The charity offers a flexible working environment, with remote working and occasional travel to their London office for meetings.

This role will take the lead on the day-to-day operational delivery of fundraising campaigns, including campaign planning, financial management, working across teams and departments and line management. This role will focus on managing the warm programme, bringing in around £1.2 million per year. Also, supporting the recruitment and stewardship of donors to achieve the best supporter experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• To assist the Senior Individual Giving Manager to develop and implement an effective supporter acquisition and development strategy to maximise the lifetime value of supporters and the long term sustainable net income raised.
• To manage income and expenditure budgets on a monthly and annual basis.
• To lead on the development and implementation of an effective programme to recruit and develop supporters using a range of channels, including but not limited to direct mail, telemarketing, face-to-face fundraising, DRTV and digital, and products including cash, raffle, regular giving, weekly lottery.
• To line manage up to 3 direct reports.
• To project manage several projects and fundraising campaigns simultaneously as directed by the Senior Individual Giving Manager.
• To support, implement and promote the charity’s Fundraising strategy and vision.

Person Specification:

• Substantial direct marketing experience, ideally gained in a large organisation, and a strong understanding of Individual Giving fundraising, with a track-record of success.
• Significant experience of managing print-led fundraising campaigns, plus at least two other channels such as email, social media, telemarketing, F2F, DRTV.
• Experience of planning, implementing and evaluating Individual Giving campaigns/projects, including both fundraising appeals and strategic or process change projects.
• Understanding of how to effectively manage and motivate direct reports.
• Experience of developing and managing complex project budgets.
• Experience of using internal performance data and insight to inform future planning, including compiling reports and evaluations, and an understanding of a test and learn approach.
• Experience of working with colleagues across corporate departments to achieve common goals.
• Experience of external agency management and evaluation.

For a complex, global organisation (100 million users in 100+ countries), we're recruiting a Digital Marketing, Head of Website Transformation for a 12-month FTC (with potential to extend to 3-years). Reporting to the Group Marketing Director, this is a senior position within the Marketing and Communications team and will be key in transforming the website infrastructure for the organisation, leading the selection and implementation of a new CMS, ensuring the chosen platform aligns with marketing strategies and business goals.

This role will oversee the strategic development of a new website ecosystem for the organisation to simplify the domain structure and CMS in use for over 300 business and country specific websites. The goal is to ensure a successful CMS implementation empowers the marketing and communications team to create, manage and optimise content effectively, driving business growth and audience engagement.

Main Duties:

• Create a roadmap for the website ecosystem development, content, and functionality to align with organisation marketing and communication goals

About the Role

You will ensure the effective maintenance and development of Salesforce to support The Access Project’s programme delivery, volunteer recruitment, and partnerships management. You will have full oversight of the system, independently making updates (e.g. reports, fields, custom objects, flows, and user management) and escalating complex needs to Impact Box or the line manager. As the first point of contact for user requests, you will assign and manage queries to ensure timely resolution. The platform integrates with Moodle, requiring collaboration across teams to support online learning and ongoing functionality improvements aligned with organisational goals.

Role responsibilities include:

· Salesforce administration, including managing user roles, permissions, page layouts, custom objects, and flows.

· Troubleshooting issues, data cleansing and implementing secure system changes.

· Evaluating and deploying Salesforce updates, manage Mass Action Schedulers and document workflows. Advising on system development viability and working in sandbox environments to test and deploy changes effectively.

About You

Someone with previous experience implementing, configuring, or administering Salesforce (1-2 years) would be ideal, as would having experience in an educational or non-profit organisation, but this isn’t essential.

Skills and Competencies:

· Salesforce administration: Ability to manage and maintain user accounts, profiles, roles, and permissions.

· Reporting and dashboards: Knowledge of how to configure and maintain custom report types, reports, and dashboards

Insight and Evaluation Manager

We are currently delivering an ambitious five-year growth plan, which will ensure that we can reach as many young people as possible with our programme. As part of this growth we are now looking for an Insight and Evaluation Manager to join the team.

The role is currently a managerial role, but we would consider candidates with less experience in a version of the role with no managerial responsibilities, under the title Senior Insight and Evaluation Coordinator… so please still apply!

About the Role

As part of the Strategy, Finance, and Operations Team, the Insight and Evaluation Manager will be responsible for ensuring all teams have the right data to deliver, monitor, and fund our programme in a timely and effective way. You will manage, analyse, interpret and present data, most of it recorded on Salesforce, in order to enhance the quality of delivery, maximise the achievement of outcomes by participants, and ensure that our programme is fully funded.

You will support this growth plan by ensuring that our data-related systems are efficient and scalable. Working  closely with the rest of the Technology and Insights team, you will help identify areas across the organisation that are in need of improvement and work to develop and implement improvements in our data-related processes.

Role responsibilities include:

· Data analysis, monitoring, and evaluation

· Facilitate the use of data to guide tactical and strategic decision-making across the organisation

· Support systems development relating to data and reporting

· Manage one part time staff member working on data insights and systems

About You

We are looking for someone with experience of:

· Processing, analysing and visualising data, particularly using Excel and Power Query

· Analysing and organising data to identify trends and support decision-making

· Cleaning and handling large datasets

· Presenting data visually to highlight key insights

· Providing strategic advice using diverse information sources

· Communicating complex information clearly and effectively

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a Regional Marketing Executive. You'll support the Regional Marketing Manager in activating marketing delivery plans at a regional level. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work on campaigns for some of our most well-known products such as Big Hike, Shine Night Walk and our flagship event series Race for Life. These events support our fundraising and give you a chance to make a real impact in beating cancer.

What will I be doing?

• Supporting the translation of marketing delivery plans and budgets into regional cross-channel integrated briefs

• Supporting the Regional Marketing Manager on the delivery of brief outputs, coordinating the brief response, development and approval process

• Working with agencies, freelancers and internal Creative Team to tailor national creative to meet regional audience needs

• Supporting the regional marketing campaign set-up and management process across above-the-line channels, auditing campaign elements prior to launch

• Working in collaboration with Marketing Delivery teams to ensure regional campaigns are integrated with wider marketing programmes and spot opportunities to align activity that delivers improved supporter experiences

• Conducting in-campaign and post-campaign analysis, preparing regular reports and supporting the implementation of optimisation initiatives to improve live campaign activity.

What skills are we looking for?

• Understanding of end-to-end supporter or customer journeys and the role of different channels in fully integrated campaigns

• Experience of developing campaign assets for use across channels

• Ability to prioritise, manage conflicting deadlines, work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks to deadline

• Proven success of good stakeholder management, with the ability to build strong working relationships and collaborate effectively

To lead and manage support staff, working with service users in their homes. Be aware of and work to trauma informed principles and manage the service as a psychologically informed environment. About Wembley Stadium Foundation 

We are a grant-making charity, using the power of Wembley Stadium to inspire, strengthen and connect communities through sport, movement, and the performing arts. Funded through income generated on event days, we aim to break down barriers to access by distributing funds to charities locally and nationally.

 Purpose of the Role

The Business Support Executive will provide vital administrative and operational support to ensure the effective day-to-day running of the Wembley Stadium Foundation (WSF). Working closely with the wider team, you will lead on diary coordination, meeting minutes, board logistics, and internal systems as well as supporting with events and grants administration — helping keep the charity well-organised and high-performing.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Executive Support

• Provide administrative support to the Executive Team, including coordinating internal and external meetings.
• Support the creation, proofreading, and formatting of key documents.
• Organise and maintain shared filing systems (e.g. SharePoint, Teams).
• Assist with financial administration, including supporting payroll, processing expenses, and maintaining accurate records of payments and invoices.

Board and Governance Logistics

• Schedule and coordinate Board and committee meetings.
• Prepare and circulate Board papers and meeting minutes and assist with tracking actions and deadlines from board meetings.
• Maintain up-to-date trustee contact records.

 Grants and Events Support

• Support administration and logistics for events hosted by the foundation, including key strategic and community events at the stadium. 
• Coordinate the Foundation’s Community Box, e.g scheduling bookings and liaising with guests, security and hospitality teams at the stadium. 
• Maintain accurate records and trackers for grants, procurement and partnerships, maintaining organised systems for storing information. 

 Office & Systems Coordination

• Take responsibility for office systems, supplies, and IT support. Act as the main point of contact for day-to-day queries relating to office systems, supplies, and IT support.
• Act as a helpful first point of contact for enquiries to the foundation. 
• Maintain central database for the foundation.
