The Team

IPS Grow is a national programme designed to support the expansion of Individual Placement and Support (IPS) services in mental health, primary care, and drug and alcohol teams across England.

The Role

This role sits within the IPS Grow Operational Support function and will play a key part in supporting the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Salesforce-based CRM system. You will work closely with colleagues across IPS Grow and Social Finance’s Data and Digital Community of Practice to ensure tools meet the needs of frontline teams and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

• Salesforce design, development and support
• Data analysis and reporting
• User support and continuous improvement
• Collaboration and communication

About You

We are looking for someone with:

• Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM systems, including configuration, customisation and user support.
• The ability to advise on design decisions and adapt/develop Salesforce functionality (e.g. custom objects, workflows, automations) without needing to code.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience cleaning and interpreting data using Excel, Power BI or similar tools.
• The ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
• A collaborative approach and willingness to learn from others.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

About the role

Imperial’s Regular Giving and Legacy team is seeking a coordinator for a 12-month fixed term contract. For this role you will need to show experience of working in a fast paced, target-driven environment. You will bring outstanding written communications skills, along with strong attention to detail and the ability to work with a wide range of individuals. This role is a great opportunity for a talented administrator who is looking for a starter role in higher education fundraising, with a view to progressing further in the field.

What you would be doing

Imperial’s Regular and Mid-Level Giving programme seeks philanthropic support up to £50,000 to advance the work of the University. Primarily, the programme focuses on soliciting support from alumni. The Legacy team raises philanthropic income from alumni and friends who leave the gifts in their will.  Our programmes raise funds for a variety of projects across the University including bursaries and scholarships, enhancing the student experience and Faculty level support.

Your responsibilities will be wide-ranging, but the key duties are:

• Act as first contact for all fundraising related queries (by telephone, email, post and in person); liaise across the team to draft and send appropriate responses.
• Collect, collate and manage case studies, including building relationships with students.
• Support the telethon fundraising campaigns, direct marketing fundraising appeals, and managing your own fundraising projects such as emails and social media.
• Support the team with general administrative and office duties such as booking meeting rooms.
• Provide diary management and PA support to the Head of Regular Giving and Legacy Giving.

About the role

We’re searching for a Regular Giving and Legacy Giving Manager to oversee a sector-leading, multi-channel appeal programme to increase numbers of gifts and donors to the University. Following the launch of Imperial’s bold and ambitious strategy we are preparing to launch a comprehensive fundraising campaign. The Regular Giving and Legacy Giving team will play a pivotal role in bringing about a step-change in regular, mid-value and legacy donations to the University.

The postholder will oversee and implement the overall strategy and supporter journey for alumni and donors primarily through direct mail, telephone, email and social media.

This is an exciting role with opportunities for the postholder to oversee an award-winning acquisition campaign, a brand new mid-value programme and a successful legacy marketing programme. Trust and Foundaction Stategy Enhancement

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Finance Manager with a national charity for unpaid carers on a permanent, part-time (28 hours per week) basis. As Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the management of the financial accounting functions of the organisation, for the preparation of statutory accounts, regular management reports, the preparation of all tax returns, supporting budget holders and assisting them fulfil their responsibilities, and for compliance with statutory requirements including compliance with tax laws and regulations.

Please note, hybrid working is in place with this organisation, and you will be required to go into the office every Wednesday. Additionally, the salary on show is the FTE. 

As Finance Manager, you will:

- Manage the financial accounting function of the organisation

- Prepare monthly management accounts for budget holders and senior management team

- Verify and validate the restricted funds accounts and reports and incorporate into the main accounting and reporting systems

- Line manage the Finance Officer including conducting appraisals and supporting development

- Prepare the year-end audit files and statutory accounts in line with SORP, the Charities Acts and liaise with the auditors, bankers and other agencies as appropriate and relevant

The successful applicant will:

- Have demonstrable experience in finance within the charity sector, in a similar role

- Be fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)

- Have the ability to use Excel to a high standard to record, analyse and compare data quickly and effectively

About the Service

The aim of the Hertfordshire Mind Network Domestic Abuse Casework Service is to provide advice, information, and support to survivors of intimate partner or familial violence living in the community about the range, effectiveness, and suitability of options to improve their safety and that of their children. All advice will be based on a thorough understanding and assessment of risk and its management.

About the role

The purpose of the Hertfordshire Mind Network Community Outreach Worker role is to:

• Provide support and advocacy services to clients experiencing domestic abuse
• Ensure direct contact is made with the client within a specified time of an incident being reported to the police and to carry out a risk assessment.
• Ensure that the safety and wellbeing of the client is monitored and reviewed regularly.
• Maintain and enhance service delivery standards and effectiveness.
• Support the team with case management and volume of referrals to ensure a short waiting time and referrals are contacted promptly and assessed appropriately.
• Collate and obtain feedback regarding the effectiveness of the service.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the wellbeing of clients who are affected by domestic abuse.
• Contribute to a reduction in repeat victimisation
• Reduce the number of victims withdrawals of witness statements
• Be aware of the impact on children of domestic abuse and make referrals to appropriate agencies to support the children where necessary.
• Increase the reporting of children at risk of harm
• Increase successful court outcomes by proactively supporting clients and work with the witness services for cases going to court
• Work with the wider team within Hertfordshire Mind Network and support clients in accessing additional support e.g. counselling, peer support, employment support and self-development courses
• Work with other professionals e.g. police, health, social care, housing, and signpost and liaise with such agencies as necessary
• Work with and signpost to other third sector partner agencies as necessary
• Provide a first point of contact for professionals and clients and pass on necessary cases or referrals to the Domestic Abuse Caseworker.
• Refer to the Multi Agency Risk Assessment Conference (MARAC) if required and local IDVA service.
