Straddling the worlds of communications and fundraising, the role will lead on digital content planning, performance analysis, and brand visibility, ensuring the organisation is agile in responding to emerging trends and opportunities.
A key focus for this role will also be partnerships. We know that to extend our own reach as an organisation, we can’t work alone. If we’re going to grow, we need to be working with other organisations in our space, as well as influencers who can use their platforms to expand our reach.
This role will sit within our friendly, passionate Brand and Communications team, but will have a strong link to our expert Supporter Engagement team.
In terms of experience, we’re looking for a creative and analytical digital communications professional with experience in accessible content creation; campaign planning and evaluation; and working closely with cross-organisational teams to optimise content. The Purpose of the Role
The ideal candidate is a technical leader and expert in the corporate consumer goods sector – such as retail, travel, food products, etc. They will have demonstrated experience building 7-figure corporate partnerships in support of humanitarian and development work, and a robust network of funders, experts, and decision-makers in the consumer goods and other corporate sectors. In addition to supervising and mentoring a team of consumer goods sector fundraisers, the Associate Director will have a dedicated portfolio of partners, focusing on sustained revenue generation and humanitarian impact. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Work with the Senior Director, Global Corporate Partnerships to develop and deliver a robust strategy for the consumer goods sector, identifying and initiating strategies for the consumer goods through a variety of partnership models.
- Cultivate a $2-3M+ USD portfolio of partners with a focus on sustainable funding, diversified funding streams, growing unrestricted funds and expanding influence.

PERSON SPECIFICATION
Essential Qualifications
Work Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience
- Technical expertise and experience working in the consumer goods industry and community
- Strong experience of front-line corporate fundraising and/or partnership development experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Experience leading 1-2 full time team, preferably fundraising
Demonstrated Skills and Competencies:

Policy Advisor – Research and Data Monitoring

About the Role
As our Policy Advisor –Research and Data Monitoring you will support the highest standards of research development, analysis and communication of data relating to the water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) sector.
In this role, you will lead high-level analysis and quality assurance of WASH data use as well as management research resources, include the Research and Evidence Bank, the Research Tracker and the Statistics Bank.
You’ll also:
- Contribute to the design and commissioning of research projects to support advocacy, campaigns, media communications
- Oversea and manage small research projects – facilitating the sharing of research outputs and learnings within GPAC and across the organisation
- Work closely with GPAC colleagues and other WaterAid UK departments and ensure that information on commissioned research projects and learnings are shared widely across the WaterAid Federation (Australia, Canada, India, Japan, Sweden, UK, and USA)

Requirements
To be successful, you’ll need:

Prostate Cancer Research is seeking an experience, dynamic and driven Trusts and Statutory Executive to join their team in a newly created role.
Prostate Cancer Research is a research and patient engagement organisation focused on advancing ground-breaking research and interventions into diagnosis, treatment, and care to create a future where prostate cancer no longer threatens lives. Their focus is on delivering innovative solutions and improving quality of life for patients, families, and communities affected by prostate cancer, supporting and encouraging marginalised and underrepresented communities to be part of the positive changes they are working to achieve in research, treatment and care.
The integral role of Trusts and Statutory Executive will lead on identifying and securing collaboration and funding opportunities with both existing and prospective partners to develop and manage a pipeline of strategic partners giving approximately £5,000 to £20,000, that align with PCR’s mission and core programmes of work. The post will be responsible for proactively researching new trust and statutory funding opportunities and working with the Trusts and Statutory Manager to support and lead on applications to new and existing funding partners (£20,000+). The post-holder will also provide excellent stewardship to build strong and sustainable relationships with the charity’s donors.
The ideal candidate will be a Trusts and Foundations fundraiser with demonstrable experience of developing and nurturing relationships with funders and partners, understanding complex issues and working with others to identify solutions, and producing compelling funding proposals in support of this work. You will have a background in identifying and securing at least five-figure income from prospective Trusts and Foundations and statutory income sources, as well of producing high-quality and completing proposals, reports and presentations. You will be able to build and maintain relationships with funders and key stakeholders and have excellent communication and organisational skills, supported by an excellent attention to detail.

About Cosmic
Cosmic is a small but mighty children’s charity dedicated to supporting the incredible work of the Paediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) and Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at St Mary’s Hospital, Paddington, and Queen Charlotte’s Hospital, Hammersmith. We provide vital funding for life-saving equipment, specialist staff training, and pioneering research. We also deliver our own emotional and practical family support services - making a real difference for children and families when they need it most.
The Role
This role will be pivotal in connecting Cosmic with the families we support and our NHS units across both hospital sites, by managing service delivery and fostering continuous engagement. The postholder will lead and coordinate our new Post-Discharge Support service, working closely with families, the NHS Family Liaison Team, and counsellors. They will also be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the outcomes of service delivery projects - focusing on the experiences and impact on both NHS staff and families - while ensuring efficiency and value for money through careful cost assessment.
NHS Engagement & Relationship Management
▪ Build strong partnerships with PICU and NICU teams to embed Cosmic’s presence, raise awareness, and identify areas for support.
▪ Collaborate with clinical teams to develop and deliver projects that improve patient, family and staff experiences - maintaining an up-to-date pipeline of funding needs.
▪ Liaise directly with families on the units to understand their needs and explore how Cosmic can offer practical and emotional support, helping to build trusted relationships and inform future service development.

The Case Worker role will undertake 121 work with young people under 25yrs old and will specialise in working with female young people within the service.
County Lines Support Service A specialist support service for under 25’s and their families who are criminally exploited through county lines in London, the West Midlands, Merseyside and Greater Manchester.
Rescue Service a rescue service with out of hours capacity to facilitate the safe return home, at a critical teachable moment, of under 25’s from London, the West Midlands, Merseyside and Greater Manchester where they are identified outside of their home police force area in connection with county lines.
Some of your day-to-day tasks will be:
Provide one to one, end to end, appropriate support, and interventions to a pre-defined case load of female young people involved in County Lines activity (and their families where appropriate) who are referred by means of effective assessment, care planning and risk management
Act as the single point of contact and specialist in the region for women and girls involved in County Lines activity. Attend multi-agency meetings and engage with key stakeholders to raise awareness of the distinct needs and circumstances of women and girls and how the service can support them. Act as point of contact in the region for our partners, providing gender based training, awareness and developing a differentiated offer to improve the impact and effectiveness of services for women and girls involved in County Lines Activity.
Proactively and continually assess and manage risk of caseload, using internal and external safeguarding procedures for escalation and where necessary and adapting case management frequency and methodology to reflect the individual needs and circumstances of young people.
To ensure that the diverse needs and aspirations of all groups of service users are considered in service planning and delivery and to enable all service users to fulfil their potential.
Liaise effectively with local partner organisations and other relevant agencies to ensure effective referrals, care and risk management as well as ease of transition and referral for young people and to promote the continued joint work of the service and other partners. Act as a sub-regional or district single point of contact where required.
This post will involve travel across the regional area, the ability be on call on a rota system and occasional evening and weekend working.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate the following:
A relevant qualification or equivalent experience in a related field such as youth work, community work, health & social care, or a similar discipline.
Experience working directly with young people (aged 8–25) and their families, particularly those identified as vulnerable or with complex needs.
A strong understanding of the unique challenges faced by young women and girls affected by exploitation and County Lines activity.
Proven experience of multi-agency working, ideally with Children’s Services, Youth Justice, or other statutory and voluntary organisations.
Knowledge of risk and vulnerability issues affecting young people, and the ability to assess and manage these risks appropriately.
Ability to deliver one-to-one and group interventions, and to adapt engagement strategies to meet individual needs.
Confident communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to maintain accurate records using data management systems.
Willingness to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, as part of an on-call rota.
A full driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.

The Role
The Opportunity Fund Partnership Development Manager plays a central role in supporting funding opportunities aligned with the objectives of the Opportunity Fund. This role combines relationship-building and programme development to ensure the Opportunity Fund achieves the maximum impact.
This role will be responsible for working closely with the CEO and the Strategy, Research and Engagement team to initially identify possible opportunities for funding, through to managing the relationship with organisations once funding is awarded. The successful candidate will be proactive and ambitious, with a real interest in innovation in philanthropy to delivery greater social change. You will have proven experience developing and managing partnerships, with experience of engaging a range of stakeholders including funders, community organisations, and sector experts.
