As People Support Team Administrator, you work to support our homes with all onboarding and HR administrative queries across the full employee lifecycle, with a particular focus on onboarding.
What You'll be doing
You'll be at the heart of our onboarding process, helping new colleagues join us smoothly and ensuring managers have the support they need along the way.
You'll:
- Support the onboarding journey from offer through to start date.
- Carry out employment checks, including DBS, references, right to work, qualifications, and occupational health clearances.
- Set up new starters on our HR system and maintain accurate employee records.
- Be a key point of contact for candidates, managers, and colleagues, providing a positive and professional experience.
- Support probation administration and employee lifecycle processes.

- Assist with personnel file audits and compliance checks.
- Maintain shared trackers, inboxes, and employee records.

- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook and Word.

Experience within a care organisation or knowledge of CQC recruitment requirements would be an advantage, but it isn't essential.

Working closely with the Head of Partnerships and Fundraising, we’re looking for a Trusts and Foundations Manager to join our small team at a critical growth point to build and deliver a Trusts Fundraising Strategy (currently projected to generate c.£600K in 2027) laying the groundwork for long term, sustainable income generation as part of our wider Fundraising Strategy.
This is a new role for someone with substantial experience working in Trusts Fundraising, as well as strong project development skills, who can take our fledgling portfolio of funders and transform it into a pool of engaged supporters invested in MRF’s work in the long-term. You will have a demonstrable track record of securing five-six figure sums, the ability to create propositions in collaboration with programmatic colleagues, and the confidence to present compelling cases for support to a range of philanthropic organisations. Responsibilities
Finance & Board Administration

Financial Oversight: Manage invoice creation, process team expenses, have a good understanding of our overall budget, and pull monthly budget reports from Sage for budget holders.

Role details

About the role
We are looking for a passionate and inspirational individual to lead our Patient Support service across Scotland & Northern Ireland. You and your team will reach kidney patients at their point of need and ensure they are supported or signposted to the services that will improve their wellbeing and maximise outcomes in line with the objectives of the service as directed by the Programme Manager/Head of Service.
Alongside our other Regional Managers, you will be the national face of Kidney Care UK patient support services, raising awareness of the service and the Charity and building strong relationships with the kidney patients, renal units, Kidney Patient Associations (KPAs), health professionals and other kidney stakeholder groups in your regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of five Patient Support Officer’s to deliver an accessible, valued and effective service across your designated region. Responsibility for the training, development and wellbeing of the regional team.
- Lead the delivery of Kidney Care UK service and funder required outcomes into service delivery aligned with the Kidney Care Patient Support service strategy.
- Through in-person attendance at stakeholder events and meetings, build strong relationships with key decision makers and influencers in health and care commissioning and delivery in your region.

About you
