The Gray’s Inn Road supported accommodation project in Camden offers 16 short-stay places for people moving away from the streets and has quickly become a vital part of our mission to make rough sleeping in London rare, brief and not repeated. Funded by the Department of Levelling Up Housing and Communities and the Greater London Authority, and delivered in partnership with One Housing Group and Camden Council, this service is still in its early years, giving the next Service Manager the chance to build on strong foundations and lead it into the future.

As Service Manager you will ensure the project continues to meet specification while remaining agile to local authority and organisational priorities. You will oversee referrals, move-on pathways and personalised support planning, making sure each resident receives tailored guidance that promotes independence. By leading and inspiring your team you will embed consistency, quality and responsiveness in everything from day-to-day keywork and coaching to group sessions and links with external agencies, while also managing outcomes, commissioning requirements and policy adherence to maintain the highest standards.

We are seeking a proactive and knowledgeable HR Advisor to join our central HR team. You’ll support a group of academies, providing expert guidance on HR policies, employee relations, and workforce initiatives, while contributing to projects that shape the future of education.

MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivery of a generalist HR advisory service to the Federation and our Academies, providing up to date and informed HR guidance and support on HR policies, processes and systems
• Providing professional advice and support to Federation and Academy leaders in all areas of HR practice and employee relations such as grievance, disciplinary, performance management and sickness absence management, escalating complex cases as appropriate to the Head of HR and HR Business Partners
• Supporting the HR Business Partner with organisation change programmes including redundancy, restructuring and TUPE transfers; preparing documents, supporting planning, due diligence completion etc.
• Participating in the development and delivery of HR policy skills workshops for line managers and academy HR
• Assisting with end-to-end employee lifecycle and payroll processes
• Preparing HR documents and create and maintain templates
• Producing management information reports
• Evaluating job descriptions and providing advice and guidance on salary bandings to ensure a consistent and fair approach
• Assisting with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures

You should be able to demonstrate:

• Experience providing generalist HR advice on terms & conditions, application of policies and first line employee relations
• Up-to-date knowledge of employment law & current HR practice

We are looking for an Early Learning and Childcare Advisor to join the team based in Scotland, in this remote working role.

Position: Early Learning and Childcare Advisor

The Role

The Early Learning and Childcare Advisor supports the organisations contribution to policy development and guidance on the delivery of early learning and childcare. Ensuring an effective voice of the sector in Scotland is critical to success, as will strengthening support for and developing our membership base. Hearing Dogs for Deaf People has been creating life-changing partnerships between hearing dogs and deaf recipients since 1982. As well as acting as an ear to their partners and alerting them to sounds, the charity’s clever and expertly trained dogs help deaf people to live life with confidence and independence, whilst providing love, companionship and emotional support.

Following on from a strategic review, the charity is now looking to build a new Income Generation Directorate, to enable them to transform many more lives across the UK. This role will be critical to help Hearing Dogs reach their goals to diversify income, expand their portfolio and accelerate income from mission-aligned businesses.

Reporting to the Head of Corporate Partnerships, this role will take a lead on nurturing existing partnerships and developing new ones, with a specific focus on increasing income through employee engagement and payroll giving schemes. Prospectus is delighted to be working with the foundation to recruit a Funding Officer on a full-time (or 0.8) permanent basis to work on the Creative, Confident Communities (CCC) strategy as part of the team based in Kings Cross. The role:
This role will provide vital support to the foundation’s assessment and management of funding applications, grants, and programme development. The Funding Officer will manage the key administrative functions for the team, as well as a broad portfolio of grants and funding relationships, ensuring strong engagement with partners throughout their funding journey. A key part of the role will involve gathering learning from funded work through reviewing reports, calls, and visits, and feeding this learning into the wider CCC strategy.

Working closely with senior members of the team, the postholder will assess new funding applications, draft recommendations, and contribute to CCC’s strategic development, such as research, convening events, and visits. They will play an active role in supporting the foundation’s decision-making processes, while also contributing to collaborative projects and sector networks.

The person:
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, analytical, and curious, with an interest in one or more of the CCC focus areas. Experience in grant-making, funding, or working in a related environment would be an advantage but is not essential. What matters most is a strong interest in the work of charities, voluntary organisations, and community groups, and an ability to understand the challenges they face.

You will be confident managing and interpreting complex information, including financial data and project plans, and able to communicate your findings clearly both in writing and verbally. Strong administrative skills and database experience are important, alongside the ability to prioritise effectively and meet deadlines.

Personally, you will be empathetic, practical, and collaborative and able to build relationships with a wide range of people in a professional and supportive way. The Role

As a Visitor Support Officer, you will provide excellent customer service to visitors by responding to phone calls, emails and face-to-face interactions at the reception desk at our headquarters in Hyde Park.

Alongside the Visitor Support team, you will triage and answer visitor support enquiries, ensuring accurate record keeping of relevant information via our CRM and other internal systems, ensuring key visitor feedback is acknowledged, and investigating and responding to complaints, escalating where necessary to support an effective and timely resolution.

The postholder will act as a subject matter expert in statutory health datasets and data integration, while also contributing to Rethink’s wider ambition to demonstrate leadership in mental health data innovation.

How you will make a difference

This is a strategic, delivery-focused role designed to lead Rethink Mental Illness’s work on the national Mental Health Services Dataset (MHSDS). The postholder will manage a pioneering project to design and implement data flows from Rethink alliances – including Open Mental Health in Somerset and Synergy in Sheffield – into the MHSDS. Our alliance model is aligned with the government’s neighbourhood health agenda – enabling the NHS to work in a fully integrated way with a range of community based and grassroots organisations. Ensuring that data flows from these organisations is critical.

The role will build a robust data model, work directly with voluntary sector partners to understand their CRM systems, and develop automated submissions that ensure compliance with statutory requirements. Beyond compliance, the postholder will position Rethink Mental Illness as a sector thought leader by creating a replicable model that enables voluntary sector data to be integrated into national reporting – an ambition that has not yet been achieved elsewhere.

You will be able to communicate highly complex and sensitive information effectively, and able to upskill others to be empowered to perform within their roles, with knowledge of clinical excellence. You will have:

• Registered Clinical Profession; Specialist Registered Mental Health Nurse, Non Medical Prescriber qualification or equivalent
• Proven leadership in clinical service delivery within health, social care, or third sector settings
• Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and driving service excellence
• Ability to teach, train, consult, and deliver clinical supervision
• Thorough understanding of risk management and able to share this with colleagues at all levels through training, meetings and one to one support
