This role would suit somebody who is looking to build a career within Communications and Administration. Reporting into the Communications Director of this small organisation, you will work remotely, but be available to travel within London for client meetings and events of required. General responsibilities are:
 

• Administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations, including managing enquiries, maintaining records and digital files, supporting staff task management, and ensuring ICT systems are functioning effectively.
• Support organisational communications by preparing, editing, and disseminating materials across print, digital, and web platforms, ensuring all content is consistent with branding and house style.
• Maintain and update the organisation’s website and online platforms, uploading new materials, checking accuracy, and liaising with technical support when needed.
• Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and retention of members by delivering excellent customer service, maintaining strong professional relationships, and supporting individuals and organisations.
• Contribute to marketing and promotional activities by helping produce materials, coordinating outreach, and supporting external partnerships to raise awareness of organisations work.
• Provide logistical and administrative support for events, training sessions, meetings, and webinars, including managing bookings, communication with attendees, preparing materials, and supporting follow-up and evaluation.
• Support the production and promotion of the organisation’s podcast series and other projects, including scheduling, coordinating with guests, and organising content.
• Maintain and develop the organisation’s CRM and database systems, ensuring accurate data entry, reporting, and effective use of membership information.

We are seeking an experienced trusts fundraiser to join our Development team at a pivotal point in our journey. As Trusts Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of RADA’s future fundraising growth by developing and stewarding long-term relationships with a portfolio of Trusts and Foundations to unlock transformational support for RADA’s mission and future. Reporting to and working closely with the Head of Grants & Fundraising Services, you will support with the creation of the Trusts and Foundations annual strategy, and will confidently seek out and secure new mid-level gifts.

The ideal candidate will be a confident and proactive fundraiser from an arts/cultural or higher education context and with a track record of gifts at the five-figure level. We're looking for a compassionate, self-starting individual who is tenacious, goal-oriented, and target-driven with a make it happen mentality, because they know the impact growing this movement will have on thousands of people's lives.

This role is part of the Partnership Development Team within the Mission & Movement Directorate. Reporting to the Head of Movement Development, you will be responsible for initiating and engaging with senior church leaders and wider networks to partner with CAP, primarily through our life-changing Debt Centre service.

As a Partnership Development Manager, you'll be a key driver of our mission. We're looking for a self-motivated, results-oriented, problem solving individual who can build and nurture relationships across diverse church networks and denominations.

You will be responsible for generating new partnership opportunities, inspiring church leaders and wider networks to engage with CAP's vision and partner with us. You'll need to be an entrepreneurial self-starter with a proven ability to build a robust pipeline and deliver on growth targets, specifically around Debt Centre growth motivated by our desire to help more people out of debt and poverty and see them become followers of Jesus.

Partnership Development Manager Scope

• The team is split between full time and part time PDMs. 
• Significant amount of travel with large regions to cover. 
• This role has no direct reports.
• In line with our expenses policy, all expenses (e.g. mileage costs) are claimed retrospectively via our CAP Expenses system. 

Role:

Accountabilities:

• Responsible for expanding CAP's partnership network across your region alongside the Regional Director and Head of Movement Development, strategically prioritizing and developing relationships with church leaders and networks to establish new partnerships and services. You'll achieve this by collaborating with other teams, proactively networking with Christian organizations and denominational leaders (where appropriate), and representing CAP at various events, all with the goal of growing our influence and opening new services in every community.
• Proactive management of contacts as they progress through the pipeline, working alongside churches to identify if a CAP service supports their church vision, and if appropriate, manage them through the church journey and experience to open a new CAP service.
• To open new Debt Centre Partnerships as laid out in regional Development plans in target areas of deprivation and communities across the region. 
• To open resilience services (Job Clubs, Life skills & Money Coaching) with new and existing church partnerships.
• Alongside Regional Director to identify key areas from across the region to host and organize a targeted number of CAP Spotlight Events per term. These events are designed to gather church leaders around a table to have conversations around opening a multi Church Debt Centre. 
• To proactively build, manage and progress a self generated caseload of churches within your region, through cold calling, face to face meetings and all other appropriate forms of communication. This will include frequent travel across the region to meet with appropriate churches/ leaders.
• Refer potential new Debt Coaches or Churches that might want to work with an existing or expanding Church Partnership to the relevant Area Partnership Managers who are responsible for existing centre growth and sustainability.
• To work with Regional Leaders and Area Partnership Managers to deepen local knowledge and connections in order to deliver new church partnership opportunities. 
• To collaborate across departments where needed to support and engage with Church Events, Talks, Conferences, Festivals, Church Leaders Meetings and other relevant events within your region, working on exhibition stands (when necessary) to help generate enquiries.
• To work with local church teams to ensure appropriate candidates are identified and have a full understanding of the role and responsibilities involved, ensuring CAP¿s selection team receive the appropriate information in a timely manner. 
• To advocate and make introductions where appropriate for Church talks, CCT and fundraising opportunities.
• Where appropriate, to represent Partnership Development in additional projects which improve the delivery and content of CAP's products and services.

What will your typical day involve?

In this role, you will lead workshops on key topics like Namaste Care, Dementia Care, communication, and team building to enhance staff skills and the care experience. You will advocate for staff wellbeing through reflective practice sessions, Schwartz Rounds, and other initiatives, fostering resilience and peer support. Collaborating with the psychology team, you will help build a culture of respect, communication, and inclusivity. Additionally, you will listen to relatives' feedback and support the relative peer support group every other month.

You will guide RCC Champions alongside Registered Managers, encouraging effective communication and engagement, and work to embed the Relationship-Centred Care strategy throughout the organisation. As a role model, you will demonstrate excellent communication with residents, promoting respectful, meaningful interactions

Who are we looking for?

The ideal candidate will have an NVQ Level 3 or QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent, along with a strong understanding of dementia care, communication strategies, and relationship-centred care principles. A passion for person-centred care is essential, as is experience in healthcare, social care, or a related field with a focus on dementia care or RCC principles. 

The candidate will also have leadership or coordination experience, particularly in facilitating team building, care-related workshops, and staff development. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required. 

While understanding Jewish culture and familiarity with reflective practice and Schwartz Rounds are desirable, they are not essential.

Run over three properties, Hammersmith & Fulham's South Cluster provides two of which for individuals with low-medium mental health requirements and the third for service users with greater needs. The services all support adults (18+) with enduring mental health needs, who require additional housing and other support.​

This service is for users who have a recognised need for a level of supported accommodation who may be leaving hospital, registered cared or at risk of homelessness. The service is used as a ‘step-up' or ‘step down' from other supported accommodation, where appropriate. The South Cluster aims to equip service users with the skills to move on and live independently in the future.​

What do I need to bring with me?

You'll need to be able to demonstrate the core skills this role requires as well as match our values and mission. Here's what the team will be looking for

To succeed in this role, you will bring a solid understanding of Health and Safety within an accommodation-based setting, along with the ability to monitor and maintain the safety and security of the service while reporting any maintenance needs appropriately. You will have experience supporting people with mental health needs and a basic knowledge of housing management, including maintenance and repairs. Strong literacy, numeracy and IT skills are essential, enabling you to produce clear written communication and maintain accurate records. You will also have a sound understanding of safeguarding and the confidence to address concerns appropriately to ensure the wellbeing of those you support.

When will I be working?

You will be working Monday to Sunday 5 days a week on a rota starting as early as 08:00 until 23:00 latest no more then 39 hours a week

Finance Officer (12-month maternity cover)

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Moving and Handling advisor, with an interest in working with older people, to join our established and well-regarded in-house Therapy team at Nightingale Hammerson. We’re a diverse, friendly team who are passionate about delivering exceptional services for our Jewish Residents across a full spectrum of needs through a relationship-centred care framework and within a palliative care model.

Your role will be split between delivering moving and handling training to our care teams, supporting teams on the households with moving and handling activities, carrying out complex moving and handling assessments, working as part of a multidisciplinary team and introducing service development initiatives and innovation. Our ideal candidate will be skilled in facilitating learning, supporting residents with complex needs using a range of skills and techniques, using advanced communication skills and strategies to support engagement and being confident with supporting Residents who may be frail and living with a range of medical conditions until the end of their lives. Here's what the team will be looking for

About the role  

We are looking for a Digital Innovation Lead to position us at the cutting-edge of digital, locally based storytelling about the climate transition.

Part of this role will be overseeing our approach to social media. But more than that, the successful candidate will bring their know-how and entrepreneurial flair to help us reimagine our digital storytelling on the climate transition.

From TikTok to hyper-local Facebook groups, from AI-powered analysis to multimedia experimentation, you will help the Exchange build a digital game that’s contemporary, sector-leading, ethical and true to both our mission and our USP as locally rooted, authentic, people-led storytellers.

In depth technical expertise (for example, in the mechanics of video creation) is not essential. Knowing where to get it, how to use it - and what great looks like for an organisation like us - is.

The Digital Innovation Lead will deploy audience and platform insight, social listening, and restless creativity. They will ensure our digital storytelling has scale, reach and narrative-shaping impact in its own right, and as a complement and added dimension to our existing, sector-leading print, broadcast and online journalism.

We want someone who can work collaboratively to challenge our assumptions and try new things, while holding on to what makes the Exchange’s storytelling special: our authenticity and people-first approach.

Key responsibilities  

• Shape and deliver a digital innovation strategy that harnesses the Exchange’s USP and place-based focus to impactfully engage audiences, share stories, and measurably influence local narratives.

• Working with the Executive Director and Head of Programmes, secure partnerships and funding to put the strategy into practice – ranging from partnering with local influencers and campaign groups, to national media platforms, data platforms, or creative tech collaborators, and more.
