Are you a dog lover with excellent administrative skills?
We’re looking for a Property Assistant to provide excellent administrative support to our Property team, who support our busy Rehoming centres with all things property, from reactive repairs to major refurbishments.

What does this role do?
As Property Assistant, you’ll:

• be the first point of contact for the team, supporting our Rehoming centre teams with queries related to their sites and repairs, escalating where appropriate to other colleagues in the team,
• deliver high quality administrative support to the team, from raising purchase orders and arranging travel, to administering our repairs ordering system, Infraspeak,
• support with administration around contractors, such as issuing contracts and drafting meeting minutes,
• support with the planning of regular meetings and site visits.

This is a part time role for 17.5 hours per week, across 2.5 days. The current working pattern for the role includes Mondays, with flexibility across the other days.

Interviews for this role are provisionally scheduled for Tuesday 25th November 2025 and will take place on Teams.

Could this be you?
To be successful in this role, you’ll need some experience in an administrative role, with excellent IT skills. As this role supports a small team, you’ll be working independently often, so it’s critical that you are able to organise your own workload and prioritise tasks effectively. We’re looking for an interim Head of International High Value Fundraising, who will take the lead on high value fundraising for our international work, ensuring our work can impact dogs and their owners across the world.

What does this role do?
As Head of International High Value Fundraising, you'll:

• lead the International High Value Fundraising team, providing direction and day-to-day leadership to inspire and support the team in cultivating transformational giving. Motivate and empower colleagues to unlock major opportunities in the United States and strengthen our approach in other regions.
• partner with other fundraising teams across Dogs Trust and our international partners, World Veterinary Service and Mission Rabies, to enhance and align global philanthropy strategies. Identify and pilot innovative approaches to generating significant new income and building long-term, sustainable partnerships.
• personally manage a portfolio of high- and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, foundations, and major donors, leading on all aspects of relationship management, from prospect identification and tailored proposal development to bespoke stewardship and long-term engagement that secures six-, seven-, and eight-figure gifts,

The Clean Air Fund is looking to recruit three Analysts for the EU Portfolio to join their team in London or Brussels. Theese are exciting opportunities to join a rapidly growing organisation whose mission is to use philanthropic grants to catalyse a reduction in air pollution in these newly created roles.   

As an Analyst in the EU Portfolio you will play a critical role in Clean Air Fund supporting delivery of projects at both pan-European and national level across nine Member States in the European Union. This includes project and grant management, as well as the design and management of partnerships with a wide variety of grantee partners including civil society organisations, research institutions  (think-tanks and universities) and industry. The geographical scope of these grants will be at the national level and / or the pan-European level.  You will work on projects across the two-year programme on AAQD transposition and implementation as part of the Europe team under the guidance of Project Director in a matrix system.  Tasks will combine managing and supporting a set of grants, as well as managing and supporting a wide range of projects and workstreams across the breath of the organization. 

To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and experience;

• Experience in project management for an international non-governmental organisation or a philanthropic organisation in Europe.
• Experience in working on environment, health and/or air quality issues.
• Experience in networking and building strong working relationships with a range of stakeholders.
• Articulate and proficient in both written and spoken English.  Proficiency in additional European languages is considered a significant asset, including French, Spanish, Italian, Romanian, German or Greek.

The Tours & Projects Manager is responsible for the planning, coordination and delivery of several key areas of the  Orchestra’s core performance activity, including but not limited to: international stand-alone concerts, tours and  residencies; UK tours, engagements and festival performances; commercial recordings and special projects. 

Working in a fast-paced environment as part of a friendly, fun and creative team, the role of Tours & Projects Manager provides a unique opportunity to work with leading musicians and conductors. Excellent organisational and budgeting  skills, attention to detail, innovative thinking and a flexible approach to working will help you manage, develop and  execute a diverse range of projects to the highest standard. 

With oversight from the Senior Concerts Manager and Concerts Director, the post-holder will work closely with the  Concerts Coordinators, Concerts Assistant and the Orchestra Operations Team in the delivery of outstanding performances in territories as varied as the UK, USA, Asia and Europe.

Key Responsibilities 

• Planning and coordinating of all international tours and residencies undertaken by the Orchestra, • Planning and coordinating of UK-based performances, engagements and tours outside of the Orchestra’s  core regional residencies.

• Planning and coordinating commercial recordings and special projects, shared with Concerts & Projects  Manager, according to orchestra schedule. 

• Developing and managing detailed itineraries, travel schedules, visas, freight and accommodation for  musicians, artists, staff and equipment.

• Preparing project budgets, managing and maintaining set budgets and final reconciliation and invoicing,  including international tax applications on behalf of the Orchestra. 

• Liaising with the Orchestra’s Head of Production and Stage Managers regarding practical  arrangements for all concerts and projects, including, but not limited to, stage plans, stage extensions,  ATA carnet applications; truck requirements, second instruments etc. 

• Liaising closely with the Orchestra Librarians on orchestrations and editions for repertoire being  performed or recorded. 

• Supervising the Concerts Coordinators and Assistant in the practical delivery of contracts, PPE letters,  technical riders, dressing room and security lists, rehearsal venue bookings, flight and hotel lists etc. • Keeping abreast of all relevant agreements and updates from the Association of British Orchestras and  Musicians’ Union concerning touring best practice and regulation. 

• Liaising with the Orchestra Committee and Artistic Committee regarding player matters as directed by Senior Concerts Manager/Concerts Director. 

• Travel with the Orchestra on all international tours and attending concerts & projects within the UK as  necessary.

• Upholding and demonstrating the Orchestra's values. Representing the Philharmonia with utmost  professionalism at all times.

Skills and Qualifications 

Essential: 

• Minimum three years’ managerial experience in classical music administration preferably with a focus on tour management 

• Demonstrable experience in performance production and scheduling; including knowledge of  international visas, tax and travel.

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Team Lead to run our Senior Group Session (ages14-18) at Oasis@Knights. About the role

We are looking for an exceptional individual fundraiser to join the Philanthropy team at King’s College London, leading on fundraising for The Dickson Poon School of Law.

This role will be responsible for managing a portfolio of major gift prospects, securing and stewarding significant philanthropic gifts at the £50k to £5 million gift level, supporting senior stakeholders with their fundraising efforts, and championing the work and priorities of King’s and the Dickson Poon School of Law.

The team will play a crucial role in the delivery of the University’s ambition to significantly scale philanthropic income for faculties, as we prepare to launch our next major fundraising campaign in 2027 and mark the university’s bicentenary in 2029.

We will build on our already successful fundraising to achieve ambitious new goals for philanthropy – creating strong partnerships across campus and with donors, to realise shared priorities and deliver strategic impact.

The Dickson Poon School of Law, King’s College London is one of the oldest law schools in England. Role Summary

The Programme officer role is a key component of a CEC wide initiative to ensure that national objectives and strategies are aligned across the business and implemented effectively and consistently across our Career Hubs infrastructure.

A key priority for this role will be supporting CEC’s and the government’s ambition for a new work experience guarantee to ensure that all pupils participate in 2 weeks’ worth of work experience by the time they leave year 11. The role will support specific programmes, pilots and activities that will be rolled out across Careers Hubs.

This role will play a key part in supporting the implementation of the programmatic strategy for Work Experience as well as other strands of work. It will support in helping to translate national initiatives and policy aligned with our strategic priorities into operational programmes delivered through our Network of Career Hubs. Priorities and programmes may change and flex over time but work experience will remain a priority theme.

To be successful in this role you will need to be a natural collaborator, a strong communicator and have strong organizational skills, and some function knowledge of our priorities.

The role will also contribute towards the wider success of the Network and Employers team supporting colleagues and areas outside of the designated area as required.

Within this role we would also offer a development opportunity for post holders not currently qualified in project management. Such employees would be offered the Associate project manager (level 4) apprenticeship, which is an 18-month development programme. This would be fully funded and paid for by CEC, you would be able to complete the qualification while in post in the Programme Officer role and you would also be given the appropriate release time each week for activities and tasks specifically related to gaining the qualification.

The renewal of Methodist worship is highlighted in God for All 2025-32 as a significant commitment.

This exciting and varied role offers the opportunity to facilitate the music aspects of Methodist worship renewal across The Connexion. High-quality music is central to Methodist worship and this role will combine a significant amount of resource development, hands-on training and delivery online and in local circuits and Districts.

In this role, you will also have particular responsible for growing, fostering, nurturing and developing the community of church musicians, being responsible for networks, communication and all aspects of training and development. Additionally, you will play a leading role in working to develop the music aspects of The Resource Hub (formerly Singing the Faith +). Finally, you will work with congregations and circuits where there are no church musicians, to support high quality music within worship in those contexts.

About you

We are seeking to appoint someone with a strong sense of what musical excellence in worship looks like. Alongside this, you will believe deeply in the importance of wide congregational participation in worship. You will have an ability to translate the best of Methodist tradition for a contemporary setting. The role will require someone who is a natural communicator and skilled facilitator, able to work across the broad range of worshipping and musical traditions within The Methodist Church, and a gifted musician. You will enjoy resourcing, developing and delivering high-quality training for congregations, musicians, and those who lead worship, both online and in person.
