About this key role
Our successful candidate will provide effective management to a team to ensure all bids/applications are submitted to commissioner requirements, are high quality and in line with St Giles Trust’s strategic objectives, as well as coaching the team to develop their bid writing and bid management skills. You will also oversee the project management of funding applications/bids, including bid writing, and to maintain a pipeline of opportunities to plan appropriately for upcoming work and assign team resource.
We will count on you to identify and successfully bring in new funding opportunities that align with organisational strategic objectives, take the lead on information management and record keeping – ensuring systems and processes are updated and used effectively, whilst also updating the Fundraising Management Team with strategic developments in funding opportunities, e.g. emerging funding areas.

Key Responsibilities
· To act as the managerial point of contact between the Trust’s Grantees & the Trust ensuring programme materials up to date.

· Work with Finance to ensure grant funds are expended in line with grant agreements and any regulatory requirements.

We’re looking for a Digital Service Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our high-impact, high-volume online services – including WhatDoTheyKnow, FixMyStreet, TheyWorkForYou and WriteToThem.

We are looking for a Housing Night Worker to join our Horsham Y team. Main areas of responsibilities are:
Safety and security
- Provide a friendly and professional front-of-house welcome to residents, visitors and staff, and ensure the building is safe, secure quiet and welcoming
- Maximise the wellbeing of residents and visitors by ensuring adherence to health and safety protocols and house rules, all within the terms of tenancy agreements
- Assess and monitor the risks presented by residents to ensure they can keep themselves safe and, where possible, continue their development
- Record all incidents and accidents and share appropriately with the wider team, your manager and, if necessary, the central safeguarding team
Engagement with residents

The Role
The Clubhouse Social Café Manager will lead on the implementation of the of café (Due to open in October 2024) and will manage the Food and Beverage Operations in line with food, and health and safety regulations. You will be involved in the initial set-up of the facility.
You will be responsible for managing the day to day running of the café, providing a diverse of community and health wellbeing projects in collaboration with Trust Senior Manager - Health and Wellbeing. They will also manage and mentor staff and trainees to deliver an effective and inclusive service to customers.
About You
We are looking for a passionate, inspiring catering/hospitality specialist to lead on training, mentoring and the hospitality operation of our new Clubhouse Café at Gunnersbury Park. The café is part of the new Community Sports hub at the site and will also double as a social and community space linking into community projects for all ages. Projects will include mental and physical health with the space acting as a central meeting/training hub. In this capacity you will work closely with the Trust's Health and Wellbeing Senior Manager.
We are partnering with the homeless charity Change Please to create a West London training hub. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and training the café team. Our founder partners in the project are The University of West London (UWL) and the Premier League and Professional Footballers Association Fund. We are linking with the University to offer a range of immersive opportunities for their catering and business students and our Café Manager will link with them on a number of working projects.
The other aspect is the promotion and training in the importance of food, health and performance and the Manager will work with our Trust team to create innovative content and inspiring outreach programmes. Whilst we expect the Manager to have an active interest in food and nutrition, we plan to put some catering support and training in place to support the position.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual who has appropriate experience to lead the food and beverage side of the operation. They will be involved in the initial set-up of the facility (Due to open in Summer 2025) and the establishment of appropriate operation and health and safety procedures.

This role sits in our Direct fundraising Team within the Individual Giving department. The key purpose of the job is to:

About Coram Life Education
Coram Life Education is a national charity that supports schools’ Wellbeing and PSHE education, including Relationships and Sex Education. We use dynamic teaching strategies (including drama) and resources within a framework of a fully developed whole-school approach to behaviour, safety and achievement, which also includes a comprehensive online PSHE scheme of work called SCARF, which supports schools’ wellbeing and PSHE education for primary-age children aged 3-11.
About the role
The role focuses on developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive growth in the UK and internationally, manage campaigns, and support our regional Delivery Partner network. It involves building relationships with schools and wider stakeholders, spanning early years, primary, secondary, overseeing fidelity with brand identity, and collaborating with CLE, fundraising and communications teams to align messaging and maximise impact.

Home-Start Epsom, Ewell and Banstead is a voluntary organisation committed to promoting the welfare of families and children. Staff and Volunteers offer regular support including emotional and practical help to families in their own homes and specialist projects within the community.
We are recruiting for a part-time Community Engagement and Fundraising Officer. You will need enthusiasm, excellent networking and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage with the local community, individuals and businesses. You will have past experience in raising funds and with your local knowledge, will have the ability to generate income from a range of sources across Epsom, Ewell, Banstead and North Mole Valley. Knowledge of Home-Start would be advantageous.
You will have good IT, evaluation and report writing skills. Excellent communication skills are essential. You will have the ability to handle confidential financial and other data. You should understand and be committed to the role of the voluntary sector, be able to work in a small team, demonstrating the ability to work flexibly.
Use of a car (expenses paid) is necessary. A basic disclosure and barring (DBS) check will be required.
