The Clean Air Fund is seeking an Executive Assistant to join the team in London on a 3‑month fixed‑term contract. This is an opportunity to join a fast‑paced, mission‑driven organisation using philanthropic funding to catalyse reductions in air pollution worldwide.

The role sits within the CEO’s Office, supporting the Executive Assistant (EA) team and providing cover and support to allocated CAF Directors within the Senior Leadership Team, as required. You’ll work closely with the Senior Executive Assistant & Support Manager (SEA&SM) and the wider EA team to ensure Directors and their teams are supported to work efficiently and effectively, and that projects run smoothly. This is a hands‑on role at the heart of a dynamic organisation.

As an Executive Assistant, you’ll provide high‑quality support across the EA team. Responsibilities include diary management, complex international travel booking, and supporting preparations for high‑profile international meetings and events.

The role also supports team projects, events and engagement activity, requiring strong organisational and administrative skills.

About the role
Fundraising plays an important role in the sustainability of The Brilliant Club, and this is only set to grow in our next strategy. The new Fundraising Officer will be responsible for building relationships and creating excellent experiences for a portfolio of supporters and prospective supporters, to help us raise over £1.4 million each year.

Supporters will be mainly Trusts & Foundations, but also some corporates and individuals. The role will include meeting with prospects, writing compelling applications for funding, stewarding and renewing existing partnerships and writing engaging funding reports.

Opportunity to pioneer work with children of all ages within the local community at an exciting Community Hub. The Rising Generation Pastor will oversee a team of children's and youth workers, supporting them in offering a wide range of groups and events. 

Overall responsibilities include:

- Overseeing all areas of ministry to the rising generation (0 - 18 year olds) within the church and the local community, including holding the overall vision.

- Line managing the youth team including the Assistant Youth Pastor, PAIS Apprentice team leader and Trainee Kids and Families Pastor.

Key Responsibilities 

Communications & PR 

• Develop, contribute to and implement impact-driven and strategic communications campaigns that build Kineara’s presence across its wide audiences and expand its fundraising potential

• Manage digital content strategy for Kineara, including producing short from video content, promotional videos, infographics, interviews, thought leadership, impact storytelling, case studies etc. to grow Kineara’s digital and social media footprint

Yeldall Manor is a Christian recovery centre for men overcoming drug and alcohol addiction. We’re looking for a caring, motivated person to help maintain a clean, comfortable, homely environment while supporting residents as they rebuild their lives.

In this rewarding position, you will help ensure the cleanliness of our buildings while working alongside our male residents who are recovering from drug and alcohol addiction. Brief role description:

The HR Manager will provide end-to-end, operational and strategic human resources support for the charity's international workforce (excluding APAC). Acting as a trusted advisor to leadership and line managers, the role will ensure that people practices are compliant, values-driven, and aligned with our strategy. At Dementia UK, we make sure families affected by dementia don’t face it alone. Through our specialist Admiral Nurses, we provide expert advice and support when it’s needed most. Alongside this, our policy and campaigns work helps drive the change needed so that every family can access the support they deserve.

We are looking for an experienced Head of Campaigns to join us on a 12 month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave. This is a key leadership role at an important time for the charity, offering the opportunity to shape and deliver high-impact policy change campaigning that supports real change across the UK.

Leading our campaigns team, you will drive a clear and effective approach to public mobilisation, ensuring the voices of people affected by dementia are heard and influence decision-making. You will work closely with colleagues across policy, communications and digital, building strong partnerships internally and externally to strengthen our reach and impact.

This role requires someone who can step in with confidence and operate at pace. You will bring strong experience of leading campaigns and influencing activity, with the ability to negotiate, influence and drive coalitions and hold your own in senior discussions. You will be comfortable representing the organisation externally, including with partners, senior stakeholders and in the media.

You will also lead and support a small team, creating a collaborative and focused environment while ensuring delivery of high-quality, inclusive campaigning. Alongside this, you will use your political judgement and strategic thinking to identify opportunities, manage risks and ensure our work is grounded in evidence and lived experience.

We are looking for someone with a strong track record in campaigns or public affairs, who understands how to influence change within the UK health and social care landscape. Experience of partnership working and bringing organisations together to achieve shared goals would be particularly valuable.

Role Requirements

Your role will be to provide a high standard of housekeeping ensuring excellent levels of cleanliness are consistent throughout the site and that infection control procedures are met across site.

As part of the site services team the role holder will be expected to liaise with managers and staff across the Trust. The role holder is expected to work closely with the other members of the facilities team and assist in covering in the laundry, in the deep clean team or other works as and when required.

AWF was established from a legacy left to the British Veterinary Association (BVA) in 1983 and was set up as an independent charity to directly support the veterinary profession, promote best practice and drive improvements in animal welfare

We are seeking an experienced charity manager to coordinate and manage the activity of the BVA Animal Welfare Foundation (AWF), which places animal welfare at the forefront of veterinary knowledge via research, education and debate.

You will have a strong track record of working with a Board of Trustees and associated committees on the successful implementation of a charity strategy, alongside an ability to lead on the implementation of a focused fundraising strategy.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and strong organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise, and work to strict deadlines. Alongside experience of a variety of fundraising activities, event planning, and knowledge of charity governance, this new role represents an exciting opportunity to optimise the unique partnership with BVA and build strategic relationships with key stakeholders to raise the profile of AWF.

Currently there are no direct line management responsibilities but as the charity develops it is likely that line management responsibilities will become part of this role. The role will also involve working closely with BVA’s policy and public affairs, media and campaigns, and marketing and events teams.

This role is pivotal to AWF and will have a lasting impact on the charity.
