The role
The Children and Young People’s Key Worker will undertake individual and group sessions with children, young people and parents/carers who are participating in our young people using harm programmes. The purpose of this role is to deliver sessions that support a young person and their parents/carers to address and change their harmful behaviour, ensuring they develop their understanding of abuse, as well as its impact on others. You will support the delivery of face to face and online sessions, including up to two evening group sessions per week.

As a Children and Young People’s Key Worker, you will work with clients on awareness raising, developing their motivation to change, ensuring accountability, and prioritising safety of the young person and those around them. .

About you

You’ll be confident in delivering programmes to children, young people and their parents/carers, assessing and managing dynamics in 121 and group formats. You’ll have experience in gaining young people’s trust and you’ll be confident addressing challenging and harmful behaviour. You’ll have direct experience of working therapeutically with a client group. You will also have experience of managing safeguarding issues.

Above all you will be comfortable with conflict managements, and you’ll bring a positive, solution focus attitude. We’d also love to hear from applicants who are fluent in speaking an additional language or have experience in supporting young people with complex needs.

About the role

Beat is recruiting a Helpline Advisor to support the team in responding to the significant demand from those affected by eating disorders. Beat are receiving more contacts than ever before, this is an opportunity to make a difference to the lives of each and every person that gets in touch, this includes sufferers, family, friends, supporters and more. Working as part of the Helpline team, the Helpline Advisor’s role is to ensure that incoming contacts from our beneficiaries receive high quality, timely support when they need it.

Job Purpose

To support Habitat for Humanity GB’s (Habitat GB) vision of a decent home for everyone, our National Strategy 2024-2027 identifies two key goals:  to (1) ‘develop, pursue and share innovative solutions to increase access to decent, safe, affordable homes for communities across Great Britain’; and to (2) ‘form a diverse coalition that champions the universal right to decent homes and collaborates to implement effective housing solutions for underserved communities worldwide’. The Director of Impact & Influence has responsibilities which contribute to the achievement of both these goals and is accountable for co-leading Goal 2 with the Director of Fundraising & Partnerships. They work collaboratively across the organisation, with Habitat for Humanity International (HFHI) and other Habitat global network members, and with a wide range of external partners.

Key responsibilities include the cultivation and stewardship of FOI (Foundations, Organisations & Institutions) partnerships and funding, leading the achievement of ambitious income targets related to donors based in England, Scotland and Wales on behalf of Habitat GB and the Habitat global network. Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Organisational Delivery

• Represent HFHGB in national and international fundraising initiatives, influencing stakeholder engagement on behalf of the global Habitat for Humanity network.
• Collaborate with the Fundraising & Partnerships (F&P) team to develop compelling funding propositions, donor reports, and stakeholder engagement strategies.

Head of Programmes is a key role with significant scope to grow as the charity evolves. You’ll lead on the day-to-day delivery of our programmes, including our largest single programme, Maths Circles: a small-group-based maths enrichment programme engaging talented young mathematicians nationwide. About the Role

The Fundraising Coordinator will play an important role within the Partnerships department, working across the fundraising and communications functions to support the team to deliver our multi-year fundraising strategy and enable significant organisational growth.

We’re seeking a Public Affairs and Campaigns Manager to lead the translation of those insights into bold, well-targeted campaigns that disrupt harmful norms and accelerate systems change.

This is a high-trust, high-impact role for someone who understands how industries function — and how to challenge them effectively. You’ll work closely with Insiders and partners to surface intelligence, identify pressure points, and design interventions that create influence from within.

This is not about attacking industry. Our Insiders care about their sectors and want them to thrive. Your role is to help shape campaigns that are both disruptive and credible — grounded in insider knowledge, strategically sharp, and emotionally intelligent.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is an amazing opportunity for someone interested and experienced in how policy making, press and campaigns work. 

The role is at a start-up non-profit looking to create a global movement to support senior professionals in powerful industries to - collectively and anonymously - help drive positive change in their industries.

Your job will be to help serve as a conduit between groups of industry insiders and the regulators, policymakers, shareholders or consumer groups they want to activate. 

The job is perfect for someone deeply interested in and knowledgeable about the workings of government who has direct experience of briefing, engaging and working with Members of Parliament, civil servants, regulators, shareholders and/or press. 

You will also be working alongside and in partnership with NGOs and consumer groups.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

We’re looking for a Public Affairs and Campaigns Manager  with a bold campaigning instinct, sound strategic judgement, and a strong track record of working directly with shareholders and/or government/policy makers/regulators. 

Our essential criteria is that you:

• Have at least 18 months experience working in Parliament, in public affairs or in shareholder management;

• Bring care and kindness in the work you do.

Additional key skills and experience:

• Campaign leadership: proven experience designing and delivering campaigns that influence public, policy or corporate behaviour;

• Power mapping and strategy: strong instincts for pressure, timing, and influence in complex systems;

• Stakeholder engagement: skilled at working across insider and outsider groups — from boardroom to protest line;

• Communication: exceptional writing and messaging skills; confident with the press and public platforms;

• Confidentiality and care: understands the risks insiders face and knows how to build trust and safeguard participation.

About the Role

In this role, you will develop our marketing and communications strategy; planning and implementing tailored activity. You will be responsible for growing the online presence of Peaches Womb Cancer Trust and deepening engagement with stakeholders, ensuring our message reaches the right audiences in the most effective ways. You will also have prime responsibility for managing our social media channels, creating digital content and campaigns that raise awareness, promote fundraising and share the stories of those we support.

You will work closely with our Clinical Nurse Specialist and Operations Executive and will be responsible for ensuring that we have the assets and materials we need to achieve maximum sustainable impact for the charity. You will work within our branding guidelines and budget to build upon our previous assets and materials, increasing engagement across all platforms including the media.
