The successful candidate will be the go-to person for corporate partnerships in the North & East region and will be responsible for the delivery of fundraising activity which will achieve agreed targets. Working with the Regional Engagement Lead, the post holder will support strategic planning, and identify and lead development opportunities to grow partnership income. Working as one crew, this person will share their skills and knowledge with staff and volunteers on the ground.

Your role
As a Fundraising and Partnerships Lead, you will:
- Manage and grow the regions partnership pipelines, identifying and capitalising on new opportunities
- Provide excellent stewardship to our regional corporate partners
- Monitor and manage corporate partnership and fundraising budgets
- Troubleshoot and mitigate risks and issues in order to ensure the delivery of results
- Monitor and manage operational risk, including compliance with internal and external standards, policies and procedures for corporate partnership and fundraising activity

To be considered as the Fundraising and Partnerships Lead, you will need:
- Significant experience of engaging businesses, supporters, volunteers and the public in order to generate funds
- A proven track record of results delivery in the areas of fundraising and corporate partnerships
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and engagement skills and the ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
- People leadership experience, ideally in leading field-based teams in a collaborative environment

- This role, whilst 37 hours per week, will require flexible working across all 7 days of the week
- Whilst core days will be defined, it is expected that there will be a degree of weekend and evening working required. Extensive travel will be required. This role will be based at an RNLI site wherever possible

Financial Controller

Undertake the reconciliation of balance sheet accounts and inter-company accounts and ensure regular review of general ledger, bad debts fixed assets, debtors and creditors etc.
Monthly administration of the Trusts investment portfolio and maintaining a close relationship with the charities investment advisers/managers to ensure sound management and compliance with the Investment Committees agreed policy.
Management & Oversight of the Trusts fixed asset register.
Management and oversight of the Trusts Restricted and Designated Funds.
Vat Compliance including the preparation of quarterly VAT Returns for submission to the HMRC, implementing recommendations from VAT Reviews and ensuring the Trust systems and processes are compliant with HMRC VAT Rules.

Being the systems administrator for finance, providing training to finance colleagues and non-finance colleagues, including budget holders as required within their induction.
Advising and assisting the Head of Finance with the development of key financial operational policies that reflect organisational values and comply with best practice and legal requirements.
Alongside the Head of Finance continually review the finance system and processes and explore process and system improvement.

1. Fundraising

- Develop and Lead Fundraising Strategies: Create bespoke, multi-stream fundraising strategies for a range of clients. This includes capital appeals and other large-scale projects, helping clients raise significant funds for transformative goals.
- Income Diversification: Advise clients on how to diversify their fundraising portfolio, reducing reliance on any single income source and building resilience.
- Trust and Foundation Fundraising: While the role is broader, you will still oversee and deliver trust fundraising work, including researching funders, writing bids and proposals, and supporting clients to steward donors effectively. We have a new and exciting vacancy, The Centre Manager (the Manager) will play a key role in ensuring the management and smooth running of the Coventry Boys and Girls Club (Centre). This includes the management of the Senior Management Team (SMT), to ensure the compliance of/to and oversee all administration processes and procedures (including all legal requirements) and financial management.
A key role of this job is to develop the centre’s business in consultation with senior staff, service users to understand the needs of the community and thus create bespoke opportunities in response. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Manage the safe and efficient operational delivery of the centre in conjunction with the Senior Management Team (SMT)

Friends of the Earth International (FoEI) is the world’s largest grassroots environmental federation with more than 70 autonomous member groups around the world. FoEI aims to ensure that the struggles and experiences of local communities – especially those most affected by unsustainable development – are brought to bear on policies and practices at national and international levels. We focus on climate justice and energy, forests and biodiversity, food sovereignty, economic justice, gender justice and environmental human rights defenders. Our vision is of a peaceful and sustainable world based on societies living in harmony with nature.
FoEI’s decentralised and democratic structure allows all member groups to participate in decision-making. We are governed by our member groups who come together every two years to vote on issues facing the federation. A small International Secretariat (IS) in Amsterdam and a team of global staff support the member groups, campaigns, programs, and other activities of the federation through fundraising, campaign coordination, trainings, communications, and information management.
FoEI is seeking an International Fundraising Officer (80% FTE – 30 hours per week) to join our small fundraising team. The fundraising team is part of the International Secretariat and works collaboratively with staff and member groups across the globe to raise over €2.5 million annually. This position reports to FoEI's International Fundraising Coordinator (based in Amsterdam) and can be based in any country where FoEI has a member group, including at the International Secretariat office in Amsterdam.
FoEI’s fundraising approach aligns with its mission and values, which means that FoEI does not accept donations from corporations. In 2026, FoEI’s funding will come primarily from private foundations, the EU, and membership fees. Within the context of a challenging funding landscape, particularly cuts to development aid budgets, over the coming years our aim is to continue diversifying funding streams and substantially increase support from private foundations and other donors. This will provide long-term stability for the federation and enable its programs and regions to rise to the challenge posed by the multiple systemic crises we face.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As part of the fundraising team, the International Fundraising Officer will implement a comprehensive and strategic fundraising plan aligned with FoEI's mission and vision, in collaboration with the International Coordinator, other secretariat staff, Executive Committee (board), International Program Coordinators and Regional Facilitators. Key responsibilities include:
· Prospect research:
• Research, identify and monitor prospective funding opportunities and keep donor records up-to-date.

• At least 3-5 years of proven experience working across the full life cycle of fundraising from prospecting, proposal development, donor relationship management, grant management and reporting.
• Proven track record successfully raising six-figure+ grants from philanthropic foundations and donors, particularly in the US, UK and Europe.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly the ability to process large amounts of information quickly and succinctly.
• Ability to work within and navigate a complex and decentralised environment with different cultures, languages and skill-sets.
• Ability to work with and support numerous projects and teams concurrently, working both independently and as part of globally distributed teams.
• Experience working on environmental and social justice issues and a strong affinity with FoEI's vision, mission, and values.
• English fluency, both spoken and written; working knowledge of Spanish or French would be a plus.
DESIRED
• Direct experience participating in coalition-based proposal development and collaborative fundraising processes with NGO networks and social movements.
• Experience in fundraising from the EU/countries that provide development aid.
• Experience in developing and supporting implementation of PMEL systems, in particular supporting teams to build theories of change, results frameworks, and compelling objectives, indicators, and outcomes for proposed projects.
WHAT FoEI OFFERS

Salary and benefits packages vary by location and are aligned with the compensation scale and policies of the host FoE group in which the position will be based, adjusted for the percentage of time worked. As a reference for a Netherlands-based position, the salary range at 100% (37.5 hours per week) will be between € 4720 and € 5158 monthly and requires compulsory participation in a collective pension arrangement.
An initial 1-year contract will be offered, to be renewed upon a positive performance evaluation.

We're looking for a Reporting Analyst to play a central role within the Services Data Team, as part of our Technology Directorate. You'll make a difference by helping teams across the society make evidence-based decisions that truly matter.
In this role, you'll unlock the stories hidden within our data. From operational reports that keep the day-to-day running smoothly, to Commissioner reporting that shapes our future. Using tools like Power BI for data visualisation, SQL for data manipulation, and even advanced techniques with R and GIS, you'll create clear, user-friendly reports that empower teams to make a difference.
Beyond building reports, you'll be a trusted partner and problem-solver. You'll be gathering requirements, defining reporting standards, and delivering training to help colleagues confidently use data to achieve their goals. About you
You are passionate about using data to create meaningful change and thrive in a collaborative environment. You enjoy solving complex problems, turning data into actionable insights, and empowering others to use data effectively.
You will have:
- Proven experience designing and delivering Business Intelligence and Management Information reports.
- A proficiency in Power BI, SQL scripting, and data manipulation, with the proven ability to create dashboards and visual reports that are intuitive and actionable.
- Experience working collaboratively with stakeholders to gather and interpret requirements, combined with strong communication skills to engage with technical and non-technical audiences alike.
- A strong understanding of data governance and reporting standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to ensuring data accuracy.
Desirable but not essential: Experience with R and GIS for advanced analytics and geospatial insights. Familiarity with Agile development practices and iterative delivery. Knowledge of working with external suppliers to manage data integration and reporting requirements.
What you'll focus on:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI, SQL, R, and GIS to provide actionable insights.
- Collaborating with teams to gather and prioritise reporting requirements, ensuring solutions meet organisational needs and support evidence-based decisions.
