The Head of Fundraising will drive the strategic development, implementation, and delivery of BEO’s income generation strategy, focusing on core and restricted funds from High Net Worth Individuals (HNWIs), corporates, trusts and foundations, and other potential sources.

You will have an in depth understanding of substance use, harm reduction and treatment modalities, as well as experience of managing people. The most important thing you’ll bring to this role is your desire and ability to support staff, and make a positive difference to people’s lives.
You will have good Microsoft Office skills and be able to manage your own diary efficiently and proactively. You will have integrity, enthusiasm, and a passion to make a difference.

Job Summary
To drive development of CEM’s fundraising strategy and oversee its implementation. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Identifying the most fruitful new avenues of funding from a range of Christian cultures, including individual donors, trusts and grant-making bodies
- Identifying new fundraising methods, including digital campaigns and social media outreach, to broaden and diversify our donor base
- Strengthen connections with new networks to tap into underutilised funding streams.

Key duties and responsibilities
- Be accountable for increasing funding to CEM by an agreed amount each year.
- Create a clear and effective fundraising strategy and communicate it well to the rest of the CEM team.
- Bring experience and best practice to CEM’s fundraising efforts, to help us build a culture of fundraising.

Person specification
The Director of Fundraising will need to demonstrate a track record of success in increasing organisational funding — this is not a skillset CEM currently has and we will be relying on the successful candidate to bring a robust knowledge of best practice. We are looking for a strategic thinker who will bring clarity and simplicity to our fundraising efforts, targeting donors wisely and treating them with respect.
CEM is a very relational organisation which operates with a high level of consensus. While staff are not afraid of conflict, or of making clear decisions where there are differences of opinion, we expect team members to work hard to listen to each other and see the value and wisdom in different viewpoints.

This role will be the key point of contact for non-finance staff across departments with regards to purchase order and invoice queries.
The role is a full time and fixed term contract for 12 months. This role is based at our Bloomsbury campus with flexibility to work from home on a 40/60 basis (Minimum 40% working from the office).

We have an exciting opportunity for a role based within our London MARAC Team, that requires knowledge and experience working within the domestic abuse sector, as well as strong administrative, interpersonal and stakeholder liaison skills.
Multi Agency Risk Assessment Conferences are regular meetings where information is shared by a variety of key organisations both statutory and non-statutory on the highest risk domestic abuse cases in order to create safety/action plans that help reduce and manage risk to victim/ survivors.
This position will require you to work closely with the MARAC Head of Service, MARAC Team, MARAC Chair and partner agencies to ensure referral thresholds are met, meetings are well organised, effectively coordinated, and accurate recordings of the meetings are taken and distributed following planned delivery requirements.
We are looking for a highly organised individual with the passion to make a difference, you will need proficient I.T. skills particularly in Word, Excel and case recording data base systems.

The team:
The Visitor and Audience Operations (VAO) department is at the heart of delivering exceptional experiences for all who visit Shakespeare’s Globe. Responsible for front-facing operations and visitor experience across the site, the department encompasses our visitor attraction offer; our tours and exhibition space delivered by Guides and Visitor Operations Assistants; a large Volunteer Steward team operating across our two performance spaces, and event support.

Barnardo's Kickstart Futures Service; Floating Support for Care Leavers in Sutton.
Barnardo's, in partnership with The London Borough of Sutton, is providing a floating support service for Care Leavers with low to medium levels of support needs.
The service provides floating support to Young People across a range of properties located within the borough of Sutton, as well as a small number of Young People based elsewhere in the community, mainly around The London Borough of Sutton and neighbouring boroughs.
Some residents are Unaccompanied Asylum-Seeking Young People (UASYP), or survivors of Human Trafficking, who are over the age of 18.
The service delivers key work support to each Young Person on an individual basis and additional group work sessions for property residents. Key work sessions are scheduled in collaboration with the Young Person. Key work hours will be delivered flexibly to meet the needs of the Young People and include regular evenings and weekends in order to fit around college and/or work schedules for Young People who are engaged in Education, Employment or Training.
We are now seeking to recruit new project workers, with experience of working with Care Leavers, to help us grow this exciting new service. We would welcome applications for as and when part time workers.

As Learning Hub Coordinator, you will manage and coordinate all services within the Learning Hub, ensuring they are of high quality, innovative and safe, meeting the learning needs and outcomes of the students and users who access them. You will have experience of managing services, staff and volunteers, and will have a working knowledge of EHCP process and post 16-25 transition pathways.
