About the role:

As a Project Worker at our Stacey Street service in Islington, you’ll support adults who have experienced homelessness or rough sleeping to rebuild stability and move towards independent living. This is a hands-on role in a busy hostel environment where no two days are the same.

You’ll work directly with residents who may be navigating challenges linked to mental health, substance use, trauma or contact with the criminal justice system. Through strengths-based support planning and clear risk management, you’ll help individuals identify goals, overcome barriers and take practical steps forward. From supporting someone to engage with treatment, to sustaining a tenancy or accessing training and employment, your work will focus on realistic, sustainable progress.

Day to day, you’ll build trusted relationships whilst maintaining professional boundaries. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to coordinate the right support at the right time, ensuring residents are prepared for successful move-on. You’ll keep accurate records, respond calmly in challenging situations and contribute to a psychologically informed environment where people feel respected and motivated to change.

This role is about creating momentum. We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our award-winning Content and Creative team at Friends of the Earth.

You’ll be an experienced designer bursting with creative ideas and passionate about using your skills to tell compelling stories that inspire people to take action. You’ll have the ability to develop our visual brand, to lead on the production of bold, audience-centric concepts, and to work closely with videographers and copywriters to support the organisation’s ambitious campaigning, activism and fundraising goals.  

You will also line manage the Midweight Graphic Designer and oversee all graphic design output to ensure it is high quality, rooted in insight and delivered on time.

Key Skills and Attributes: 

You’ll have a strong portfolio that demonstrates high-quality, impactful design tailored to different audiences and objectives. You will be confident in developing innovative concepts that work across multiple digital and print channels, and in managing a variety of design projects.

You will also be experienced in commissioning freelancers and line-managing or providing mentorship to team members, as well as possessing top-notch stakeholder communication skills and the ability to interrogate a brief.

About Working Well Trust

Working Well Trust is a mental health and employment charity in London. All of our projects share the aim of improving the lives of people with mental health support needs, learning disabilities and/or complex issues through training and employment.

We are recruiting an Employment Advisor to join our IPS service. You will be based in an NHS mental health treatment team in Edmonton, Enfield, working 35 hours per week. This IPS service at Working Well Trust has been awarded the IPS Grow quality mark and adheres closely to the principles of the IPS model in supporting people in to employment. This role will be working with clients who have mental health support needs, wanting to gain paid employment. 

Experience of employment support is not essential, it is more important that you share our passion and commitment to employment as an integral aspect of wellbeing and supporting people to find the right job for them. You will receive training on the IPS model and in supporting people with mental health issues. We welcome applications from people with lived experience of mental health, either personally or through a close contact.

You need to have a desire to support people to achieve their employment goals, and the ability to multitask and manage your workload effectively. Good organisation skills are essential for this role, in addition to an interest in mental health, and the role it plays in the workplace. What you’ll be doing

You will work with clients (managing a caseload) who have mental health support needs, to assist them in securing sustainable paid employment in line with their preferences. You will deliver the IPS approach (for which training will be given); providing person centred support and guidance to clients, whilst building positive relationships with local employers to enable clients to move into suitable employment.

You will work as part of a mental health team (NHS Trust) maintaining positive and integrated relationships, fostering a holistic approach to recovery through employment. You will work closely with clinical teams, providing a coordinated approach that always remains client led.  

You will spend up to 65% of your week working in the community of Enfield to provide localised support to residents of the Borough.

You will also be working to contract targets whilst maintaining a high-quality service.

We are now seeking an outstanding Deputy Fundraising Director, Key Relationships to provide strategic leadership for this vital programme. Reporting to the Fundraising Director and managing a team of 15 (with five direct reports), the role combines high-level leadership with hands-on engagement with major donors and senior stakeholders.

This is a pivotal moment for Greenpeace UK’s Key Relationships programme. Following a period of organisational change and restructuring, the successful candidate will help strengthen the major donor and philanthropic pipeline while shaping the future direction of the programme. Business Disability Forum is looking for an experienced, strategic Head of IT and AI to review and manage outsourced IT services, work with colleagues to ensure applications are optimised and ensure they comply with best practice data protection. You’ll lead an AI transformation agenda so we can adopt the efficiencies of AI working with colleagues at all levels across the organisation to develop, implement and monitor a plan to embed the benefits of AI while mitigating any risks.

Business Disability Forum outsources IT support to various suppliers covering CRM (Salesforce), Microsoft 365 and Telephony. The Head of IT and AI will review and manage these relationships ensuring users are kept online and active and have the applications best suited to the organisation’s needs with consideration given for compliance with our memberships’ requirements and best practice data protection.

Business Disability Forum needs to adopt the efficiencies of AI, the Head of IT and AI will be responsible for identifying opportunities, developing our use of AI, harnessing the automation and cost savings offered while maintaining security of data and compliance with our memberships’ own compliance needs. The Head of IT and AI will work with members of the leadership team to develop, implement and monitor a plan to embed the benefits of AI throughout the organisation while mitigating the risks.

The requirement

• Experience in managing outsourced IT service desks and multiple suppliers
• Proven experience leading AI transformation initiatives, including implementing organisation-wide‑ technology changes.

We’re looking for a Housing Administrator to join our supported living and housing services based in Surrey.
This is a varied and rewarding opportunity where your organisation, communication, and people skills will directly support tenants, families, professionals, and care teams — helping services run smoothly and compliantly.
As a Housing Administrator, you’ll:

• Act as the first point of contact — answering phones, emails, and welcoming tenants, families, and professionals.
• Provide housing administration support, including maintaining tenancy records, start and end dates, and issuing tenancy agreements (including easy-read versions).
• Support families and tenants with housing benefit applications, exempt accommodation claims, and related queries.
• Liaise with external agencies such as local authorities, housing benefit teams, and Universal Credit to resolve housing and benefit issues.
• Take and coordinate maintenance queries for Surrey projects and Ashdown, ensuring clear communication with families and tenants.
• Support compliance with data collection requirements for CQC, Capacity Tracker, and commissioning authorities.
• Assist with audits, KPI collation, and performance reporting.
• Support property management and projects teams with document control to meet SCC, WSCC, and Hampshire contract requirements.
• Book meetings, reviews, and professional visits, and provide hospitality when required.
• Order PPE, stationery, and supplies, and support events and social activities.
• Manage the social club and safely oversee the secure handling of client bank cards in line with policy.

What we’re looking for:

• At least two years’ experience in an administrative role within housing, supported living, care, or a related environment.
• Knowledge of housing management processes, tenancy administration, and compliance requirements.
• Experience supporting benefit applications or liaising with external agencies (desirable).
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident communication skills, both written and verbal, with a warm and professional approach.
• The ability to produce accessible documentation, including easy-read materials.
• A calm, empathetic, and non-judgemental approach when supporting tenants and families.
  The ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively as part of a team.
  A commitment to confidentiality, safeguarding, equality, and inclusion.

The ideal candidate will bring creative communication skills, strategic insight and hands-on marketing experience, with excellent knowledge of current online and off-line approaches.

The role’s core purpose is to ensure The Horton’s expanding programme of activities meets sales targets, to maximise community impact and uphold our brand.

The Marketing Manager will plan and deliver excellent campaigns that raise The Horton’s profile and maximise visitor numbers. They will assess their effectiveness to inform decision-making and budget allocation.
