Dementia UK’s Mass Participation team are looking for a Challenge Events assistant to join their ambitious team.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Challenge Events Team where you will help coordinate the day-to-day activities of the team, providing crucial administrative support and helping to deliver excellent supporter experiences. 

As a Challenge Events Assistant, you will act as the first point of contact for challenge event supporters, responding to enquiries within agreed timeframes and ensuring excellent stewardship through email, SMS and phone, to motivate, recognise, and reward supporters to encourage their long-term support. You will also attend in-person on event days, thanking our supporters for their fundraising.

You will be responsible for coordinating fundraising resources, preparing fundraising materials ahead of race day events, and ensuring that post-campaign data is utilised efficiently to thank supporters. You will oversee administrative processes for the team including data entry, monitoring new supporters and updating projects plans. 

You will have experience of building positive relationships and customer service expertise, as well as an understanding of using databases and Office 365. Additionally, we are looking for someone with excellent communication, organisational and planning skills with the ability to prioritise your workload.

The Bromley Mental Health & Wellbeing Hub (BMHWH) is a key part of the transformation of mental health services in the borough under the NHS Long Term Plan. Delivered in partnership with Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust, the Hub brings together primary care, secondary care and the voluntary sector to provide flexible, holistic and integrated support for adults with mental health needs.

We are seeking a Mental Health Advisor to join our Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) and Tailored Wellbeing pathway. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting people to improve their mental health and wellbeing, and who enjoys working in a collaborative, person-centred environment.

As a Mental Health Advisor, you will provide tailored, time-limited support to adults experiencing mental health difficulties through one-to-one and group-based interventions. You will undertake holistic assessments, develop personalised support plans, provide information, advice and guidance, and help people access local services and opportunities that promote long-term wellbeing and recovery.

Working closely with clinical colleagues from Oxleas and a range of community partners, you will support individuals with varying levels of need, helping them build resilience, increase independence and develop strategies to manage their mental health. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of adults with mental health problems, providing tailored and person-centred support

About the Web and Analytics Manager

We are looking for a Website and Analytics Manager to join our digital team. This role will suit a digital and analytics expert. The Website and Analytics Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management and improvement of our digital platforms, website and their connected tools. What you’ll be doing

• Day to day ownership of the web ecosystem including royalmarsden org, subdomains, microsites and donation platforms including managing relationships with third party agencies and suppliers to maintain and improve these platforms.
• Work with the Senior Digital Manager to set the strategic direction for our websites and associated digital experiences, ensuring alignment with organisational priorities, supporter needs and fundraising objectives
• Manage website improvements and Manage website improvements and performance optimisation work, including CRO, SEO and core web vitals, driving continuous improvement of our supporter journeys and embedding a data led approach. 
• Lead the web team, line managing the Digital Officer and Senior Digital Officer, supporting the effective allocation of resources across the team, coaching direct reports and fostering a high performing team culture.
• Manage the Digital Officer and Senior Digital Officer to deliver relevant, engaging, optimised and audience centred content, landing pages and digital journeys across various digital channels, and overseeing the website content calendar and campaign content deploys.
• Work alongside Marketing and Digital colleagues to ensure our project planners are up to date and website content is in line with our wider audience journeys and content needs. 
• Partner with teams across the charity to understand user and organisational needs, to deliver a range of projects and campaigns, including fundraising campaigns.

About you - The successful candidate will need:

• Experience of working on CMS systems, knowledge of headless CMS systems would be an advantage.

As our Regional Media Officer, you'll help bring these stories to life. You'll create media coverage that raises awareness, influences change and inspires people to support Alzheimer's Society.
Reporting to the Regional Media Manager, you'll work across the region. You'll deliver media activity that supports our campaigns, fundraising, services, research and local influencing priorities.
You'll help strengthen our reputation as a trusted voice on dementia.
No two days will be the same. You might be finding a powerful story one day, responding to breaking news the next, or supporting a spokesperson before an interview. You'll help create campaigns that reach and engage people.

As the Administration, Governance & Facilities Officer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the effective operation of the Joseph Levy Foundation. Working closely with the Executive Director, you will provide high-quality administrative, governance and facilities support, ensuring the Foundation operates efficiently and meets its governance and operational responsibilities.

This is a varied and hands-on role in a small, values-led organisation, offering the opportunity to work across board and committee administration, governance support, office and facilities management, organisational administration and stakeholder coordination. Head of Organisational Strategy and Operations (known internally as Infrastructure Lead) is a senior strategic leadership role within Healing Justice Ldn, working closely alongside the Executive Director to help shape and steward the organisational infrastructure, systems, and coordination practices needed for HJL’ s next phase of development.

The role exists to strengthen the connective infrastructure that enables HJL’ s organisational arms to operate autonomously while remaining aligned, collaborative, sustainable, and responsive within rapidly changing political, social, and movement landscapes.

Healing Justice Ldn (HJL) is a community-led organisation working at the intersections of health justice, collective care, healing, and systems change. About CoppaFeel!

CoppaFeel! are the UK’s only youth focused breast cancer awareness charity, and we’re on a mission to get every 18-24 year old checking their chest. We educate people on the signs of breast cancer and encourage them to check their chests monthly, so that if they notice something unusual they are empowered to contact their GP and advocate for themselves.

We do this because when diagnosed early, breast cancer treatments are more effective and survival rates are higher. Early detection can save lives.

The Role

Following an exciting period of growth, CoppaFeel! is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Finance Manager to join our expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a solutions focused individual looking to continue their career in charity finance, both Financial Accounting and Management Accounting, and play a key role in supporting the smooth running of our financial operations.

You’ll be working closely with our Head of Finance & Contracts to help manage CoppaFeel!’s day-to-day finances and contribute to a range of essential finance functions. As part of a newly developed finance team, you’ll have the chance to make a real impact as we shape our systems and processes to support our continued growth.

We’re looking for someone with experience of line management within a finance role, ideally within a small team or charity environment. You’ll need to be confident using accounting software (we use Xero), have strong Excel skills, and be comfortable working independently. Most importantly, you’ll be proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to the success of our mission.

You will sit within the CoppaFeel! Finance Team. This role is a hybrid role with a minimum of 2 days in the office per week.

Duties & Responsibilities

Financial Accounting & Operations

• Oversee cashflow, month-end processes, reconciliations, journals, payroll, VAT, Gift Aid and grant income.

• Manage the day-to-day finance function, including queries and bank payments.

• Maintain effective financial policies, controls and processes to mitigate financial risk and promote best practice.

Management Accounting

• Checking and finalising of budget holder monthly reports and other internal financial reports.

• Finance business partnering delegated budget holders (managers).

• Lead quarterly Forecasting process & support on annual budget setting.

A new senior post in the Development Team, the Head of Trusts & Foundations will be responsible for cultivating and growing income from both private and statutory funding bodies, implementing and delivering a new strategy for this vital income stream for the theatre, maintaining and growing our income in exciting, innovative, and strategic ways through high-quality, persuasive applications, alongside stewarding existing relationships to ensure the highest level of care for those already supporting us.

Each year the Development Department is responsible for raising c.25% (£1.4m in 26/27) of the Young Vic’s income to enable great work on our stages and, vitally, in our communities. As Head of Trusts & Foundations, you will play a vital role in securing income towards these projects (currently over £300,000 is generated through Trust & Foundation revenue), driven by a strategic insight into this income stream and the opportunities our work presents. In this role, you will be central to ensuring revenue targets are met each year, elevating our income, in addition creating a pipeline of Capital prospects with a view to the theatre undertaking significant essential works over the next 3 years.

The Archbishop of York's office is based at Bishopthorpe Palace on the outskirts of York, offering a unique and pleasant working environment. Staff at Bishopthorpe Palace form a close-knit and collaborative team, supporting the Archbishop's ministry across the Province of York, nationally, and internationally.

The role of the Head of the Private Office of the Archbishop of York is to provide strategic oversight and operational leadership for the Archbishop's Private Office, ensuring the highest standards of organisation, communication and administrative support.

The postholder serves as a trusted adviser and principal point of coordination, providing exceptional executive support while exercising sound judgement, discretion and emotional intelligence in a complex and fast-paced environment. Responsible for the smooth and effective operation of the Private Office, the role manages highly sensitive matters with integrity and professionalism, maintains strict confidentiality, and supports the wider mission and ministry of the Archbishop through effective planning, stakeholder engagement and leadership.

Responsibilities

Strategic Diary and Programme Management

• Be responsible for the strategic planning and management of the Archbishop's diary, ensuring alignment with agreed priorities and objectives.
• Be responsible for the day to day management of the Archbishop's diary.
• Assess requests, invitations and opportunities, making recommendations on the effective use of the Archbishop's time.
• Balance strategic priorities with pastoral, diocesan, national, ecumenical, civic, public and international commitments.
• Identify risks, conflicts and emerging opportunities, adapting plans as required.
• Ensure timely and appropriate responses to requests and correspondence relating to the Archbishop's programme.

Engagement Planning and Delivery

• Coordinate the planning and delivery of meetings, visits, events and speaking engagements, ensuring they are well organised and achieve agreed outcomes.
• Monitor briefing deadlines.
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective delivery and communication.
• Ensure all logistical, administrative and safeguarding requirements are met.

Partnership with the Chief of Staff and Senior Leadership Team

• Work closely with the Chief of Staff, who is ultimately responsible for the Archbishop's schedule, and Senior Leadership Team to align the Archbishop's programme with the Archbishop's strategic objectives.
• Support the implementation of decisions and ensure effective coordination across the Archbishop's Office, with Lambeth Palace, with the Diocese of York and, in particular, the Bishop of Selby's Office.

Briefing and Correspondence

• Commission, coordinate and quality-assure briefings for meetings, visits and engagements.
• Draft and review correspondence, briefing notes and other materials as required.
• Ensure the Archbishop receives accurate, timely and concise information to support decision-making and engagement preparation.

Private Office Leadership

• Lead and continuously develop the operation of the Private Office, ensuring it delivers a professional, responsive and high-quality service.
• Line-manage the Correspondence & Private Office Assistant (1 post).
• Develop and maintain effective systems, processes and workflows to support diary management, correspondence and engagement planning.
• Be the budget holder for the Private Office and associated Archbishop's costs and participate in the annual budget setting process.
• Monitor actions and commitments, ensuring high standards of service, professionalism and continuous improvement.
• Build strong working relationships with the Lambeth Private Office to ensure effective coordination and alignment.
• Build a strong working relationships with the Bishop of Selby's office, together with the offices of the Bishops of Hull and Whitby and the York Diocesan Office to ensure effective coordination and alignment.
• Build strong working relationships with the Bishop to the Archbishops, and their office, together with other NCI leadership teams and departments.

Stakeholder and Relationship Management

• Build and maintain effective relationships with senior church leaders, diocesan colleagues, civic leaders, ecumenical partners and other key stakeholders.
• Act as a trusted point of contact, exercising sound judgement when handling sensitive matters and enquiries.
• Support the Archbishop in maintaining productive relationships across a broad range of networks, including the Bishopthorpe Charitable Partners Trust.

Support, Travel and Hospitality

• Coordinate the involvement of the Archbishop's spouse in engagements and events where appropriate.
• Oversee domestic and international travel, visits, hospitality and related logistics.
• Ensure visitors, guests and stakeholders are welcomed warmly and professionally.

Experience

• Experience supporting a senior leader, public office-holder or equivalent figure in a complex and high-profile environment or comparable environment.
• Experience managing complex priorities, portfolios of activity and stakeholder relationships on behalf of a senior leader.
• Experience leading an executive support, Private Office or equivalent function, including responsibility for people, systems and service standards.
• Experience coordinating high-profile engagements, visits and events involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
