THE ROLE
We're looking for an experienced Mid & Major Donor Manager who is passionate about connecting people with the vision, people and projects across the 24-7 Prayer movement that inspire generous giving.
You'll love building authentic relationships and helping supporters discover how their generosity can fuel prayer, mission and justice around the world. You'll be someone who enjoys listening well, thinking strategically, and communicating impact in ways that help donors feel deeply connected to the movement they are helping to resource.
You will bring experience in mid and major donor fundraising, alongside strong communication and relationship-building skills. As a relational movement, we're looking for someone who values and cultivates genuine connection.
This role would suit someone with experience working with high-net-worth individuals who thrives in a fast-paced, growing organisation. We're looking for someone who is motivated by both people and outcomes—someone who enjoys using insight and data to build strong donor relationships and achieve ambitious fundraising goals.
Above all, you'll have a personal passion for prayer, mission and justice, and a desire to see the vision of 24-7 Prayer continue to grow and achieve its mission to revive the church and rewire the culture.
Role Overview
As the Mid & Major Donor Manager, you will develop and deliver strategies that inspire individuals to invest in the mission of 24-7 Prayer through four and five-figure gifts. You will manage a portfolio of mid and major donors and prospects, leading cultivation, solicitation and stewardship activity that helps supporters deepen their partnership with the movement. Through thoughtful relationship management, you'll create personalised opportunities for donors to engage with the stories, people and projects that matter most to them.
You'll work closely with colleagues across the organisation to communicate impact, identify opportunities and ensure supporters experience exceptional care throughout their giving journey.

What the job involves
We’re looking for a Customer Journeys and Experience Manager to join our Customer Engagement and Experience Team on a fixed term basis for six months.
We’re about to launch our new, organisation-wide, segmentation project – Designed Around You, where you’ll play a key role in using this new insight to support teams to deliver the experience our customers have of Prostate Cancer UK. You’ll be responsible for developing and delivering multi-channel customer journeys that provide a consistent and engaging experience to all customers of Prostate Cancer UK. You’ll lead the ongoing development and optimisation of how we welcome customers to the organisation, as well as our engagement journeys, ensuring that customer needs are met, and behaviours and interests are tracked across every touchpoint.
You’ll take a lead on briefing, journey design development, analysis, and reporting, to optimise customer engagement and income. How and where we work

What You’ll Be Doing
Lead the continuous improvement of lead nurture processes, including events, networks, referrals and targeted outreach, aligned to the go-to-market strategy.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Debt Caseworker to join our team and help meet the growing demand for debt and income‑maximisation advice within our service. In this role, you will guide and empower clients to understand their options, while also taking direct action on behalf of those who are particularly vulnerable. This includes negotiating with creditors to prevent escalation and protect clients from further financial harm.
You will assess each client’s situation in depth, identifying the most appropriate strategies to resolve their debt issues while exploring every opportunity to maximise income. Through practical support and casework, you will take the necessary steps to halt creditor action, prepare accurate financial statements, make repayment offers, and apply strategies to reduce, write off and manage debt effectively. Alongside this, you will provide budgeting guidance to help clients regain control of their finances and build long‑term stability. Your ability to work confidently with third parties—including local authorities, bailiffs, landlords and lenders—will be essential in preventing enforcement action and resolving arrears.

The Social Media Officer focuses on delivering engaging and effective day-to-day social media activity across the Foundation’s charity brands. The role supports the Social Media Manager in executing the social media strategy by managing content calendars, creating static and video content, and overseeing daily posting and community management. The Head of Change leads the development, coordination and delivery of the Foundation’s strategic change portfolio. Reporting to the Director of Transformation, this role provides expert direction on organisational change initiatives, ensures alignment with strategic priorities, and builds a culture where transformation is understood, embraced and delivered confidently across the organisation.
The Head of Change acts as the Foundation’s change leader, helping to shape strategy, establishing structures for high-quality programme delivery, and ensuring teams are ready and supported through change. This includes oversight of the Change team, taking a lead on cross-Foundation change initiatives, and ensuring all strategic programmes are governed effectively.
This role is cross-organisational, working closely with the Chief People & Transformation Officer on the operating model, the Chief Financial Officer and the Director of Transformation on planning and delivery.
This role delivers a transformational, organisation-wide approach to change, grounded in best practice, and provides a high-quality, consistent programme delivery through a strengthened PMO capability. The Head of Change delivers improved organisational staff readiness and staff confidence during periods of change, and produces clear, measurable outcomes across the Foundation’s strategic transformation priorities.
