We have an opportunity for a Customer Service Operations Manager, to join the team at SNG on a fixed term basis for 12 months.
You'll be based from our office in Hertford, combining office and home working to ensure a positive work/life balance.
The starting salary is £40,000 - £45,000 depending on experience.
The Role
As a Customer Service Operations Manager you'll lead the Customer Services team to deliver a consistent, high-quality service “right first time” for our customers and maintain high data quality in our customer data sources.

As Financial Accountant, you'll be a key member of the Finance team, reporting to the Financial Controller. You'll manage a small team of two direct reports and take ownership of critical financial processes that underpin Kew's operations.
Your responsibilities will include:

About you

- Strong knowledge of charity financial reporting and statutory accounts preparation
- Experience managing taxation requirements including VAT, Gift Aid and employment status determinations

Role Purpose
The Events Coordinator is responsible for planning, organising, and delivering a varied programme of impactful events for service users, volunteers, and the wider cardiomyopathy community. The role covers the full lifecycle of event management, from concept and planning through to delivery and evaluation. Event Planning & Delivery

The Campden Charities is a permanently endowed trust assisting individuals on the lowest incomes in the old parish of Kensington. The area is one of extreme contrasts and includes neighbourhoods with significant levels of deprivation and need. The Charities awards grants totalling more than £2 million each year via programmes focused on helping individuals on very low incomes to move on in their lives be it through education, training or otherwise supporting employment.

Additional information

The ideal candidate
We’re looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to be our named competent person for statutory compliance; covering health & safety, fire, water hygiene, electrical safety and environmental standards. You’ll coordinate planned and reactive maintenance - liaising with external contractors, keep accurate compliance records, and produce clear, risk-based reports for senior management. You’ll work with a high degree of autonomy, escalating issues and key strategic budget decisions as required.

What You'll Be Doing

What are we looking for?
- Experience working on large and complex digital analytics and tracking solutions
- Deep understanding of modern website applications (Next.js, JavaScript, DOM)
- Deep understanding of how web browsers work and data flows, is captured and processed
- High data literacy to query the data collected
- Understanding of data privacy and how what we track means to a user
- Expert knowledge of marketing tags including wider strategy, implementation and data policy (Google Marketing Platform, Paid Social, Display, Email)
- Strong stakeholder managements and able to articulate simple marketing requirements to complex technical solutions.
- An understanding of marketing data limitations and best practices e.g. attribution to be able to advise on correct reporting implementation and targeting
- Significant experience implementing and using Google Analytics reporting features including filters, goals, custom reports, segments and Ecommerce
- Solid understanding of different digital marketing channel targeting methodologies and corresponding measurement tools to inform tracking solutions
- Significant experience of providing solutions designed for use by nontechnical end users.

This is a full-time post, but we are happy to consider a part-time contract (min 0.8 FTE). This is a fixed-term maternity cover post expected to start in January 2026 and end on 31 December 2026. We are very happy to consider secondment opportunities from other organisations.
We value spending time working in-person to develop strong connections with each other and with our mission, so you will be based at our central London office for a minimum of three days a week if you are full-time (Monday, Tuesday, and either Wednesday or Thursday) with the option to work remotely for the remainder. If you are part-time, you will be office-based for at least 50% of your time.
