About the Role

We are currently working on a major project to create a new website that will integrate seamlessly with our other digital platforms. This role will be integral to this, in terms of maintaining the current website and preparing for the switch on of the new website.
The role will be situated in our Brand Marketing and Communications team, working with closely with our current Digital Platforms Manager and new website agency, line managed by the Brand Manager.

This is an exciting and challenging position, which will be pivotal in growing the acquisition programme as part of our 5-year strategy. Working closely with the rest of the A&W team and wider stakeholders, such as the Communications team, media and creative agencies, you'll help to optimise acquisition activity as we scale up investment in this area. Criteria
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised individual with excellent communication and analytical skills. You’ll enjoy looking for ways to optimise all elements of campaigns from creative, content and media testing and able to act as a key point of knowledge in this area. Experience of DRTV is required, with an understanding of individual giving fundraising KPIs, including in relation to: DRTV, print, telemarketing, email and landing pages. You will be confident working with data with attention to detail and accuracy, from briefing data criteria for emails to using excel to review and share results. You will also be able to engage wider stakeholders in our acquisition testing plan development, providing clear regular communication to update on progress and learnings. Most importantly, you’ll be keen to deliver insight and audience-led, best in class fundraising campaigns to help Brooke realise an ambitious acquisition growth programme. `

As Content Planning Manager, you will join Brooke’s Fundraising and Communications Directorate at an exciting time as we deliver our five-year strategy. You’ll play a key role in shaping and coordinating compelling written and visual content that engages supporters across every stage of the funnel.
You will manage the full content process from gathering and creation to sharing and measurement. Line managing a small team, you’ll also support our international communications colleagues, including coordinating a conference to bring together colleagues from across the globe. Working closely with the Brand Manager, you will ensure all content whether copy, imagery, video or design reflects and strengthens the Brooke brand.
The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and implementing content strategies, with a strong grasp of workflow processes for both online and offline channels. About this role
At SPANA, we support a network of global partners working through both a short- term small grants and long- term programmes – known as our Senior Partners. Senior Partners represent key strategic investments in our mission to enhance working animal welfare. These programmes are established country offices, each led by dedicated Country Directors who oversee the implementation of our work. Our initiatives in these regions reflect a commitment to delivering holistic programming across a range of interventions to improve the welfare of working animals.
As Programme Manager you will lead our critical relationships and day to day activities with SPANA Senior Partners in overseas country offices delivering our international programmes. You will be responsible for managing activities across SPANA’s international programme work including budget reporting, grant making and management as well as procurement. You are a key part of SPANA’s Global Programs Department (GPD) team and report to the Senior Programmes Manager.

The role
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Programmes Manager to lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of our international programs. This pivotal role requires a strategic thinker with extensive programme management experience and a deep commitment to our mission.
The Senior Programmes Manager will be responsible for ensuring that our programmes are effectively designed and delivered, meet the needs of the communities and animals we serve, and align with our organizational strategy and donor expectations.
Positioned within the Global Programmes Department the role will involve close collaboration across teams in both the Global Support Office and our implementing partners.
Responsibilities include: programme management, strategic planning & stakeholder engagement, budget management, monitoring & evaluation, cross-team collaboration.
