This role sits within our Storytelling team in the Social Impact domain. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for all creative production needs (print, digital, video, audio, and animation) to make effective and engaging content in promotion of our services and campaigns.

We are currently looking for a proactive and supportive individual to join our dynamic, ambitious team.

A key part of this role will be your ability to build collaborative relationships and problem-solve.

-experience of facilitating and organising creative traffic and production

What the job involves

The Health Information Coordinator is a vital role supporting a busy team that creates health information and communications for men who have been diagnosed with prostate cancer or those at high risk of developing it.

You’ll have the opportunity to play a key role in keeping all the health information on the website up-to-date and in line with the Patient Information Forum’s PIF TICK quality standard. As well as coordinating and editing the team’s social media communications. Supporting the promotion of our resources both internally and externally, you’ll help to evaluate the effectiveness of the service we provide.

The role is responsible for making sure all our health information publications are in stock, so we deliver an effective health information service for men and their families affected by prostate cancer. You’ll also develop and maintain administrative systems to support the team’s work including financial processing.

This role is fixed term until end of October 2026 covering an internal secondment.

We’re looking for a pro-active and highly organised person to join our team. You’ll be self-motivated and able to multi-task, supporting a busy team while keeping on top of your own projects. You’ll have experience of communicating in plain English across multiple platforms including social media and our website. What you will be doing

This is a strategic and creative role at the heart of Hearing Dogs for Deaf People’s national fundraising and engagement efforts. The post holder will lead the development and delivery of national community and challenge event programmes across all four UK regions (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland).

Using strong project and campaign management skills, the role will grow existing initiatives charity owned initiatives such as the Great British Dog Walk and the 28 Challenge and develop new, audience-led campaigns that inspire public participation, drive fundraising, and deepen long-term engagement with the charity.

In addition to the owned initiatives, the role will promote Hearing Dogs for Deaf People to participants of external national events such as The Great North Run or the London Marathon.

The ultimate objectives are to drive income generation and guide supporters from initial involvement to becoming volunteers for the broader work of the charity and legacy pledgers.

Experience of direct work with female survivors of domestic violence and of working within safeguarding procedures is essential for this post, as is the need to adopt and promote a strong partnership approach to service provision. Charity People are delighted to be supporting a charity in the search for an Income Processing Officer to join their small but fast-growing data operations team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented and process-driven individual to contribute to the efficient and accurate handling of income and supporter data. The successful candidate will support the smooth running of income processing, reconciliation, and Gift Aid preparation within a busy fundraising environment. Working closely with Finance and Fundraising colleagues, you'll be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the charity's CRM (ideally Dynamics 365), ensuring data is correctly coded, imported, and reconciled, and supporting documentation and reporting for audit-readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

* Import and process income from all channels (cheques, cash, online platforms, bank transfers, legacies, corporate donations).
* Apply codes accurately to each transaction record, including fund, campaign, appeal, designation, project, restriction, and method codes
* Conduct daily and weekly CRM to bank reconciliations as per the E2E process and related procedures.
* Prepare and support month end income reconciliation for journals into Xledger.
* Log and track data discrepancies (e.g., missing codes, unmatched records, duplicates), escalating where required.
* Support Gift Aid readiness by validating declarations and ensuring eligibility on transactions is coded correctly.
* Coordinate closely with Finance to ensure journal outputs are accurate
* Contribute to data cleansing and reporting to improve CRM data quality

You will bring:

* Proven ability to process high volumes of income transactions accurately and efficiently.
* Strong attention to detail, with confidence in spotting and resolving data discrepancies.
* Good understanding of financial controls and the importance of segregation of duties.
* Ability to balance BAU income processing with adoption of new processes and improvement tasks.
* Understanding of Gift Aid rules, data protection (GDPR, PCI, PECR), and audit requirements.

We’re looking for a Digital Learning Lead – UX/UI to play a pivotal role in developing and improving the Learning Lab, our online platform for educators and trainers across the UK’s technical and vocational education sector.

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, user-focused digital learning expert who’s passionate about supporting educators and driving up standards in teaching and training.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of the Learning Lab, ensuring an intuitive, engaging, and accessible user experience.

• Own and optimise the educator journey from first visit to repeat engagement using data, feedback, and testing.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop new features and improve platform functionality.

• Apply strong UX/UI design skills to deliver impactful, user-centred digital solutions.

• Manage platform projects, budgets, vendors, and reporting processes.

• Promote high standards in design, accessibility, and inclusivity across the platform.

Ideally, we hope you’ll apply if your skills include:

Essential Criteria

• Programme management knowledge with a strong background in stakeholder management
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and pick tasks up quickly
• Good level of EDI knowledge and experience

Nice to have

• Experience of working with academics
• Knowledge of Awards systems such as Award Force would be beneficial
