Community Development Officer

We are looking for three Rural Community Connectors / Community Development Officers to join our team, working across Devon in flexible, hybrid roles.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading rural community development charity and play a critical role in supporting thriving, sustainable and inclusive rural, coastal and market town communities.

Positions: Rural Community Connector / Community Development Officer (3 posts)

Salary: £28,828 per annum (FTE) - Pro rata: £8,648 (0.3 FTE) / £23,062 (0.8 FTE)

Contract: Fixed term for 3 years (subject to review thereafter)

Locations & Hours:

• South / West Devon – 0.3 FTE (10.88 hours per week)
• North Devon / Torridge – 0.3 FTE (10.88 hours per week)
• East Devon / Mid Devon – 0.8 FTE (29 hours per week)

The Role

You will work as part of the Delivery Team to support rural and coastal communities to develop, thrive and respond to local challenges. Across these roles you will contribute to the delivery of a diverse portfolio of projects, including the Vibrant Villages and Power in Place programmes, and wider community development activity across Devon.

You will:

• Work directly with communities and partner organisations to improve quality of life and community resilience
• Deliver community engagement, capacity building and community-led planning activity
• Support work tackling social isolation, health inequalities, fuel poverty and access to services
• Contribute to social enterprise development, training and skills building in community-led change
• Support Project Managers to deliver funded projects on time and to agreed outcomes
• Represent the charity within local partnerships and networks
• Research emerging issues affecting rural communities and help shape future projects and services

You will be primarily community-based within your locality, with some work across the wider county.

About You

We are seeking experienced, motivated and community-focused professionals who thrive in varied, people-centred roles and enjoy delivering tangible outcomes.

You will have:

• Experience in community engagement or community development, supporting community groups and partnerships
• A strong understanding of asset-based, inclusive and community-led approaches
• Excellent project management skills, including communication, facilitation, training delivery and impact evaluation
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
• Experience of writing reports and delivering workshops or training sessions
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences

You will need to be flexible, as some evening and weekend work will be required. Travel across Devon is essential; mileage will be reimbursed. Due to the rural nature of the county, a full driving licence with access to a vehicle (or the ability to travel easily across Devon) is required.

Open Rights Group (ORG) is recruiting for a Pre-Crime Programme Manager

The Pre-Crime Programme Manager leads our work on predictive policing and surveillance within the criminal legal system and counter-terrorism policy, with a particular focus on raising awareness of, and challenging, the impact on over-policed and over-surveilled communities.

They are responsible for the development and implementation of the Pre-Crime programme, working with the Senior Management Team (SMT) and other staff to expand the programme’s profile, network and funding opportunities.

As a Programme Lead, they will also be responsible for working with the SMT and other Area or Programme leads to further develop and uphold ORG’s values and collaborative working culture. They will be recognised as an issue-expert and senior leader within the organisation.

Activities

This is a permanent position at Open Rights Group, and we have secured a number of project grants to deliver the following activities:

• Lead and manage the Safety Not Surveillance (SNS) Coalition, the UK’s only coalition fighting to prohibit AI- and data-driven predictive policing. SNS brings together grassroots partners with national organisations to build power in communities, secure media coverage, engage decision-makers and mobilise those with lived experience.

• Develop detailed policy positions on the deployment of AI and data-driven technologies by private and public actors in criminal justice, immigration and national security.

• Advocacy to encourage decision makers, including MPs, Lords, Government departments and the Information Commissioner’s Office, to adopt ORG’s and the coalition’s recommendations.

• Conduct campaigns that raise awareness of the threats posed to people’s digital rights by the data-driven technologies in policing and counter-terrorism, as well as more broadly.

• Through research and FOIs, help build a legal case with our partners against covert Police-led pathways under Prevent, the UK’s counter-terrorism programme.

• Opportunities to campaign against digital ID, the Online Safety Act and to protect freedom of expression.

What we’re looking for

Above all else, we need a passionate and effective advocate. And as regards the rest, we’re more interested in your skills, rather than your knowledge.

You might be knowledgeable on the current and emerging technologies impacting policing and the criminal justice system.

You will likely have experiencing managing multiple projects addressing harms impacting communities that are marginalised and made vulnerable by society.

You might have a strong policy background with an interest in human rights, policing, surveillance or draconian technology.

You will have the capacity to perform simultaneous roles such as research, project planning and creating communication outputs and have the creativity and lateral thinking skills to ideate interventions and disrupt harms.

You may be bringing a wide range of contacts to the role or have the skills to build relationships with diverse stakeholders with sensitivity to their aims and values.

What the job will involve

• Research: for example on the impact of current data processing practices under the Prevent Duty on individuals and targeted communities.

• Drafting policy documents: including public-facing documents such as consultation responses and reports.

• Outreach to policy-makers: including engagement with UK MPs, Lords and councillors.

• Feeding into our campaigning work: through collaboration with our Campaigns Manager, to ensure that your policy research is fed into our campaigning and grassroots activism.

• Coalition building: through collaborating with other team-members to expand our coalition of cross-sectoral allies.

• Creating comms outputs: such as blog and video posts summarising policy submissions and campaign materials.

• Some public speaking: such as giving press quotes and interviews, as well as representing ORG at external events.

• Programme management: for example, setting goals, objectives and key performance indicators for the programme to deliver.

• Project planning: including identifying further opportunities and partnerships for programme growth.

The purpose of this role is to deliver FSSW’s FareChance programme, including employability learning and practical logistics sessions alongside support and collaboration with the Employability Programme Facilitator. The FareChance programme currently works with young people aged between 18 – 25 who experience additional barriers to accessing education, training, or employment. The young people are supported to learn new skills, build confidence, and realise their full potential. 

FareChance provides a unique combination of two parts: the first is working alongside other volunteers and staff learning key warehouse and logistics skills, getting firsthand practical experience; the second is tailored employability sessions in small groups with 1-1 specialist support. 

The Employability Programme Lead will lead on running the employability workshops. This role will provide 1-1 support for young people where required and provide signposting and referrals to other specialist services. The successful candidate will be passionate about supporting people to thrive and be sensitive to the inequality and power imbalance faced by young people today. They will have experience of supporting young people to achieve their goals and can bring these skills to deliver FareChance. This role will coach as well as co-ordinate the programme whilst supporting the growth of an innovative, supportive, and caring employability pathway for people to overcome barriers and move closer to the future they deserve. 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

Programme Delivery 

• Support the Employability Programme Facilitator to deliver practical warehouse activity sessions 

• Working with the Operations team to ensure smooth integration of our participants and the programme into every aspect of the operation. 

• Lead in providing tailored programme coaching/mentoring: 

• Set up and monitor an action plan for each participant with realistic goals to overcome barriers they face. 

• Provide advice and guidance, build confidence and support participants with appropriate resources for their next steps (including CV writing and interview skills)

• Identify project management opportunities and build plans with relevant staff in the wider team. 

• Lead on developing and preparing programme resources. 

• Identify specific needs and risks, liaising with senior colleagues, create and maintain risk assessments with individuals to ensure safety in the workplace.

Programme Development 

• Lead on the recruitment, onboarding and offboarding of participants (currently 18–25-year-olds with possibility of expanding this range) onto the FareChance Programme. 

• Work with the Volunteer Team to ensure smooth transitions to and from FareChance to Volunteering where applicable. 

• Build a Youth Steering/Co-production group to design, deliver and evaluate the programmes. 

• Alongside the Head of Employability and Volunteering, support the development of the strategy for future programmes. 

External partnerships and relationship building 

• Work with the Head of Employability and Volunteering to develop our network of statutory, charity and business partnerships to increase referral pathways into and out of the programme. 

• Support the fundraising team in providing updates for employability funders 

• On occasion, attend events or appointments to support recruitment/represent FSSW 

• Build a network of signposting for participants across the programme including local businesses and apprenticeship opportunities. 

• Work with the Head of Employability and Volunteering to develop partnerships to offer on-course enrichment opportunities, e.g., away days and mentoring. 

Reporting and Administration 

• Maintain quality records of all participant information, including interventions with project participants, ensuring that such data is stored within the requirements of the Data Protection Act and FSSW policies and procedures 

• Work alongside the Head of Employability and Volunteering around any incidents or safeguarding concerns. Signpost to external agencies where appropriate. 

• Work with the fundraising and communications teams on internal and external reporting for FareChance, including gathering quantitative and qualitative data 

• Deliver programme data and, in conjunction with the Head of Employability and Volunteering, analyse and feed into future programmes

We have established strong foundations, including secured funding from the Big Lottery Community Fund over three years, a full Board of Trustees, and a growing programme of 8 events each week, including Walk & Talks and Sports Hubs. We are seeking an inspiring leader to drive our ambitious strategy to engage 7,000 men and provide 330 Personal Wellbeing Plans over the next three years.

Reporting directly to the Board of Trustees, this crucial role is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and operational delivery of the charity. JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic & Operational Leadership

· Lead the day-to-day running and strategic direction of the charity in line with the Board’s vision.

· Develop, manage, and oversee the charity's resources and workstreams.

· Ensure governance, compliance, and policies/procedures remain in good shape.

· Support the Board with fundraising strategy and financial accountability, including financial forecasting and reporting to funders.

2. Programme Management & Delivery

· Directly manage the Programme & Projects Manager and the Regional Event Leaders, and assist in the recruitment process for the newly established Volunteering Co-ordinator and the Wellbeing Coach/Coordinator roles. 

· Drive the delivery and expansion of our core programmes, including the Physical Activities (Walk & Talks, Sports Hubs), Volunteer Engagement, Community Partnerships and the Personal Wellbeing Plans (PWP)18.

· Develop and implement the Marauders Pathway Programme to establish a culture of good citizenship and peer support.

3. People & Volunteer Management

· Provide leadership, support, and development for staff, managing issues such as payroll, sickness, and holidays.

· Oversee the Volunteer Co-ordinator to develop a comprehensive volunteer management process, including recruitment, training, and 'Reward & Recognition’.

· Help inspire 100 men to give back to the community through volunteering.

4. Partnerships & IT Development

· Maintain and forge new community partnerships (e.g. with voluntary organisations, NGO’s, other charities and social enterprises) to enhance volunteering, education, and wellbeing services.

· Spearhead the development of our IT Platform, focusing on a robust website and a Beneficiary Management System (CRM) for efficient reporting, data capture, and engagement.

· Oversee digital marketing and communications, including newsletters and social media content.

What you will be doing:
 
You will be providing support and assistance to the Little Bridge House and Regional Fundraising teams. We are looking for an ambitious, experienced and passionate Chief Financial & Operations Officer (CFOO) to join The Lifescape Project, leading the evolution, management and delivery of our financial and operational capacities as the organisation grows.

Our impact as a charity depends on excellent financial management and the efficient provision of supporting operational structures, policies and ways of working. As the organisation grows and diversifies, we need a dedicated Chief Financial and Operations Officer to lead the management and development of these critical functions in close liaison with the CEO. The CFOO will be second in command to the CEO and a key member of the Management Team.

We are a small and quickly growing UK-registered charity whose mission is to protect and restore wild, natural landscapes. We use the skills and expertise of our multi-disciplinary team (spanning science, law, economics, technology and culture) to develop projects that pursue this mission.

We use the approach of combining disciplines to design and deliver our work because the biodiversity crisis is driven and impacted by social, economic, legal and other complex factors. It is increasingly recognised that the urgent transformative change needed for a sustainable future on our planet is most effectively achieved through this approach. The Lifescape Project has a unique ability to apply these diverse areas of expertise to our mission whilst maintaining the agility of a smaller organisation in delivering our work.

Working in pursuit of our 2020-2026 strategy, the Lifescape Project has seen rapid growth in its impact, team and revenue since commencing work in 2020. Our annual revenue has increased from £265,000 in FY 2020/2021 to £1.2m in FY 2024/2025, with further growth expected in the current FY. Our team has grown from just one to a team which will number 20 at the time of the successful CFOO candidate joining. This growth to date and planned future growth requires constant evolution of our financial and operational infrastructure and an experienced hand to guide this process, which is the core purpose of the CFOO role we are seeking to appoint.

We are excited to be hiring for this role, which will be transformational for the organisation, allowing us to develop our approach to financial and operational matters and support the continued growth of our team and impact. The role will act as second in command and will deputise for the CEO when absent. We are therefore looking for a highly capable and experienced finance and operations leader with the vision to ensure that we continue to grow in a sustainable, effective and efficient way.

We currently have a full-time manager and officer in our Finance and Operations team (F&O Team), which the CFOO will be joining to oversee, develop and guide all relevant functions. With the small size of the team at this time, the CFOO will be expected to jump into the detail in some areas. In the short term this will include delivering some of the more complex areas of the F&O team’s work, such as the audit process, multi-year financial planning and legal compliance, with support from other team members and external advisers as appropriate. If we continue to succeed in delivering our growth strategy, the role will progress over the medium term with increasing team size/supervisory duties and reducing involvement in immediate implementation. Remuneration would also increase in line with growth and assuming strong performance in the role.

The Role

Reporting to the Director, this is an exciting opportunity to lead and strengthen our fundraising strategy, ensuring sustainable growth in income to support our mission of protecting and restoring tropical forests and inspiring climate action.

The Fundraising Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing an ambitious fundraising strategy, with a strong focus on corporate partnerships and trusts.

Working closely with the Director, Deputy Director, Finance and Grants Manager and Communications and Digital Marketing Manager, you will drive forward fundraising targets, cultivate new opportunities, and consolidate existing partnerships. This role requires both strategic leadership and hands-on delivery, ensuring our fundraising approach is robust, ethical, and aligned with our values.

Key Responsibilities

 1. Strategy Development and Income Generation

● Develop and deliver a comprehensive fundraising strategy for the charity (with a strong but not exclusive focus on corporate partnerships),  aligned with the charity’s 5-year strategic plan.

● Research, identify, and build a pipeline of new funding opportunities to diversify and expand income streams, such as corporate partners, trusts and foundations,  high net worth individuals and individual giving.

● Prepare due diligence checks on potential new funding opportunities to be presented to the board / senior management.

● Develop compelling cases for support and tailored proposals to secure significant income from corporate partners primarily.

2. Systems and Process Improvement

● Establish and implement new systems for organising, stewarding, and monitoring corporate funders, ensuring efficiency and compliance.

● Introduce clear processes for donor stewardship, including trackers, reporting templates and potentially a new CRM system. 

● Ensure all fundraising activities comply with fundraising regulations, data protection requirements, and ethical fundraising principles.

3. Relationship Management and Stewardship

● Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective corporate funders through effective stewardship and engagement.

● Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver excellent relationship management for corporate partners.

● Work with the Communications and Marketing Manager to maximise fundraising campaigns such as the Big Give. 

4. Events and Engagement

● Lead on the planning and delivery of a flagship summer event designed to attract funders, with the aim of securing new partnerships and long-term support.

● Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the event is well-promoted, impactful, and aligned with the charity’s mission.

● Organise and attend meetings, presentations, and other events to engage with funders and promote the charity’s work. 

5. Reporting and Evaluation

● Monitor and report on fundraising income targets, maintaining accurate records of all funders and partnerships.

● Working with the relevant programmes teams, provide regular impact reports to funders, demonstrating the outcomes of their support.

● Evaluate the success of fundraising initiatives and identify areas for improvement.

6. Team Collaboration

● Work collaboratively across the team to develop funding proposals and case studies.

● Work closely with the Communications and Digital Fundraising Manager to develop online donations and regular gifts and improve the digital marketing and eNewsletter (for increasing donations). 

● Contribute to innovative fundraising campaigns and activities.

● Support and participate in wider organisational activities, including events and cross‑team initiatives as required.

● Contribute to annual budget setting and targets for fundraising.

● Line management of volunteers as required.

Training will be provided to ensure that all candidates feel supported in their role and progress in their career development. Welsh language training will be offered to support learning if necessary. IT training in WordPress and other essential software will also be offered. Travel across Wales will be required.

This new role sits at the heart of Bristol’s Nature Together project and is all about redefining what park quality really means. Not from behind a desk, but by working directly with communities to understand what matters most to them and turning that into practical, achievable change.

You will work alongside residents, community groups and Bristol City Council to co-create a way to define clear quality measures for local parks and translate them into realistic management plans. These plans will shape improvements on the ground and feed into the development of a Bristol-wide Quality Park Standard that can be used across the city and beyond.

As a Counter Fraud Officer, you’ll be at the heart of protecting the Fund’s integrity and ensuring that funding reaches the communities that need it most. You’ll conduct fraud investigations, respond efficiently to queries from internal and external customers, and help shape the future of our approach to fraud prevention and detection.

• Delivering internal and external investigation services for the Fund.

We have a hybrid approach to working. Work pattern and location will be agreed with the successful candidate. The role can be based at any of our UK offices: Belfast, Birmingham, Cardiff, Exeter, Glasgow, Leeds, London, Manchester, Newcastle, and Newtown.

The role will include intermittent travel across the UK for team meetings and events (usually this means travelling 4 times a year and staying overnight to attend face to face team meetings).

Essential

• Experience of conducting fraud, compliance, or financial investigations (e.g. in public sector, charity, grant-making, or law enforcement environment).
• Skilled in producing clear, structured reports and presenting findings to non-technical audiences.
• Experience of collating and analysing data from multiple sources.
• Understanding of and curiosity about our work as a funder.
• Understanding and experience of delivering great customer service.

Desirable

• Strong knowledge of fraud typologies, investigative techniques, and relevant legislation (e.g. Fraud Act 2006, Proceeds of Crime Act, Data Protection).
• Accredited counter-fraud or investigation qualification (e.g. ACFS, CIPFA, CIFAS or equivalent).
• Familiarity with investigation standards such as CPIA, PACE.

The opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and values-led Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead East London Waterworks Park in this next phase of our development. This is a rare opportunity to shape the first paid executive leadership role in a pioneering environmental charity.

The CEO role is wide-ranging and dynamic, and will evolve as East London Waterworks Park grows. The CEO will provide strategic leadership to help realise our ambition to purchase the Thames Water depot site in East London, while strengthening our capacity to deliver community-led rewilding and nature-recovery projects across London in partnership with landowners, local authorities and other stakeholders.

An important aspect of the role will involve introducing a sustainable staffing model that complements and develops East London Waterworks Park’s existing volunteer ecosystem, and strengthens our culture, vision and values. The CEO will be supported in this work by long-standing volunteers at both trustee board and operational level, who believe in the benefits this organisational change will bring.

East London Waterworks Park is a community-led charity working to reconnect people and nature. Starting from nature-first principles, and with inclusivity at the heart of everything we do, we work with communities to co-design spaces to unlock a chain of positive changes that culminate in the long-term transformation of people and place.

Our work includes:

• co-designing East London Waterworks Park with the East London community, working towards purchasing a 14-acre Thames Water depot in Waltham Forest and transforming it into a biodiverse urban park with free, accessible wild swimming and welcoming community spaces

• co-designing other nature-first spaces on disused or brownfield land in London, returning land to nature in collaboration with local communities to encourage long–term community stewardship

• hosting engagement, education, and empowerment activities that build skills, confidence and deeper connections to nature.

East London Waterworks Park is a sociocratic organisation, with a decentralised organisational structure and a transparent and collaborative approach to decision making. We have grown organically since 2019, responding flexibly to the challenges we have encountered but always committed to our core vision: creating a new kind of urban green and blue space: one that is ecologically rich, inclusive, and shaped by the people and wildlife who use it.

East London Waterworks Park is currently entirely run by volunteers but we recognise the need to transition to a more sustainable structure. We want to introduce paid employees to ensure we can deliver the exciting projects planned in 2026 and beyond, while retaining our strong community-led ethos.

Campaigns and Communications Manager - Wales

Are you looking for a role where you can make a difference? We’re looking for a new Campaigns and Communications Manager Wales at the Royal College of Physicians (RCP) to grow the profile of RCP Cymru Wales in the Senedd and in the media.

You’ll be part of the policy and campaigns team, responsible for ensuring the RCP maintains its position as a credible, influential stakeholder in the eyes of government, political stakeholders, the sector and our physician members.

You’ll be driven by growing the RCP’s voice and reputation as a leading health organisation in Wales. You’ll develop and deliver campaigns on a range of high-profile topics, including the NHS workforce, health inequalities, integrated care and clinical leadership. You’ll work with members in Wales to turn their views and experiences into campaigns and media work that effectively influence the national agenda.

You will work with the RCP Vice President for Wales and Wales Regional Advisers to develop bespoke Wales campaigns content, as well as translating RCP UK policy reports into Wales-specific campaigns and communications outputs. You will have strong experience of analysing policy developments in the external national landscape and evolving and developing campaigns and lines to take in response. You will be as comfortable speaking to government officials, journalists and Senedd members as you are drafting media comments, blogs, consultation submissions and short policy briefings and reports.

You’ll need a sharp eye for detail and be able to quickly and accurately interpret and communicate complex information. You will brief the vice president for Wales, Welsh regional advisers and senior staff for media interviews and influencing meetings, as well as proactively engaging external stakeholders in the NHS and health sector yourself. You will play a critical role in ensuring RCP Cymru members are kept up to date with developments in Welsh healthcare and on RCP campaigns, including through a monthly blog and member newsletter.

Representing around 1,200 members in Wales, RCP Cymru Wales aims to educate, improve and influence for better healthcare. Our members and fellows work across over 30 medical specialties such as cardiology, neurology, infectious diseases, geriatric and respiratory and acute internal medicine, working in hospital and community settings.

You’ll join the organisation at an exciting time as it finalises its new strategy. The policy and campaigns team – which is part of the wider communications, policy and research directorate – is a fast paced, collaborative and innovative environment. You will help us shape our objectives and continuously improve how we work.

Responsibilities

• Raising the profile of RCP Cymru in the media and Senedd by developing and delivering campaigns across a range of topics within the RCP’s policy portfolio.
• Working with Westminster policy colleagues to translate UK RCP policy reports into Wales-specific campaigns outputs and with VP Wales, Regional Advisers and members to develop bespoke Welsh policy content.
• Delivering robust horizon scanning and proactively identifying key issues and opportunities to evolve our work on high-profile issues and to deliver media, campaigns or influencing activity that furthers our aims.
• Building, owning and developing relationships with journalists, government, MSs, sector stakeholders, arms-length bodies and other organisations relevant to the RCP’s campaign aims.
• Supporting senior officers and staff in stakeholder meetings, including researching and drafting briefings and yourself representing the RCP at meetings and events.
• Working flexibly and proactively without close supervision, undertaking a range of work such as writing briefings, policy positions, reports, committee papers, consultation responses and website content.
• Working strategically and proactively to identify opportunities for parliamentary engagement, using a range of tactics to grow our presence in the Senedd including briefings, meetings and events.
• Drafting media releases, comments, statements and opinion pieces to develop our voice and ensure high impact for our campaigns work. 
• Owning processes to ensure RCP Wales members understand the work of RCP Cymru, including drafting and delivering a monthly blog and newsletter from the VP Wales.
• Providing lead support to the VP Wales, Regional Advisers and an RCP committee of Welsh physicians to develop and deliver policy work.
• Establishing effective and collaborative working relationships with VP Wales, Regional Advisers, members, fellows and colleagues in Wales, London and Liverpool.
• Any other duties commensurate with your post including deputising for the vice president for Wales, the head of policy and campaigns and other staff as required.

Experience

You will 

• have a strong background in campaigns and communications, with a demonstrable experience of delivering campaigns that make use of integrated public affairs and media tools.
• strong experience of working with journalists and political stakeholders with a demonstrable understanding of how to influence national and/or arms-length body policy processes. 
• be able to quickly develop positive and effective working relationships with a diverse range of people, including those in senior positions.
• have a thorough understanding of devolution and political structures in Wales.
• have excellent writing skills and strong experience of producing policy outputs, briefings, newsletters, press releases, media statements, consultation responses, blogs and other external communications on behalf of an organisation and senior people.  
• have experience of successfully managing high profile issues, relationships and events.
• be able to quickly and accurately interpret complex information to aid understanding and decision making. 
• have experience of successfully managing competing views, priorities and interests to achieve your aims. 
• have experience of giving advice to senior people, including getting buy-in for your ideas and influencing opinion.

The Barnardo's Co-op Partnership is an exciting, innovative project aiming to support over 1 million young people to build positive futures.
Our Sedgemoor for our Future service is co-designed by young people and built around a social kitchen concept. We create welcoming spaces where young people can:

• Learn to cook healthy, nutritious meals
• Share food and eat together
• Have fun through games and activities
• Explore topics that matter to them
• Build confidence, teamwork, and life skills

Session Details

• Tuesdays – Highbridge, 4:30pm–6:00pm
• Wednesdays – Bridgwater, 4:30pm–6:00pm

Applicants must be available to facilitate these two sessions, you will need to be able to design and deliver these workshops in different places and spaces to help young people develop confidence, teamwork, and skills. You will also need to attend events, find creative ways to engage young people across Sedgemoor, and evaluate sessions by recording outcomes.

Contract Hours

Hours will be between 18.5 – 25 per week (flexible, including evenings).
