About the Role

Dreams Come True is seeking an ambitious, strategic and highly skilled Head of Fundraising to lead and expand its income generation and manage and drive a high performing team. This senior role prioritises the development and delivery of an ambitious major donor and individual giving strategy - cultivating, stewarding, and upgrading supporters, including high-net-worth individuals and regular donors. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a growth-oriented fundraising strategy, with a strong focus on major donor fundraising and individual giving (regular giving, donor journeys, legacy giving).

Person Specification

Essential:

• Demonstrated success in major donor fundraising, including personally securing substantial gifts (five and six figures); proven ability to build from scratch, cultivate and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals.
• Proven expertise in individual giving, including donor journeys, donor retention and engagement, and developing bespoke campaigns.
• Strong leadership skills, with a track record of building, motivating, and developing high-performing fundraising teams.
• Up-to-date understanding of the fundraising compliance environment (Fundraising Regulator's Code, GDPR, PECR).
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Analytical mindset and the ability to use data to inform strategy, track performance, and drive growth.

Experience

We're looking for a dynamic and driven individual to lead our Low Carbon Transport Pillar at the Renewable Energy Association (REA). As Head of Electric Vehicles and Low Carbon Transport you'll play a central role in shaping UK transport policy, advocating for a net zero future built on renewable energy and clean technology. Reporting to the CEO, you'll engage with government, industry leaders, and stakeholders to influence policy, represent our members, and drive meaningful change. This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of sustainable mobility, driving strategy on electric vehicles, low carbon transport systems, and the enabling infrastructure that supports them.

About you:

Personal Characteristics

Enthusiastic with good eye for detail and organisational skills, determination and stamina; a flexible, team player with personal integrity and confidence, and the ability to build relationships with civil servants, politicians, regulators and wider stakeholders.

You will be comfortable becoming a spokesperson and leader for the sector, while being comfortable with policy development and regulations.

Qualifications and knowledge areas

Likely to be educated to postgraduate level in a relevant area, or with equivalent experience, with knowledge of renewable energy and clean technologies and specific knowledge in low carbon transport and infrastructure technologies.

Candidates are likely to have a number of years’ experience in the sector and already be seen as a respected voice or participant in the sector, or a related field.

• Enable are seeking an experienced Smoking Cessation Advisor to play a key role in shaping, developing and implementing an innovative stop-smoking pilot programme in London.
• Reporting to the Health Promotion Manager, this role will involve working closely with health care providers and community stakeholders to develop and design an evidence-based, behaviour change intervention, aimed at reducing smoking prevalence across targeted populations.
• This is an exciting opportunity for a specialist with expertise in tobacco dependence, behaviour change, and public health programme design to lead the development of a smoking cessation pilot. 

Main Duties/Responsibilities:  

• Develop a high-quality smoking cessation pilot programme
• Conduct needs assessments and analyse local smoking prevalence data to inform programme design. 
• Lead on the design, development, and delivery of a high-quality stop-smoking pilot programme, tailored to meet local population needs. 
• Develop training materials and resources for facilitators delivering the programme. 

Specialist Support and Advice 

• Provide guidance and advice on evidence-based smoking cessation strategies, including behaviour change support. 
• Provide high-quality smoking cessation behavioural support and pharmacological advice, in line with evidence-based practice, to individuals wishing to stop smoking or using tobacco products. 
• Advise on compliance with relevant NHS, NICE, and local authority guidelines. 

Stakeholder Engagement and Communications 

• Support stakeholder engagement, community outreach, and communications to promote the pilot and ensure effective collaboration. 

Evaluation and Continuous Improvement 

• Evaluate the effectiveness of the pilot programme through data collection methods such as questionnaires and focus groups with participants. 
• Identify and report areas of success and opportunities for improvement, providing recommendations for future programme development. 

Skills and Experience:  

• Educated to degree level in health, social care, public health, or significant professional experience in smoking cessation. 
• Proven experience working within local authorities, the NHS, or similar public health settings. 
• Completion of the National Centre for Smoking Cessation and Training (NCSCT) certification. 
• Strong knowledge and practical understanding of stop-smoking medications and their appropriate use. 
• In-depth understanding of behaviour change theories & techniques, along with their application in smoking cessation programmes. 
• Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing pilot programmes or other community-based health interventions. 

We are looking for a Web and Digital Assistant for 3 months, 2 days per week (15 hour) for a London based charity, working hybrid based with one or two days per month in the office.

The Website and Digital Assistant supports the managing, maintaining, and development of the organisation’s web estate. This includes day-to-day support for the website by creating landing pages, ensuring consistency across pages, and contributing to technical and user experience improvements.

About the role

Galop is looking for an experienced monitoring and evaluation professional to act as a specialist lead within the charity on monitoring, analysing and evaluating our internal services data for robust research and reporting. You will work with Galop’s services, including our Helplines, Advocacy & Support and Therapeutic Services and will report to the Director of Services.

As the Monitoring & Evaluation Officer, you will work closely with the Services, Policy and Evidence, and Fundraising teams, as well as the Senior Leadership Team and the Data Protection Officer.

Location: This role is offered on either a National (remote) contract basis, or a London-based contract basis (which includes London weighting and the expectation of 2 days per week in Galop’s central London office).
