This role provides person-centered support to service users, focusing on increasing independence, maintaining accommodation, and improving quality of life. Responsibilities include creating and reviewing SMART support plans, delivering home or community-based support, facilitating access to medical and community services, and minimizing hospital admissions for mental health. The role also involves working with external agencies, developing interventions for hard-to-engage users, and promoting ongoing engagement with support networks.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting individuals with mental ill health and complex needs, particularly within community or outreach settings. They should be skilled in helping service users work toward their goals and aspirations using a person-centred, recovery-focused approach.

Strong knowledge of mental health issues—including signs, symptoms, and treatments—and the ability to respond appropriately to changes in service users' wellbeing is essential. The candidate should also understand health and safety requirements for working in the community, and have experience with key working, support planning, and safeguarding practices.

A sound understanding of equality, diversity, and the promotion of service user rights, dignity, privacy, and choice is required. Knowledge of relevant welfare benefits and safeguarding legislation is also key to the role.

The Individual Giving Officer will work with the Individual and Legacy Manager to provide an exceptional level of stewardship to donors.

The role will work to increase income from a diverse range of products including our online shop, funeral collections, stewardship journeys and individual gifts. About The Role
We are recruiting for a Senior Participant Experience Manager to join on a part-time basis, working 21 hours per week (0.6 FTE) as part of a job share. This is a fixed-term contract until the end of October 2026.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our successful Events team, co-leading our 7-person Participant Experience team. Working closely with the other Senior Participant Experience Manager, you’ll be jointly responsible for identifying and delivering strategic projects and multi-channel supporter journeys to improve the supporter experience for all events participants, resulting in maximised income, retention and lifetime value.

You and your team will work across the Events team, adding value to our participants’ experience across our full range of products, from sign up to thanking and beyond. You’ll lead the team to drive cross product testing, learning and innovation. You will also maximise the impact of our communications across multiple channels, such as telephone, email, post, SMS, whilst pushing efficiencies by streamlining processes and ways of working across teams.

Working as part of the Events Management team you will contribute to the strategy and direction of the wider Events team.

About you
We’re looking for a strategic thinker who has a strong background in stewardship and customer experience with an understanding of the charity sector.

You will able to manage and inspire the team throughout busy and high-pressured events seasons. You’ll have experience of managing people to deliver the best results for the organisation whilst effectively developing team members within their roles. As a job share, strong collaboration and relationship building skills will be vital in this role.

Crucially, you will have a proven track record in developing and managing multichannel supporter journeys from planning to analysis. You will have experience of managing complex projects and will be confident in negotiating with and managing internal and external stakeholders, managing these vital relationships to ensure best practice and the best results for Alzheimer’s Society.

You will be data-savvy, with clear understanding of fundraising and data protection laws and have extensive experience streamlining and improving processes.

What you’ll focus on:

- Co-leading the Participant Experience team, creating a culture of high performance, collaboration and celebration.
- Managing the supporter journey programme from initial contact through to event day and beyond.
- Working across internal teams and with external partners to deliver exceptional supporter experiences for all our event participants.
- Leading innovation and testing around stewardship activities.
- Supporting the Head of Events and collaborating with Senior Managers to implement a new strategy for the Events team.

To help us with this important mission, we are looking for a Delivery Officer for our North Region (covering Cheshire FA, Cumberland FA, Durham FA, Lancashire FA, Liverpool FA, Manchester FA, North Riding FA, Northumberland FA and Westmorland FA). As a Delivery Officer, you’ll play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of capital projects across a defined region – including 3G pitches, pavilions, grass pitch improvements, PlayZones and more. What can we offer you? 

The salary band for this role is £32,000 - £34,000 per annum, dependent on relevant skills and experience.

Your role

To lead on trust fundraising at SeeAbility and to grow and diversify trust and foundation income in line with SeeAbility’s aspirations.

Your responsibilities

• Lead on the development and delivery of a trusts strategy, overseeing the whole trusts portfolio, to generate agreed annual targets for SeeAbility.
• Be the charity’s expert in trust fundraising, adopting a data-driven approach, keeping abreast of sector developments and making the business case for change where appropriate.

• Work across the organisation to generate new and innovative ways to package up SeeAbility’s work to secure funding.

• To be responsible for developing and delivering the annual work plan for trusts fundraising
• Engage staff across the organisation in trust fundraising to support proposal development, reporting and stewardship and to grow the fundraising culture.

Working closely with the Head of Capital Appeal and Senior Philanthropy and Partnerships Manager, you will design and deliver events which steward and develop key contacts as part of our Capital Appeal.

The role holder will have strong administration skills, attention to detail and work as part of a team.  You will be self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, managing a wide range of tasks.

35 hours per week / 52 weeks per year

Salary: £28,000 - 32,000 per annum (depending on experience)

About the role

We are seeking additional experienced Associate Independent Investigating Officers (IO) for Complaints, to increase our capacity to respond to referrals from Local Authorities to provide an independent element to the formal Stage 2 investigations under the Children Act 1989.

The IO will lead investigations, and will give the complainant (who may be a child, young person or adult) the opportunity to express their view, ensure the child or young person’s rights and best interests are at the centre of the investigation and that the investigation/review process is open and transparent. They write a report on the investigation/review, which is submitted to the referring agency.

The Job Description document sets out the expectations for an Associate Independent Person for Complaints (IPC) who is approved by Coram Voice. IPCs are independent, freelance and responsible for their own work. Nevertheless, IPCs are accountable to the organisation for their professional standards and are expected to comply with Coram Voice Code of Ethics and Practice Guidelines.

Please note: the nature of associate work means that we cannot guarantee a regular amount of work, and complaints will be allocated dependent on the associate’s availability, location and the needs and demands of the individual case. Investigation work takes place Monday to Friday within working hours. This position is not suitable for applicants who already work or have commitments more than two days within the working week.

For a charity in central London, we're recruiting an interim Finance Business Partner to join a high-performing finance business partnering team. This role will manage the delivery of robust financial information to stakeholders. The Finance Business Partner will add value to the financial information provided by budget holders via technical analysis and data visualisation. This role will build excellent relationships with various teams within the charity to help them adhere to financial policies and build financial literacy capacity. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Income and Gift Aid Accountant Assistant to help us make sure every penny counts in our mission to stop MS. You'll play a key role in managing our income processing and supporting Gift Aid claims to help us maximise the value of every donation.

You'll ensure that donations recorded in our CRM system match the funds received, resolving discrepancies and supporting our income processes to run efficiently. Working closely with our Customer Services and Fundraising teams you’ll be at the heart of making sure our financial data is accurate and robust.

You’ll also assist with preparing and checking Gift Aid claims, helping us claim back vital extra funds at no additional cost to our supporters. Your detail driven approach will help us continue to build a strong and transparent foundation for everything we do.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a good understanding of financial accounting principles, strong Excel and IT skills, and a collaborative problem-solving approach. Excellent communication and organisational skills will also be essential as you work closely with teams across the organisation to ensure our income records are accurate and efficient.
