About the Role
As Programme Lead for Flourishing ECTs, you will oversee the successful delivery of the Flourishing ECTE programme: a professional learning offer we have developed at the Church of England in partnership with UCL.

You will ensure these programmes are delivered with excellence across a wide network of regional partners, supporting facilitators to create high-impact learning experiences for school leaders and teachers. Your role will involve coordinating delivery partners, refining programme content based on feedback and research, and ensuring that participants are well-supported throughout their learning journey.

About the role
We are seeking a Programme Officer who will support the Church of England Education Office's Professional Learning Team. The role is part of a wider team of Programme Officers who support a variety of functions across both the NPQ suite and the Flourishing programmes. Programme Officers work across different portfolios, supporting delivery through directly contracted Delivery Partners and via our National Programme delivered by the Education Office.

Working collaboratively, Programme Officers take on different areas of responsibility to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality programmes across the country. This role offers the opportunity to develop project management and programme delivery skills in a holistic and supportive environment.

Internal-facing Support

• Maintain the integrity of data within Salesforce and other systems. Trouble-shoot errors when seen.
• Support the effective programme management, launch and delivery of NPQs and Flourishing programmes.
• Lead on administrative tasks relating to the delivery of the programmes, including participant recruitment, onboarding and ongoing participant management (e.g. processing withdrawals and deferrals, supporting participant assessments).

Circumstances

Animals Asia is delivering a major Business Process Transformation Project at an important moment in our global growth. We are seeking an experienced consultant or freelancer to lead the technical delivery and management of this work, helping us redesign core fundraising processes and build long-term capability across our global Supporter Engagement function.

This role will support operational transformation across all areas of Supporter Engagement, including Gift Processing, Data and Insight, Communications, Individual Giving, Supporter Care, Technology and Philanthropy.

The Role

We are looking for a consultant who can turn ambition into action by reducing operational debt, tackling manual processes, and creating scalable, efficient ways of working. This is a hands-on role, working directly with teams across the organisation to design, test and implement new business processes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Transform core fundraising business processes

• Map current (“as is”) processes, supporter journeys and touchpoints
• Identify inefficiencies and design future-state (“to be”) workflows aligned with transformation goals
• Apply process improvement methodologies to streamline operations
• Create clear documentation for all redesigned processes and workflows
• Work closely with the Head of Technology to translate business needs into technical requirements
• Test, refine and support implementation of new processes with stakeholders

2. Project manage and champion a process-led approach

• Act as project lead, following our internal project governance approach
• Plan and facilitate workshops to gather requirements, assess options and develop process models
• Support organisational change with communication planning and stakeholder engagement

• Encourage collaboration to ensure new processes are embedded and sustainable

3. Build long-term process management capability

• Recommend tools and technology to support ongoing process management
• Work with key stakeholders to improve their process management skills
• Implement best practice standards for process mapping and documentation

Essential Requirements

• Significant experience in fundraising process mapping, redesign and implementation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to facilitate detailed, productive workshops

• Change management expertise, including supporting teams through new ways of working

The role and your key responsibilities
 

As an Account Manager, your role is to make sure that all partners in your area make the most out of the Unifrog platform. You’ll build and maintain excellent working relationships with your partner schools and colleges, and provide expert guidance on how to embed the platform across all year groups.

You will cover your own area of the country with occasional travel to your partner schools and colleges (on average 1-2 days per week). Please note you will need to be based in Kent or East Sussex for this role.

We're supporting a national charity to recruit a Temporary Database & Insight Officer to join their Fundraising and Supporter Engagement team during a period of development and change.

This role is ideal for someone with strong CRM and data processing experience who enjoys improving systems, ensuring data integrity, and enabling colleagues to use data effectively.

The role

Reporting to the Database and Insight Manager, you'll oversee the administration of financial and supporter data from multiple internal and external sources. You'll manage data imports, maintain compliance, improve processes, and provide user support across the organisation.

A key focus will be maximising the benefits of a recent Donorflex V12 upgrade and supporting ongoing work towards a more integrated organisational CRM.

Key responsibilities

• Managing regular giving within Donorflex, including BACS set-up, amendments, cancellations and reconciliation

• Processing and auditing Gift Aid claims

• Executing and developing data imports from multiple platforms, ensuring accuracy, reconciliation and correct income coding

• Liaising with third-party suppliers and internal stakeholders on data specifications and transfer routines

• Running data integrity reports, audits and investigations, making recommendations to improve data quality

• Undertaking data cleansing and deduplication (in-house and externally supported)

• Developing and improving database and financial data processes

• Onboarding new Donorflex users, managing permissions, delivering training and producing guidance materials

PMRGCAuk is a small national charity dedicated to supporting people affected by polymyalgia rheumatica (PMR) and giant cell arteritis (GCA). We have a big impact, supporting patients with our small staff team and with the help of a proactive team of volunteers and working closely with leading rheumatologists and researchers to improve diagnosis and treatment of these conditions. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a passionate and dynamic Fundraising Officer.

Key focus of the role

This is a newly created role designed to develop and support our fundraising activities, particularly in the areas of legacy fundraising and grants and trusts, as well as increasing our membership, working alongside our small team. Legacies:

· To develop a comprehensive legacy fundraising strategy and workflow, in collaboration with the Director and the Fundraising Committee.

· To work with colleagues to raise the profile of legacy fundraising, including production of materials, social media content, website development, etc.

· Work across the charity to ensure legacies are integrated across relevant channels to reach key audiences
