The Role

As Head of Growth, you will be at the forefront of shaping our sales, marketing, and events, developing our business development strategy to expand our reach and impact. 

Responsibilities will include:

• Lead with vision: Set ambitious sales and marketing goals to deliver our 5-Year Strategy, targeting 600 Centres of Excellence and 1,200 annual members.

• Drive growth: Build high-impact sales funnels, oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, and optimize our HubSpot CRM to create seamless buyer journeys.

• Inspire teams: Lead our Growth team (Sales, Marketing, Events) with passion, fostering their development and collaborating across departments to launch innovative offers.

• Make an impact: Focus on engaging schools in high-need areas and secure multi-year partnerships with Multi-Academy Trusts and Local Authorities.

 

Who You Are

• A proven leader with expertise in sales or marketing (ideally both) and a track record of managing high-volume, complex sales funnels.

• A digital expert with advanced CRM experience (HubSpot preferred) and a knack for data-driven decision-making.

• Passionate about education equity and comfortable in mission-driven or public sector settings.

• A collaborative, empathetic communicator ready to inspire teams and stakeholders.

• Bonus but not essential: Experience in education, MATs, or event-driven organisations.

Work from Anywhere

This is a home-based role with occasional travel to our London office (near Victoria station) and schools nationwide. Travel and accommodation expenses are covered.

We are looking for someone to join the Bristol Women’s Pathway (*women only) as a Project Worker. Our Women’s pathway offers safe spaces from abuse, exploitation or Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG) and provides accommodation and housing related support to women experiencing homelessness;

As a Project Worker you will join a team dedicated to providing a safe, high quality and inclusive service to residents while they are living in the hostel, and a positive move-on into independent housing. In this role you will:

• Oversee a caseload of clients and provide ongoing 1-1 support in an approachable, caring and person-centred way.
• Provide practical and personal support to clients with complex needs around areas such as housing and health. 
• Have a good understanding of a person centred approach and how to provide the right support to clients to meet individual needs, identifying personal aims and ambitions and making plans to achieve them.  
• Work with the team, external statutory agencies and voluntary organisations to ensure everyone has access to available support.  
• Continue to develop your skills further around working with clients in a holistic way, and to gain a deeper understanding of housing and benefits law, and other specialist areas through training, supervision and line management support. 

In this role you will work on a shift rota including mornings, evenings and weekends. In some of these role’s staff can claim an additional 20% pay premium for hours worked between 8pm and 8am Monday to Friday, and all hours worked on Saturday and Sunday.

About you 

We are looking for enthusiastic people with experience helping people throughout difficult periods and a process of change, and able to manage complex situations. If you have good interpersonal and skills, patience and resilience we will provide you with the knowledge and training you need to work with clients in a holistic and person-centred way. You should also demonstrate:

• A sound understanding of the issues faced by people experiencing homelessness, and the difficulties they can experience in accessing services.
• Some experience of liaising with a number of individuals or agencies to achieve effective outcomes for others.
• Good communication and listening skills and the ability to work with a variety of different people.
• The ability to work in a role that supports vulnerable people and maintain high level of contact with clients on a day to day basis.
• Above all, you should have a genuine desire to support people to transform their lives with a non-judgemental approach to working with people with complex needs.

Programme Officer for Europe & Eurasia

About the role:

The Programme Officer will provide programmatic support to a portfolio of Internews Europe’s projects in the Europe & Eurasia (E&E) Region. The role will be part of Internews’ Regional E&E Team and report to the UK-based Regional Programme Manager. The role will support the project teams in the E&E region as they conduct their project activities and ensure effective programme implementation, particularly related to project reporting, work planning, and monitoring, evaluation, research and learning (MERL).

The role will coordinate with diverse international donors to contribute to development opportunities that support E&E media and journalists to safely provide good-quality information. The role supports the design and development of innovative programmes and serves as the point of contact for E&E projects within Internews Europe and for some project donors. The role may also be asked to represent Internews at partner and donor meetings. The role will also contribute to Internews’ knowledge management and improvement of Internews systems.

Key responsibilities:

• Support the project teams across all programmatic and operational aspects of European-funded grant programmes to implement high-quality projects on time, according to the budget, and to the highest technical standards, and in a way that positions projects within a broader regional or thematic portfolio and contributes to organisational impact
• Monitor progress towards project deliverables and provide guidance to project teams
• Support project openings/start-ups and closeouts
• Advise on project team composition and support with hiring key project personnel
• Guide the project teams on rules and requirements of European donors and Internews’ internal policies and procedures
• Work closely with the E&E Business team on business aspects of project delivery, including budget management and financial tracking
• Review and revise donor narrative reports, workplans, and MERL plans to ensure their high quality
• Review and provide feedback on relevant programmatic and monitoring aspects, including MERL reporting, external project evaluation, and other research and studies
• Solicit, draft, and edit success stories, briefers, and other communications materials for E&E projects in coordination with project teams
• Contribute to or draft scopes of work, programme descriptions, etc. for subgrants or contracts as needed
• Coordinate and contribute to various aspects of proposal development, including research, writing, and editing
• Provide input and support for organisation-wide initiatives as needed
• Travel within the E&E region as necessary
• Represent Internews in official meetings as necessary
• Other duties as reasonably assigned

Qualifications:

Required:

• 5+ years of relevant experience
• University degree in a related field;
• Familiarity with the E&E region and/or media-related issues

Senior Asset Manager

The role

Reporting to our Head of Services, this exciting and varied role is your opportunity to lead the evaluation of our online and in-person services as a key member of the Services Lead team. The role will work collaboratively with colleagues across the Charity including the fundraising team to prepare applications and impact reports and our partner organisation GenesisCare.,

Key role considerations are to ensure that:

• Services offered by the charity meet clients’ needs and lead to demonstrable impact
• Information provided is evidence-based, balanced, and consistent
• The voice of the person with cancer is integrated into strategy and service development
• Capacity to support the above functions is developed through skilled volunteer, student and associate recruitment and management

This important role will suit a proactive, highly organised person with experience in the evaluation and impact assessment of health-related services, analysing information and data, producing objective reports, and undertaking or overseeing desk research. You will be highly literate and able to write succinctly and compellingly for different audiences including academic, funders, health care professionals and individuals with cancer. Candidates will have experience of designing and using mixed-methods of service evaluation, ideally within a health-based environment.

We provide expert bereavement and grief information and support, and our charity has been supporting people for over 65 years. We support adults, children and young people across England, Wales and Northern Ireland, through our national services, 84 local branches and online information about grief and bereavement.

You will lead the Community Fundraising and Individual Giving team to inspire support and donations from groups, organisations and individuals in local communities across England, Wales and Northern Ireland. You will oversee a range of activity across the Community fundraising team and manage a portfolio of relationships including Fundraising Champions (volunteers in branches) and key donors and supporters. You will review, inform and deliver activity to secure individual giving income and promote gifts in Wills, building our income from individuals including those who have received support from Cruse.

As part of the Income and Marketing/Communications Management Team, you will help shape plans to grow our income, raise awareness and increase engagement from volunteers and donors. Working with key colleagues in Services, Volunteering and Finance, and key volunteers, you will build our approach to Community and Individual Giving.

Role Description

We are looking for a confident, motivated and results-driven marketing professional with a strong background in multi-channel campaign development and communications who is keen to work for a purpose-driven organisation. You will be responsible for planning, executing and evaluating targeted, insight-driven marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement and lead generation across a wide range of HACT’s projects, services and propositions. Responsibilities

• Design, deliver and evaluate high-impact marketing campaigns across all channels to promote HACT’s services, projects and charitable purpose.

• Create and manage content for campaign assets, including landing pages, emails, blogs, social media and event materials.

About the Dreamers

The Dreamers is a co-produced project that aims to improve the mental health of young (16-25-year-old) refugees and asylum seekers. The project is delivered through a partnership between Oasis, TGP Cymru and Cardiff and Vale Health Inclusion Service (CAVHIS) along with the young people who are seeking sanctuary or have received refugee status in the UK. The partnership project is hosted by Oasis and funded by the National Lottery.

Who We Are

Oasis is a community space in the heart of Cardiff, which gives a warm Welsh welcome to around 2500 people seeking sanctuary (asylum seekers and refugees) per year across South Wales. We empower them to reach their aspirations for themselves and their families by providing;

• community integration activities to build relationships at Oasis and in their local communities

• opportunities to influence the services and systems that impact their lives

Main Duties

• Engage with young people to involve them in the project
• Act as a peer contact for young people including through 1 to 1 case work

• Orientation visits to external services and locations, welcome workshops and early intervention for new arrivals
• Support colleagues with the delivery of activities at evening youth group once a week and co-produced social media marketing of the project
• Consultation, planning, delivery and evaluation of activities on the project/projects
