Centrepoint, the UK’s leading youth homelessness charity, is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Big Change Programme and play a key role in delivering major digital transformation projects across the organisation.

Reporting to the Senior Programme Manager, this role will lead the delivery of projects within our Big Change Programme (BCP) – Centrepoint’s flagship initiative to modernise systems, improve ways of working and strengthen how we support young people.

About the role

This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in Centrepoint’s digital transformation journey.

As Project Manager, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of a new People system implementation, ensuring it is delivered successfully and embedded across the organisation.

You will manage the full project lifecycle – from planning and governance through to delivery and transition into business-as-usual – while working closely with senior stakeholders, business teams and external suppliers.

Alongside delivery of this key project, you will contribute to the wider Big Change Programme portfolio, helping to embed strong project management practices and supporting the development of Centrepoint’s project management capability.

This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact transformation work that directly supports Centrepoint’s mission.

Centrepoint operates a hybrid working model, requiring colleagues to spend a minimum of 50% of their working time in the office.

Purpose of the Job 
The Impact and Evaluation Manager plays a key role in ensuring (FELIX) can robustly measure, evaluate and communicate the social and environmental impact of its work. The role supports an evidence-based culture across the organisation, embedding evaluation and learning into service development and delivery.

Working with colleagues across (FELIX) and its network, you will lead qualitative and quantitative research and evaluation projects, generating insights that inform service improvement, fundraising and public affairs. You will ensure that impact evidence is translated into clear, engaging outputs for internal and external audiences, helping to build compelling narratives about the difference FareShare makes. Ultimately, this work supports FareShare’s mission to deliver more food to charities and community groups across the UK.
 

Duties & Responsibilities 

• Lead the development and ongoing refinement of FareShare’s Theory of Change and Impact & Evaluation frameworks, ensuring they remain relevant and are embedded in impact measurement and evaluation activity

• Design and deliver impact measurement tools and evaluation projects that generate robust evidence on [Felix’s] social and environmental impact, including surveys, research studies and external evaluations.

• Analyse and interpret impact data and research findings, producing clear, accessible reports and insights for internal and external stakeholders, including producing the Annual Impact Report and Internal Stats House.

The Charity Delivery Lead will drive the success of key charity and community programs and charity initiatives across our 13 venues. Line managing staff in a matrix model, you will provide operational guidance, a delivery framework, and expert advice to ensure that each program is successfully implemented and achieves its objectives. Reporting & Communication:

Ensure that all programs adhere to safeguarding guidelines, especially for vulnerable groups such as those impacted by dementia and children. Promote a safe and inclusive environment for all participants.

Person Specification

Key Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience (3+ years) in community program delivery, charity work, or sports-related initiatives, with a focus on social impact and inclusivity.
• Strong knowledge of program design and delivery, particularly in sports, health, and community development.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage diverse communities, local venues, and external stakeholders.
• Experience supporting and mentoring teams, even without direct line management responsibilities.

Role overview: 

This is a new and developing service focused on increasing accessibility to stalking support for underrepresented and marginalised communities across London.  The postholder will play a key role in designing, embedding, and delivering this community-based model, working closely with community groups, partners, and volunteers whilst holding a small caseload leading to building trusted pathways into service for communities that may face barriers to accessing traditional support.

We are recruiting a part-time, multilingual counsellor to provide high-quality, trauma-informed therapeutic support to young people experiencing, or at risk of, homelessness, with a particular focus on refugees and people seeking asylum. This includes delivering one to one counselling, group therapy, and therapeutic workshops within a busy day centre setting.

You will be passionate about providing culturally competent therapy with a strong understanding of the mental health needs of marginalised communities, particularly refugees and people seeking asylum. The Woodland Trust is looking for an Engaging Communities Officer to join our exciting Sherwood’s Living Legends project funded by The National Lottery Heritage Fund. A development grant has been awarded by Heritage Fund to help the Woodland Trust progress the project over 18-months to apply for a 5-year delivery stage grant. If this application is successful, the project will safeguard the future of ancient and veteran trees in Sherwood Forest and reconnect communities with this iconic landscape. This is a fixed term contract for 18-months, with the potential for an extension. 

The Role: 

• Lead the community-focused development of Sherwood’s Living Legends, shaping how people connect with the cultural, historical and ecological significance of ancient and veteran trees. 
• Co-create imaginative engagement approaches with consultants, using storytelling, heritage and local myth to inspire urban and rural communities. 
• Define target audiences and craft compelling key messages that will underpin the project’s delivery-stage communications. 
• Promote the project across the Sherwood NCA through social media, local press, PR events and creative outreach activity. 
• Ensure engagement plans are inclusive, accessible and responsive to the needs of diverse communities and participants. 
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, community groups, landowners and Woodland Trust teams to support joined-up project development. 
• Monitor and evaluate engagement activity, gathering insight and data to inform project design and future delivery.

The Programmes You’ll Lead

Music Producer Club (MPC) – digital music-making for young people aged 12–18, delivered in schools, youth centres and online. Taught by ‘producer educators’ - working music producers we train to educate the next generation -, MPC builds creativity, skills and confidence while connecting participants with electronic music culture and the national curriculum.

Process – a development programme for women, non-binary and trans+ music makers. Structured across three strands for different abilities (Create, Define, Release), Process combines workshops, mentoring and masterclasses to build skills, confidence and community for underrepresented producers.

Out The Box (OTB) – hands-on analogue mixing workshops in leading London studios, giving emerging producers practical experience with desks, outboard gear and professional engineers while bridging digital and analogue production techniques.

Programme Management

• Lead planning, scheduling and delivery of MPC, Process and Out The Box programmes and events.

Quality Monitoring & Evaluation

• Collect and analyse participant data, case studies and feedback, and drive solutions in response to pain points.

• Support continuous improvement by feeding programme insights into CDR’s evolving evaluation framework, learning outputs, and communications strategy.

• Ensure safeguarding, risk assessments and health and safety are adhered to across all programmes. Implementing training, good practice and further planning where necessary.
