We are a grant-making charity, using the power of Wembley Stadium to inspire, strengthen and connect communities through sport, movement, and the performing arts. Funded through income generated on event days, we aim to break down barriers to access by distributing funds to charities locally and nationally.

 Purpose of the Role

The Business Support Executive will provide vital administrative and operational support to ensure the effective day-to-day running of the Wembley Stadium Foundation (WSF). Working closely with the wider team, you will lead on diary coordination, meeting minutes, board logistics, and internal systems as well as supporting with events and grants administration — helping keep the charity well-organised and high-performing.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Executive Support

• Provide administrative support to the Executive Team, including coordinating internal and external meetings.
• Support the creation, proofreading, and formatting of key documents.
• Organise and maintain shared filing systems (e.g. SharePoint, Teams).
• Assist with financial administration, including supporting payroll, processing expenses, and maintaining accurate records of payments and invoices.

Board and Governance Logistics

• Schedule and coordinate Board and committee meetings.
• Prepare and circulate Board papers and meeting minutes and assist with tracking actions and deadlines from board meetings.
• Maintain up-to-date trustee contact records.

 Grants and Events Support

• Support administration and logistics for events hosted by the foundation, including key strategic and community events at the stadium. 
• Coordinate the Foundation’s Community Box, e.g scheduling bookings and liaising with guests, security and hospitality teams at the stadium. 
• Maintain accurate records and trackers for grants, procurement and partnerships, maintaining organised systems for storing information. 

 Office & Systems Coordination

• Take responsibility for office systems, supplies, and IT support. Act as the main point of contact for day-to-day queries relating to office systems, supplies, and IT support.
• Act as a helpful first point of contact for enquiries to the foundation. 
• Maintain central database for the foundation.

Person Specification

Essential

• Experience in an administrative, office coordination, or business support role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities calmly and efficiently.
• High levels of discretion, reliability, and attention to detail.
• A collaborative, can-do approach and willingness to support across the team.

Desirable

• Experience in a charity, grant maker, or non-profit.
• Familiarity with board or trustee support.
• Confidence with cloud-based filing systems (e.g. SharePoint) as well as experience using Xerox.

The Diocese of Manchester has established the Places Project, which is currently working with 33 schools and 33 churches in developing discipleship pathways for children and young people in Bolton. We are looking to appoint a Children’s Worker, to work with the team on a range of innovative new initiatives for children and their families as well as helping existing ministries to grow and flourish.

The Children’s Worker will work with churches and primary schools to create worship and discipleship opportunities for children. As part of their role, the Children’s Worker will work as part of the wider Places Project team, with specific involvement in a Year 6 transition programme in primary schools.

The Children’s Worker will have many opportunities for training and development, as well as the creative freedom to launch new children’s initiatives. They will work within a highly motivated and supportive team, who are committed to prayer and to raising a generation of Jesus-followers.

The post holder should have some experience of children’s ministry and working or volunteering in a church and/or school context. To succeed, they need to be enthusiastic, relational, self-motivated and able to lead children in a variety of contexts.

There is an Occupational Requirement for the post-holder to be a practising Christian, in accordance with Schedule 9 of the Equality Act 2010.

With the expansion of our work in this area we aim to reduce waiting times, reduce the number of people going into crisis, address inequalities and support transitions from youth to adult services. We offer holistic and personalised care and support to service users.

The role has its own caseload and provides a range of support and person-centred interventions to meet these needs, which could include group support, one-to-one interventions and signposting where specialist advice is needed.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about motivating and coaching individuals with mental health issues, and able to support people on their journey to recovery. The Senior Grants Officer will support the Finance Manager in maintaining the smooth running of grants and bursaries giving process. The Senior Grants Officer will also be responsible for the processing of ScreenSkills’ grants and bursaries ensuring that projects fall within budget, are contracted in a timely manner and subsequently monitored.  They will work collaboratively across the wider organisation to ensure that funders’ requirements are met.

Contract: Fixed Term, 12 months, Full Time (35 hours per week)

Salary: £33,000 - £38,000 per annum

Reports to: Finance Manager

Location: ScreenSkills London/Hybrid (min 2 days a week in the office)

The ideal candidate will have the following:

Essential:

• 3-5 Years – Work related experience.
• Proven experience of working in a similar role within finance department
• Proven experience of data analysis and manipulation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience of setting up processes to ensure master templates and contracts are reviewed
• Excellent organisation skills; ability to effectively manage varied tasks with competing priorities with minimum supervision
• Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate work
• Excellent IT skills including intermediate Level of Excel

 Preferred:

• Previous working experience of Blackbaud Grantmaking, SUN accounting system using Q&A

Job Location:          Home-based, with some travel to our London office.

Hours:                37.5 hours per week 

Grade:                     Point 32-34 £35,614- £37,489 (a London Allowance will be applied to employees who live in London, plus 6% employer’s pension, subject to a minimum 2% contribution by the employee)

Contract:                  Fixed term until 31st March 2026, with potential 12-month extension to March 2027 pending funding confirmation

 About the role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented PMO Officer to support across the Drive Partnership. This role is critical to ensure robust project management processes, reporting and cross-team communication. You will be working closely with the Drive Practice Team and PCC areas where Drive is being delivered.  

 About you: 

1. Proven experience in project coordination or PMO functions in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment
2. Experience coordinating reporting cycles, templates, and compliance processes
3. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workflows and deadlines simultaneously
4. Knowledge/ understanding of public sector or non-profit delivery models, particularly in criminal justice or domestic abuse sectors (desirable)
5. Commitment to meaningful anti-discriminatory practice, and equity, diversity and inclusion
6. Demonstrate a commitment to - and understanding of - the values, aims and objectives of Respect
