We are currently recruiting for a Development Officer, Patrons to join our Development team at Kew. The Patrons Officer is a key member of the team, helping to build and nurture this close community of supporters who are deeply invested in our work. This role will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day activities of the Patrons programme, including coordinating renewals, responding to enquiries and ensuring excellent donor care. The post holder will work closely with the Development Manager, Patrons to deliver the programme, implement the retention and upgrade strategy for existing Patrons, and cultivate new Patrons.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a high degree of personal initiative, a proven ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders, and excellent organisational and administrative skills. They will have strong customer service and/or fundraising experience and will enjoy building relationships with a wide range of people.
This role is based at Kew with the option of regular home working, subject to operational requirements.

Your role
As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Being connected to the RNLI community in your area and the primary point of contact for all things engagement (fundraising, retail and visitor experience)
- Empowering volunteer engagement crew to do what they do best, engaging the public, sharing our RNLI vision and growing support for our cause
- Supporting volunteer engagement crew to achieve key income, footfall and contact goals and seeking ways to engage new audiences

About this role
SPANA’s Global Resources team supports SPANA’s mission to transform the welfare of working animals, including providing efficient and effective HR delivery across the organisation. This role will report to SPANA’s Global People & EDI Manager.
We are seeking a People Officer to support processes and systems across the employee lifecycle, with a particular focus on ensuring high quality and efficient recruitment. The People Officer will also play a key role in continuing the roll out of SPANA’s HR platform, Moorepay, which was introduced earlier this year.
Contract, location and salary
This is a full-time (34.5 hours per week), fixed-term, six-month contract role with the possibility of extension. This role is UK based, hybrid working with regular attendance (approximately 1-2 days per month, or more if preferred) in our London office. Unfold is an established local charity supporting young people and families to reach their potential by identifying and achieving their goals through mentoring. We support families and young people in Westminster and its neighbouring boroughs through mentoring programmes and peer support groups for women with children.
For over 35 years, we have provided support to families and young people at risk of social exclusion. Working with trained and DBS-checked volunteers, we offer mentoring to women and children, building independence and helping people get where they want to be. We’ve also developed specialised programmes for refugees, children excluded from school, those with care experience, and families facing homelessness.
About the Role
The Programme Manager is responsible for the development, management and delivery of Unfold’s Broadening Horizons mentoring programme and peer support groups for children and young people aged 10–25.
The role includes managing a team of four (Senior Programme Officers and Programme Officers), ensuring effective planning and delivery of mentoring programmes in line with agreed strategies and workplans. You will oversee the development of specialised programmes, including mentoring for refugees, young people seeking asylum, those excluded from mainstream education, and those with care experience.
The Programme Manager will monitor performance, manage resources, ensure compliance with Unfold’s policies and procedures, and report regularly to the Deputy CEO and Board of Trustees. You will prepare reports and case studies, analyse monitoring data, revise training materials, and use findings to inform programme improvement.
Partnership management is a key element of the role, including maintaining and developing relationships with local authorities, schools, funders, and community organisations to enhance programme delivery. The postholder will also lead the Youth Advisory Council, supporting members to contribute to Unfold’s strategy and direction.
As part of the Senior Management Team, the Programme Manager will contribute to wider organisational planning and development. The role may include occasional evening and weekend work, for which time off in lieu will be given.

Role Description
Office Administration:
- Work with the SLT to implement and maintain core policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including risk assessments, audits, certifications, and training (fire drills, first aid, evacuation procedures).
- Liaise with tenants and landlords to uphold appropriate processes and procedures.
- Manage data processing, GDPR compliance, and act as the organisation’s Data Protection Officer.

Facility Management:

As a SQL Insight Analyst, you will be at the heart of our charity’s ambition to drive our decision making through evidence and data backed insights. About the Role
This is a hands-on delivery and coordination role working across the organisation’s two flagship programmes, Inside Job and Choirs Beating Time. You will ensure high quality and consistent delivery across prisons and in the community, supporting people with convictions into employment and purposeful lives.
The role is hybrid, with time split between home working, our Birmingham or London office, and planned visits to prisons and partners. Travel expenses are covered and visits are scheduled in advance. You must hold a full driving licence and have access to a car.
