What you’ll be doing:

- Lead a successful major gifts fundraising programme, developing and implementing strategies to secure significant six- and seven-figure gifts

- Work closely with colleagues to deliver the Charity’s £200m Chelsea Development Appeal.

- Personally cultivate and steward a portfolio of major donors and prospects, developing tailored solicitation strategies that inspire transformational giving.

- Build strong, effective relationships with senior volunteers, high-value committees and new supporters, recruiting and motivating volunteers to help raise funds for the Charity.

- Lead the delivery of a diverse and strategically aligned high-value events portfolio, including major galas, private dinners, webinars, panel discussions, tribute events and stewardship experiences.

- Provide inspirational leadership to a team of fundraisers and event specialists, ensuring ambitious KPIs are set and achieved.

- Collaborate across the Charity and The Royal Marsden Hospital, cultivating relationships with senior clinicians and key internal stakeholders to shape compelling philanthropic opportunities.

- As part of the P&P leadership team, contribute to cross-team strategic projects and help drive forward an integrated, high-performing fundraising directorate.

About you:

We’re looking for a confident and inspirational leader with:

· Extensive experience in senior fundraising, including major gift programme development and proven success in personally securing seven-figure gifts.

· Expertise in high-value committees, appeal boards or volunteer-led fundraising groups.

· A strong track record in delivering exceptional fundraising events.

· Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to develop trusted relationships with VIPs, influential stakeholders and committees.

· Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop high-performing teams.

· Excellent strategic thinking, financial acumen, and organisational skills, with the ability to interpret budgets and set ambitious but achievable targets.

· A highly proactive, self-sufficient approach and the ability to work with sensitivity and diplomacy, including in emotionally complex circumstances.

Your role

We're working with a lovely London-based charity that supports individuals and families facing financial hardship and exclusion. At an exciting point of growth, they're looking to recruit a Project Officer to support the delivery of advice and non-advice projects that make a real, tangible difference to people's lives.

About the role

As Project Officer, you'll play a key role in supporting the smooth delivery of a range of projects and campaigns. Working closely with the Projects & Partnerships Manager, you'll provide hands-on coordination, administrative support and data management, helping ensure projects are delivered efficiently, compliantly and on time.

You'll be part of a small, committed team, so you'll need to be confident working autonomously, using initiative, and building strong relationships across teams and with external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support across multiple projects

• Schedule meetings, prepare papers, take minutes and track actions

• Liaise with internal teams, external partners and lived experience groups

• Support the delivery of events, campaigns and engagement activities

• Maintain accurate project data and records using CRM systems (GDPR compliant)

• Assist with project reporting, dashboards and progress updates

About you

Core Responsibilities

· Assist with the production of monthly management accounts,

You will be responsible for planning and delivering music sessions to adults with a learning disability and autistic adults. Music has the power to positively impact our students, from confidence and motor skills to team working and self-esteem.

This role, while based at our Clapham Junction site, will require occasional work at our other sites in Tooting, Brixton, and Vauxhall.

• You will develop, plan, and deliver a curriculum of music activities to support students’ learning goals and social development 

• You will develop and source resources for delivery, including making effective use of our state-of-the-art Immersive Learning Space

• You will work collaboratively with the wider Creative Programmes Team to develop our creative offering

We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and energetic supervisor or team leader to take up a full-time role within our organisation as a Operations Supervisor to be part of our small and dedicated team. The role will be based in Southwark as well as potential for wider London working as you will be part several innovative housing projects in London supporting vulnerable households to sustain their tenancies. As well as a team line manager, you will be maintaining and developing partnership with the Council’s housing officers, solicitors, landlords, community services, social prescribers, and mental health support workers to ensure tailored support can be offered for each client. The objectives of these programmes are to avoid evictions, sustain tenancies, increase employment opportunities, improve wellbeing, and increase educational outcomes. You will be working in partnership with other stakeholders such as schools and local authorities to improve family health, build relationships and engage families and individuals and their networks of support.    

About you   

We are seeking an experienced and motivated professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in staff management and project leadership, knowledge of housing polices, and with proven experience working with individuals who have complex needs. 

You will be responsible for managing and developing partnerships, supporting data collection for reports and monitoring, and contributing to quality assurance processes. In addition, you will hold a small caseload, providing direct, holistic support to individuals as part of your role. 

We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic, self-motivated, and highly organised. You should be confident working independently, with a genuine passion for driving positive change. Strong interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to provide holistic support and think creatively to find solutions. 

You will have:

• Experience leading and supervising other support workers, or volunteers, including delegation, training, and mentoring.
