The Communications & Campaigns Assistant provides essential administrative and project coordination support to IAPB’s Communications, Campaigns and Events team. The role contributes to the delivery of communications and campaigns materials, coordinates meetings and activities across priority projects, and helps ensure that department activities are communicated across the organisation and externally. The Communications & Campaigns Assistant plays a key role in supporting the department through strong organisational skills, accurate follow-up, creative problem solving, attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills and timely, high-quality outputs across activities.

The Advocacy Assistant provides essential coordination, drafting, and administrative support to IAPB’s Policy and Advocacy team, contributing directly to the delivery of IAPB’s global advocacy and policy agenda. The role supports the preparation of advocacy and policy materials, coordinates meetings and activities across priority workstreams, and helps ensure that policy and advocacy priorities are communicated clearly and consistently to members, partners, and external audiences. The Advocacy Assistant plays a key role in supporting advocacy campaigns, events, and global initiatives through strong organisation, accurate follow-up, and timely, high-quality written outputs aligned with IAPB’s strategic priorities.

The Regions Assistant provides essential coordination, drafting, and administrative support to IAPB’s Regional Directorate, contributing directly to the delivery of IAPB’s regional/national agenda. This includes policy engagement related activities, support for membership activation and contributions to conditions-specific strategies. The role supports the preparation of advocacy and policy materials, coordinates meetings and activities across priority workstreams, and helps ensure that priorities are communicated clearly and consistently to members, partners, and external audiences. The Regions Assistant plays a key role in supporting regional/national engagement campaigns and events, and delivery of global initiatives at local level - through strong organisation, accurate follow-up, and timely, high-quality written outputs aligned with IAPB’s strategic priorities.

About this Internship

The Youth Voice Development Officer is a 12-month internship starting in March 2026. It is part of the Rank Foundation’s Time 2 Shine Leadership programme, and the successful candidate will need to commit to attending a range of training events throughout the year which are delivered by the Rank Foundation. Travel and accommodation will be provided.

Main Purpose of this Role:

The role’s main purpose is to support the delivery and monitoring of Reaching Higher’s Youth Voice strategy by working closely with the Head of Contextual Youth Work (Community) and empowering young people to meaningfully shape and share their voices. This includes supporting young people to co-develop and co-deliver Youth Voice training for a range of stakeholders, preparing and accompanying them to facilitated meetings with key leaders across Croydon’s schools, statutory services and community organisations, and ensuring their perspectives are heard and valued. The role also involves planning and delivering regular training and development opportunities for Youth Board members, supporting youth-led events such as the annual community meal, and mentoring a small cohort of young people to build their confidence, skills and leadership capacity.

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Registered Practitioner Psychologist with a background in clinical psychology to join our team in Croydon.

The service offers a psychologically informed environment across four sites, providing low to high support forensic mental health services to our residents with forensic mental health needs, complex conditions, and dual diagnosis.

In this role, you will drive the delivery of evidence based psychological assessments and interventions aimed at the rehabilitation and reintegration of our residents into the communities. This is a creative, evolving, and impactful role which works closely with our Group Psychological Lead and wider teams to provide support to staff and at times residents to support in providing a streamlined and psychologically informed service.

Key Responsibilities Include: 

• Provide advice, guidance, and support to the team with supporting our residents to overcome personal challenges and create a supportive environment
• Advise and streamline best practices, and enhance the overall skills and expertise of the team to deliver high quality care and support
• Provide clinical supervision to the team
• Provide highly specialised psychological assessments for our residents with mental health and complex needs
• Exercise full clinical responsibility for residents psychological care as a care coordinator within a multidisciplinary team
• Formulate and implement plans for various therapy routes and management of assessing mental health conditions based upon appropriate conceptual frameworks and evidence-based practices

About You

We're looking for someone who is a self-starter, able to proactively encourage, take leadership and ownership for creating a psychologically informed environment. You will be able to communicate highly complex and sensitive information effectively within the organisation and with external partners, collaborating with external stakeholders regularly in a multidisciplinary approach. You will be able to utilise your own expertise and support in empowering the wider team to enhance their skills to deliver a service which is supportive, safe, and in line with best practice for the organisation and external regulatory bodies. 

• HCPC Registration is essential
• Post-graduate doctoral level training as a Registered Practitioner Psychologist including models of psychopathology, clinical psychometrics, and neuropsychology, two or more distinct psychological therapies and lifespan developmental psychology
• Previous experience working as a qualified clinical and/or forensic psychologist, including working with people with complex backgrounds/needs and a good understanding of the sector we run our services in
• Ability to teach, train, consult, and deliver clinical supervision
• Understanding of criminology, psychology, and behavioural patterns, and how they link to different behaviours and engagement
• Ability to understand and apply safeguarding protocols as they arise

MediCinema is a UK-registered charity dedicated to providing cinema experiences inside hospitals to support the emotional, physical and mental health of NHS patients, their families, and carers. Leadership and Strategy

You may have worked in healthcare, education, or social impact organisations, and bring a strong understanding of compliance, governance, and people leadership. The Salesforce and Systems Manager will play a key role in the Programmes team ensuring that our systems and processes run smoothly, that data is accurate and well maintained, and that we continue to innovate through our use of data systems to improve delivery and working across the wider Trust.

You will lead the usage and development of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform, Salesforce, for the delivery and evaluation of our programmes. You will be responsible for overseeing the building and management of application and evaluation forms ensuring that internal and external colleagues views have been considered. Whilst this role sits within the programmes directorate, you will lead on Salesforce for the Trust as a whole and collaborate with other teams to ensure optimal running of the platform.

You will manage a number of external relationships, including our external Salesforce partners, application site partners and other digital and data partners to ensure that work is well managed, delivered on time and on budget. You will work closely with the Senior Impact and Evaluation Manager to ensure data on applications, evaluations, and long-term destinations is of high quality and securely held.

The role will report to the Senior Impact and Evaluation Manager, and work alongside, and with support from, the Data and Evaluation Officer.

Main duties

• Act as the Trust’s in-house Salesforce lead, keeping up to date with sector updates (including Artificial Intelligence), training staff members in how best to use Salesforce

• Lead on the management and integration between Salesforce and the Trust’s other data collection platforms including Form Assembly, Sutton Trust Online, Campaign Monitor, and Zoom

• Work cross-Trust to identify potential Salesforce process improvements or system changes that will deliver efficiencies, prioritising these and overseeing their build and deployment

• Manage relationships with external stakeholders including web developers and Salesforce/Form Assembly representatives

• Manage the build and development of programme application sites with input from programme leads

• Responsibility for quality of data coming into and held in Salesforce, complying with GDPR requirements

• Manage the design, building, and dissemination of evaluation forms and ensure high rates of completion

• Manage the two-way sharing of application and engagement data with universities and delivery partners

The role

The Revalidation & Specialty Training Intern role is an opportunity for someone who thrives on a challenge, who is happiest when putting their excellent organisational and customer facing skills through their paces. Someone who is at their best working collaboratively with others. 

They will play a dual supporting the delivery of key GMC-regulated services:

·Revalidation - All doctors wishing to maintain a licence to practise are required to demonstrate they are up to date and fit to practise. It also gives extra confidence to patients that their doctor is regularly checked. FPM is a designated body for the purposes of revalidation, and the team works with a Responsible Officer whose role is to make a revalidation recommendation to the GMC.

·Specialty Training - The Pharmaceutical Medicine Specialty Training programme, or PMST, is a comprehensive four-year specialty training programme, offered exclusively by FPM. It is a cornerstone of FPM’s commitment to equipping pharmaceutical physicians with the specialist knowledge and capabilities to practise to the highest ethical and professional standards. 

The postholder will support FPM’s Revalidation Manager and Specialty Training Manager in delivering a high quality customer experience.

In particular, the post holder will be closely coordinating their work with another Legal Education Officer in Leeds. The post holder is also expected to be already embedded in the local and regional asylum and migration field, familiar with its dynamics and able to tap into their existing relationships and connections with local groups and actors.

You will also work with the Director and other colleagues to develop and deliver specific public legal education projects, when necessary. You must have outstanding communication skills and the ability to engage with a wide range of audiences, in a manner that reflects Right to Remain’s mission and values.
