About the role
Mission Without Borders is seeking an experienced Salesforce Configuration Specialist to focus on three key areas; Configuring a new Salesforce platform, integration of existing platforms, and supporting users around the world.
As a Salesforce expert and product champion, the post holder will work closely with our existing Salesforce Support Specialists and Salesforce team, configuring the new system as well as being the first point of contact for Salesforce support across all staff in all 18 countries. Working with the system solution designs and architecture design documents created by the Salesforce Systems Architect, they will configure a brand-new Salesforce platform for program and beneficiary management. They will also need to ensure it is integrated with our existing NPSP donor management platform and works with other systems and services across the organisation.
In addition to configuration, they will triage incoming tickets, provide support, fix problems, make configuration changes, and work closely with our International Project Manager and Salesforce Developer and Product Owner to manage change requests.
Who we are looking for
You will have proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator and strong experience implementing new configurations from scratch. Educated to relevant degree level (or equivalent, or qualified by experience), be a certified Salesforce Admin, and have experience with NPSP. NPC would be an advantage.
A logical thinker, excellent problem solver, and an ability to juggle multiple duties and prioritise competing tasks. You must be able to translate solution designs and technical designs into working solutions.
You must be an excellent written and verbal communicator, have strong stakeholder management skills, and be excellent at customer service.
You must be an exceptionally competent English speaker and have the right to travel to the UK and work in one of the following countries: UK, Albania, Belgium, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Denmark, Germany, Moldova, Netherlands, Norway, Romania, Switzerland or Ukraine.

DFN Project SEARCH offer an evidence-based supported internship model which takes place entirely in the workplace. The programmes provide continuous support to young adults with a learning disability, and autistic people who are aged between 16 – 24 with an Education Health and Care Plan, or equivalent, in their final year of education.

About the role
Are you passionate about shaping policy to improve workforce health and reduce inequalities? We are seeking a Policy and Research Manager to join our Healthy Lives directorate and contribute to advancing the recommendations of the Commission for Healthier Working Lives.
In this pivotal role, you will lead the delivery of policy development and research projects, including externally commissioned work, ensuring outputs are delivered on time and with impact. You will support the implementation of a programme testing preventative workplace interventions, synthesise emerging evidence, and develop credible policy recommendations to influence decision-makers.

Approved Premises (APs) work with high-risk people released from prison, providing a vital element in public protection arrangements. APs offer a level of contact, support and supervision within the community that is unique within the Criminal Justice System. As an Out-of-Hours Intervention Worker at He
stia, you will play a crucial role in our Streatham Approved Premises. Your contributions will directly influence the lives of our service users, guiding them towards a path of empowerment and independence.
A day will never look the same and some of the things you can expect to do/be responsible for are:
Providing admin and other support to colleagues, particularly in relation to compiling documents relating to residents medication, curfews and sign-in registers. Completing welfare checks on residents in the Approved Premises. Ensuring timely and accurate recording of information on electronic databases, and completing tasks to a high standard. Following protocols, encouraging compliance with curfews/drug & alcohol testing, and liaising with partners including on-call manager, probation and police. Ensuring that colleagues, multi-agency partners and management are informed and updated on matters as is necessary for risk management and safeguarding duties. Actively monitoring and maintaining the health, safety, security, cleanliness and hygiene of the Approved Premises and the well-being of its occupants utilising information sharing, CCTV, direct observation, inspection, personal contact and other methods, as appropriate. Ensuring that all related administration is done in good time; that detailed, concise and accurate records are created contemporaneously, that information is shared appropriately, and that confidentiality is properly maintained. Senior Finance Manager
We are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Finance Manager to work in collaboration with the Assistant Director of Finance to proactively take the lead in the coordination and review of the Reporting Team deliverables, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing accurate financial information.
This is a key role that involves offering technical accounting advice and maintaining strict control over the Methodist Church financial records.
The post holder will also deputise for the Assistant Director of Finance, be outward facing to ensure that the support provided to managing trustees is effective and fit for purpose. Actively drive efficiencies within the Team and actively participate in projects aimed at developing the Finance function.
The provision of a high quality service to our managing trustees and other stakeholders across the whole Connexion is one way in which the Connexional Team supports the wider Methodist Church in its mission as described in ‘Our Calling’.
About You
The post holder will be a qualified accountant with extensive post qualification experience and significant experience in financial reporting for a large charity and good knowledge of relevant legislation. They will be an effective leader and understand how to get the best from the people in their team. They will have strong interpersonal skills that enable them to develop effective relationships outside the finance function. They will understand what success looks like from the perspective of the ‘customer’ and be able to implement strategies that deliver a high level of customer satisfaction. They will also be sympathetic to the ethos of the Methodist Church.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a dynamic individual who has the skills, experience and aptitude to work with the Trustees to refine and support delivery of The Pixel Fund’s overall vision and strategy, and to be the public face of the charity.The successful applicant will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the charity, currently carried out by a part-time administrator, which position is to be discontinued following the CEO appointment.
We are looking for an individual with experience of working in a leadership role with a board of Trustees, ideally with hands-on experience in grant-making and grant management, including managing a portfolio of live grant-holders.Strong financial and budgetary management skills are also desirable, in particular to reduce the Charity’s reliance on the Voluntary Treasurer.
The Trustees wish to appoint an individual who has a demonstrable understanding of, and commitment to, supporting the mental health and wellbeing of Children and Young People.The role will include upholding the charity’s vision, values and strategic focus, including championing equality, diversity and inclusion across our work.
