Summary

The Leadership Development Team (LDT) sits within the wider Ministry Development department. The LDT provides leadership development for clergy across the arc of their ministerial life in the Church, including working closely with Dioceses to identify and support those with the potential for senior office/wider responsibility. Its co-ordinates the support to the Diocesan Bishops' Ministerial Development Review (MDR) process. It also oversees a range of Incumbents' Leadership Programmes, being developed to enable incumbents to lead their church(es) in ways that help ministry with Children, Young People and Families (CYPF) to grow.

The post-holder will take overall responsibility for these Incumbents' Leadership Programmes (ILPs) work, as well as taking on wider LDT duties as required. Effective oversight and development of these programs is essential.

The purpose of this role is to facilitate the development of Christian leaders who will be faithful to their calling, fruitful in their work and flourish as children of God as they play their part in pursuing our national vision and strategy.

The main duties and responsibilities for will include leading the ILP team by working closely with, and line managing, the Project Manager (p/t) and Program Coordinator (f/t) to develop and offer the various ILPs from start to finish of each program.

The Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health (RCPCH) is seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Audit Data Analyst to join our Research and Quality Improvement Directorate, which promotes evidence-based practice and improves health outcomes for children. This is an exciting opportunity to work on national audit programmes that shape paediatric care across the UK.

Reporting to the Project Manager (Audits), you will manage complex healthcare datasets, lead on data analysis using R/R Studio, and produce high-quality outputs for clinicians, commissioners, and policy makers. This role sits within our Connecting Communities service, which is an element of the larger Mental Health and Wellbeing Service in Tower Hamlets. The post holder will be committed to supporting our clients through their recovery and developing greater resilience and wellbeing. This role will offer a personalised approach to accessing welfare and housing-related advice and information, through casework, workshops and advice surgeries.

What you’ll do 

• Provide welfare benefits and housing advice to support people with mental health challenges to live independently in the community.
• Help clients understand and resolve issues related to welfare benefits and ensure they receive their correct entitlements.
• Run workshops, groups, and advice surgeries on welfare benefits and related topics, such as money management.
• Work collaboratively with the Connecting Communities team, mental health services, housing associations, and other providers to support welfare benefits enquiries, referrals, and training needs.

As a Finance Business Partner, you will work closely with senior stakeholders and budget holders across the University, ensuring the effective prioritization and management of financial resources. You will be responsible for delivering key financial services, including planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, while offering financial insight to influence decision-making and support long-term financial sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partnering with Senior Stakeholders: Collaborate with senior leaders to understand operational and strategic priorities, providing financial solutions to mitigate risks and support business decisions.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, offering challenge and scrutiny to ensure budgets are achievable and aligned with operational plans.

The Royal Court Theatre has an exciting opportunity for someone to join the Finance Team as a Finance Partner 

The Finance Partner provides day-to-day financial management, reporting and business partnering support across the Royal Court Theatre (English Stage Company Ltd or ESC), a charity with two commercial companies. The role works closely with the Finance Manager, Finance Director and Bar and Kitchen General Manager as well as other departmental managers to ensure financial information is accurate, timely and fit for purpose.

A key focus will be the Catering Company. You will support robust financial controls, deliver key payroll and banking processes, and help maintain an effective operational link between the Catering subsidiary and charity, enabling informed decision-making and strong financial stewardship. Keeping up to date with finance and payroll software advances and integrations, the Finance Partner will also review and report on efficiencies and improvements across our finance functions.

The successful candidate will:

• Strong working knowledge of payroll processes, including pensions, PAYE, NI and statutory compliance.
• Proactive and solutions-focused, with the confidence to identify and suggest process improvements
• Experience of using accounting systems such as Xero and related finance tools

The role

This maternity cover role offers a meaningful opportunity to help secure the funding that makes our work possible at a pivotal point in Hatch’s journey.

Reporting to the Director of Fundraising & Engagement, you will lead the delivery of Trusts & Foundations, Statutory and Major Donor fundraising, while managing our inspiring partners, you will build new income pipelines aligned to Hatch’s pioneering programmes. You will also support the launch and early delivery of our three-year fundraising campaign.

Alongside hands-on fundraising, you will line manage, mentor and develop the Fundraising Manager, helping to build confidence, capability and strong, future-focused fundraising practice.

Job Purpose

To support the Finance Manager in delivering accurate and timely financial reporting, including the preparation of management accounts, statutory financial statements, and budget monitoring. The postholder will take full ownership of the charity’s purchase ledger function and banking operations, ensuring robust financial controls and strong supplier and banking relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly management accounts production.
• Lead on the purchase ledger function, including processing, reconciling, and maintaining supplier accounts.
• Administer the purchase order workflow, actively chasing outstanding invoices and resolving queries with requesters to maintain smooth processing.
• Credit Card – Distribute statements for coding and monitor their return to ensure compliance within the specified timeframe.
• Manage the end-to-end accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate payments in line with internal controls.
• Maintain and reconcile bank accounts, including daily banking and month-end reconciliations.
• Support the production of statutory accounts in accordance with the Charity SORP and liaise with external auditors.
• Support the Finance Manager in developing and improving financial systems and procedures, ensuring all documentation remains current.
• Provide financial insight and support to non-finance colleagues across the organisation.
• Assist with payroll processing and pension contributions, as required.

Person Specification

Essential:

• Part-qualified or qualified by experience in accounting (e.g. AAT, ACCA, CIMA).
• Proven experience managing a purchase ledger and banking platforms.
• Strong understanding of charity finance and the Charity SORP.
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g. Sage) and Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain financial information to non-finance staff.

Desirable:

• Experience working in the charity or not-for-profit sector.
• Familiarity with restricted and unrestricted fund accounting.
• Experience supporting audits and liaising with external stakeholders.
