy relationships around Wiltshire

Provision of 1-1 psychoeducational support sessions, with a focus on safety and stabilisation.

Enabling victims to access statutory and other services.
This ISVA role requires the building of effective relationships with other agencies especially educational settings within Wiltshire that may support victims of sexual violence, developing referral pathways and creating outward facing information resources and campaigns to raise awareness and build confidence in reporting sexual violence.
The ISVA will be required to work to the Quality Standards for services supporting victims/survivors of sexual violence.
This fixed term role for 12 months will be based in our Trowbridge office, with expectation of paid travel across the area. Fear Free supports staff to work flexibly and we operate hybrid working (working both remotely and in the offices).
Key Responsibilities

To provide a person centred, client focused, independent service, distinct from the role of a crisis worker or counsellor, primarily for the benefit of the victims of sexual abuse.

Age UK Croydon’s very successful Personal Safety Project (Falls Prevention) for older people in Croydon is recruiting a new Senior Personal Safety Assessor. If you are an enthusiastic, passionate and organised individual, this could be the role for you.
Our Personal Safety Project (PSP) is a free service which aims to help older people who have fallen or are at risk of falling at home. The service is available to anyone aged 50 and over who lives in the borough of Croydon.
Our trained assessors carry out a comprehensive risk assessment to identify potential causes of falls and hazards in the home and can arrange for stair rails, grab handles and other necessary aids and adaptations to be supplied and/or fitted, free of charge. The project can provide ongoing telephone support for up to six weeks to monitor the risk of further falls post engagement.
