About the role
We are looking for three Challenge Event Assistants with excellent supporter care and Excel skills to join our growing team as we support over 100,000 people to raise £35m for people living with cancer.
You will work as part of the Challenge Event Assistant team to manage the stewardship and data for our large portfolio of Challenge Events.
You will provide excellent supporter care by email, through our CRM system and online through our Facebook inbox and private event groups and fulfil participant requests using our systems and processes.
You will also be responsible for sorting and formatting data in Microsoft Excel for a range of purposes. This could include, but is not limited to, helping us import participant data on our event management system and creating mailing lists for our comms.

South East London Mind is a highly regarded local charity, helping people to be mentally healthy and working together with those experiencing mental health problems and dementia to improve their quality of life.

The core purpose of Finance Assistant’s role is to support the Finance and Resources team at Chance to Shine. The Finance and Resources team provide day to day support to all departments in the charity and trading subsidiary, Chance to Shine Enterprises Ltd, around finance, office, HR and general administration. The role is based at our London office with some working from home allowed.
3. Key Responsibilities
The Finance Assistant’s responsibilities include:
Finance
· Recording and analysing income and expenditure and posting transactions onto SAGE 50 Accounts
· Banking cash and cheques received
- Raising invoices and monitoring debtors
- Administering invoice approval and payment processes
· Operating expense claim procedures and payments
· Liaising with Fundraising team to reconcile income received with Raisers Edge
· Support delivery partner expenditure review process
· Support Finance & Resources department as required with ad hoc administrative support
General support
· To help monitor the finance inbox and respond to general enquiries.

Newham Together Café is a high paced, out-of-hours mental health service provided by MindTHNR, in collaboration with NHS East London Foundation Trust (NEFLT). It provides a safe space for people who may be experiencing or moving towards a mental health crisis. The service will offer a range of psychotherapeutic interventions including 1-1 support and safety plans, wellness & recovery action plans and therapeutic groups.

Job Title: IDVA
Location: Wandsworth with a requirement to occasionally work at our Head Office (Vauxhall) and the London Borough of Richmond
Salary: £28,857.12 per annum
Contract type: Full-time, Permanent

As an Independent Domestic Abuse Advocate, the post holder will support those subjected to gender-based violence and provide high quality independent advocacy. The job involves ensuring that survivors are provided with a safe, supportive and welcoming environment, enabling them to access their rights, make decisions and increase their life options.
We are looking for someone who is passionate, committed and cares about the work Refuge undertakes. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of domestic abuse and the impact this has on survivors and their children. They will be able to work under pressure to effectively manage risk and provide needs-led support to clients with a variety of support needs.
