Alexandra Rose is a data rich organisation. Using Socialsuite, we have built sophisticated project performance dashboards and monitoring tools that underpin both our delivery and reporting. We have also strengthened how we evaluate and demonstrate the impact of our Rose Voucher projects, developing robust evaluation tools that help us understand, and evidence, how our work improves the diets, health and wellbeing of adults and children. 

We are looking for a proactive and impact driven Data and Insights Officer who shares our commitment to social justice, health equity and unlocking the power of data to influence food system change. You will play a pivotal role in strengthening Alexandra Rose’s use of data, ensuring our systems run smoothly, our insights are timely and actionable and our work continues to scale efficiently as our projects grow. Socialsuite is managed by engineers in Australia. This will mean, on a number of occasions during the year, you may be required to attend meetings that start at 8am. This will be infrequent and most communication with the software providers can take place via email.

Duties and Person Specification

Data Analysis, Systems and Reporting

• Develop and maintain robust and accurate data systems and monitoring processes, ensuring compliant archiving to support data integrity.

• Lead the preparation, quality assurance and secure management of Alexandra Rose’s programme data, ensuring it is accurate, consistent and compliant with GDPR and data sharing requirements.

• Resolve data-related issues by collaborating with Socialsuite engineers and engaging with technical support partners as required.

• Develop and refine data dashboards, reports and performance insights that help teams, funders and partners understand how our projects are performing. 

• Share insights to support decision making, improve programme delivery, and strengthen Alexandra Rose’s evidence base.

• Support the implementation and day-to-day management of a new charity-wide CRM system, ensuring that teams can confidently and consistently use it to its full potential. 

• Contribute to the development of Alexandra Rose’s data, GDPR and digital capabilities by improving internal processes and supporting the data literacy of colleagues.

Impact and Evaluation

• Support the design, coordination and collection of baseline and follow-up evaluation activities, including surveys, interviews and focus groups. 

• Manage the collection, organisation and analysis of quantitative and qualitative evaluation data to generate clear, usable insights.

• Produce summaries, descriptive analysis and visual outputs to feed into evaluation findings and funder reports.

• Support the design, analysis and reporting of Alexandra Rose’s annual beneficiary survey, generating insights for advocacy and influencing.

Person Specification

Essential Qualifications and Skills 

• Demonstrable experience in data analysis within the charity, public health, or social care sectors (comparable private sector experience will also be considered). 

• Experience coordinating and collecting qualitative and quantitative data to inform research, projects or services. 

• Experience using CRM systems and data visualisation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Socialsuite) to support monitoring, reporting and organisational insight.

• Proven ability to handle and analyse large datasets, including creating clear charts, dashboards and performance outputs in Excel or similar tools.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, accessible insights for a range of audiences.

• Strong project management skills, with experience coordinating multiple streams of work and meeting deadlines.

• Excellent understanding of GDPR, data sharing, and secure data handling compliance.

Desirable Skills 

• Experience working with groups who may have time constraints or specific communication needs, such as families with young children or individuals for whom English is a second language.

• Experience producing insights for advocacy, influencing or public facing campaigns.

• Background in public health, social care, or nutrition. 

We’re looking for a new Senior Development Coach to join us for this national role, with an initial focus on the north of England, and some travel across the UK to support centres as needed.

About SCEC

SCEC was founded over twenty years ago to provide learning enrichment opportunities to primary school children in disadvantaged communities in south London. Together with our partners, several leading independent schools, we currently operate four schemes in math, literacy, science and art. Children learn through fun, engaging group activities like science experiments, storytelling and mathematical treasure hunts, all taught by qualified teachers with added support from student mentors. Your Role

The Scheme Director is a newly created role that will be pivotal in helping SCEC extend its reach. Reporting to the Board of Trustees, you will help SCEC design and implement an expansion programme as well as coordinating the delivery of the existing schemes via our school partners. You will also serve as a trusted partner to the Board in the administration of the charity.

Similar to a COO, this role straddles the operational and the strategic. We are looking for a confident communicator and relationship builder who can work across varied stakeholder groups. You will have project management experience that can be applied to challenges like process design and change management. We rebuild tropical fisheries with coastal communities

Blue Ventures is a marine conservation organization that puts people first. We support coastal fishers in remote and rural communities to rebuild fisheries, restore ocean life and build lasting pathways to prosperity. Our work began two decades ago in Madagascar’s remote coastal communities and is growing globally.

Across a dozen countries, we’re partnering with traditional fishers and community organizations to design, scale, strengthen and sustain fisheries management and conservation at the community level. We bring partners together in networks to advocate for reform, and share tools and best practices to support fishing communities across the globe. 

Summary job description

As the Director of Programme Performance, you will be pivotal in leading a team responsible for the design, implementation, and management of monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) systems. Your leadership will be critical in developing performance indicators and data pipelines that inform organisational and programmatic key results, guide data-driven decision-making, and deliver meaningful impact assessments.

The Director of Programme Performance will ensure the effective development of culturally relevant, community-centric performance indicators and alignment with donor requirements. They will collaborate closely with the Data Science and Technical Knowledge teams to design and refine performance indicators, implement monitoring frameworks, and develop data flows that align with Blue Ventures’ strategic goals.

This role also includes overseeing the integration of community feedback, fostering continuous learning, and ensuring that programmatic data informs adaptive management.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced leader with a strong background in marine conservation, socioeconomics, and MEL systems and experience working with small-scale fishing communities in diverse geographical contexts. This role will report to the Chief Technical Officer.

Your purpose

To support school recruitment by analysing school and trust data, identifying areas of opportunity, and holding early conversations to understand context and check alignment with our membership criteria. You will qualify leads, progress straightforward opportunities, and help ensure schools receive clear information and timely follow-up. Your insight will support targeted campaigns, pipeline planning, and a smooth route into membership.

Your responsibilities

• Work with school and trust data (GIAS, DfE, IMD/FSM, MAT lists, regional reports) to spot patterns, understand need, and help us focus on the right areas.

• Create named lists of schools and trusts connected through MATs, clusters, networks, or regional activity, so outreach is targeted rather than broad.

• Hold early conversations with schools, listen to their situation, check fit against our criteria, and progress straightforward opportunities through to joining.

• Manage the early stages of the sales/BD pipeline, keeping information up to date, noting next steps, and moving schools through the lifecycle.

• Nurture early interest, sharing helpful information, answering simple questions and booking follow-ups at the right time.

• Share insight with colleagues, including patterns, questions and common needs heard from schools.

• Support events and outreach activity, helping identify who to invite and following up afterwards.

Journey and Cross Sell Manager

The Journey and Cross Sell team sits within the Content and Conversion team in the Marketing and Communications capability. The main focus of the Journey and Cross-sell manager will be:

· Developing engaging email and multi-channel journeys to help people hear better now, protect the nation’s hearing and change public attitudes towards deaf people

· Identifying key opportunities to connect new and existing donor audiences with our work to transform society, systems and the lives of individuals, one by one

· Connecting our different audiences with the most appropriate next engagement with RNID so that we can continue and deepen our relationship with them

You will be responsible for improving and iterating on existing supporter journeys, and developing new supporter journeys, setting priorities and contributing to cross-sell strategy, measuring performance effectively every step of the way.

You will: 

· Build, design and deliver supporter journeys on Microsoft Dynamics that engage audiences and encourage them to take actions, such as donating, campaigning or looking after their hearing health

The opportunity

We are recruiting two part-time Project Officers to support the Together for Tomorrow Project, a five-year National Lottery-funded programme supporting grassroots climate action across Devon. Working in close partnership with Libraries Unlimited, you will support delivery to new and established grassroots groups who are working, or seek to work, with libraries, helping communities to develop practical climate initiatives and inspiring libraries to become active sustainability hubs.

You will support the creation of toolkits, training and new activities, while also supporting monitoring and reporting. The role blends hands-on delivery and behind the scenes support to groups.

This role sits within the CAG (Community Action Groups) Devon team, a network that supports community groups to take action on reuse, repair, food waste, composting, biodiversity and wider sustainability issues. CAG provides the tools and support that groups need to thrive, including training, resources, and opportunities to connect with others. Your role will contribute to the consolidation of the network and its membership across Devon. 

The role can be worked flexibly across 3 days a week. This will include some work during evenings and weekends.

You will be expected to travel widely across Devon, and this will be reimbursed. Whilst we promote public transport where possible, due to the rural nature of the county a current full driving licence with own transport, and necessary business use insurance, or ability to travel easily around Devon County is required.

What you will be doing 

Day to day project support 

· Helping groups run initiatives and activities at libraries, and at other community spaces, supporting with event planning and engaging diverse audiences.

· Supporting groups to set up and get started, or to develop new activities. 

· Responding to enquiries from CAG groups and other organisations. 

· Co-ordinating training and events.

· Attending CAG events and planning meetings.

· Building and maintaining partnerships with grassroots groups, libraries and underrepresented communities. 

· Assisting with group and event risk assessments, insurance documents, safeguarding policies and other related administration. 

· Creation and dissemination of guides and resources to support the projects. 

Publicity and communications 

· Generating content and building online audiences for social media and CAG Devon’s regular newsletter.

· Assisting groups with effective publicity for their events, including 1-2-1 social media clinics. 

· Producing publicity material, news releases, stories/case studies and articles relating to the Together for Tomorrow Project. 

· Speaking in public about the Together for Tomorrow Project, CAG Devon and the work of its members.

· Working with the CAG team to promote and deliver events.

· Liaising with the wider CAG team to ensure a coherent CAG support offer to grassroots community groups across Devon.

· Working with the Library Unlimited Outreach Officers to promote events.

Administration

· Liaising with and supporting groups, and gathering documentation, as part of the membership joining process. 

· Logging communications with groups and partners in the CAG database. 

· Keeping mailing lists and database up to date.

· Monitoring projects, utilising tools such as Excel, SurveyMonkey and the CAG data collection tool.

· Supporting with quarterly and annual reporting. 

· Assisting the project team with any other administrative tasks that they require. 

· Supporting groups to use the CAG data collection tool, to help them demonstrate their impact.

· Collecting data and testimonials/stories from CAG groups and the general public.

The essentials

· Passion for the community/voluntary sector. 

· Experience of setting up and delivering new initiatives and activities with community groups and volunteers. 

· Experience of social media. 

· Competent IT user, particularly Microsoft packages and web. 

· Previous experience in a role in communications and/or public engagement.

· Excellent organisational and time management skills to meet deadlines. 

· Good communication skills (e.g. written, verbal, presentation). 

· Ability to take and edit photos/videos. 

· Confidence to engage with the public and present to groups. 

· Experience of organising and leading events.

Drive Practice Adviser Team Lead

The Drive Partnership, formed by Respect, SafeLives and Social Finance, is working to transform the national response to perpetrators of domestic abuse. We work to end domestic abuse and protect victims by disrupting, challenging, and changing the behaviour of those who are causing harm. Together we have developed the Drive Project to address a gap in work with high-harm, high-risk perpetrators of domestic abuse. We also work to advocate for systems and policy change- to develop sustainable, national systems that respond more effectively to all perpetrators of domestic abuse.

In July 2025 the Home Office announced a £53m investment over the next four years to enable the Drive Project to roll out across England and Wales. To end domestic abuse, we must address the source of the problem - the perpetrator.  This funding will make a huge difference to our efforts to support survivors, by holding perpetrators to account, stopping them from causing further harm and giving them the chance to change.

Purpose of the role:

The role of the Drive Practice Adviser Team Lead is to support the practice team in fulfilling their role whilst also acting as a specialist advisor providing expert knowledge in Domestic Abuse to the Drive teams, in addition to supporting the Drive central team in their work.  We have a bank of extensive learnings from 10 years of delivery. The Drive Practice Team Leader will play an important role in applying this best practice to new and existing delivery areas through training.

This role will also involve establishing close working relationships with local PCC leads, police, multiagency partners and delivery providers to ensure structures and processes required for effective Drive Project delivery are established during site preparation; quality of service development; consistency in the development of the Drive Project; fidelity to the evolving model across delivery sites.

The successful candidate is likely to bring extensive experience of working with high harm perpetrators and/or victims of domestic abuse. You are also likely to bring knowledge and experience of effective ways of working/engaging with high harm perpetrators of domestic abuse, or clients with complex needs and challenging behaviours.

A sound understanding of the IDVA and MARAC process and best practice when working with high-risk victims of domestic abuse is highly desirable.

Can you help us keep changing lives and breaking the cycle of reoffending for good? With demand for our work continuing to grow, we are excited to be welcoming a Fundraising Manager to join our team.

In this role you’ll work closely with our CEO and operations team to deliver our annual fundraising targets, focusing on trusts and foundations, major donor and corporate giving and the occasional fundraising event/external opportunity.

We are a small staff team with a large cohort of volunteers and we are all passionate and committed to our mission to stop reoffending and ensuring the best outcomes for the men we support.  We don’t have an office and staff are either home based or work in one of the prisons, depending on their role.  We stay connected through regular team meetings (online and in person), 1-1 line management support and ongoing training. This post would be home based but you will need to be able to travel to attend occasional meetings in London, West Midlands and Oxfordshire.

This is new role for Trailblazers, and we are looking for someone whose values align with the charities and believes in the impact of our work. You will be proactive, a good communicator, with a talent for building relationships and full of ideas.  You will be experienced in all aspects of trusts and foundations fundraising which is the main source of income for the charity.  Experience of diversifying income streams, major donor/corporate giving and creative ways of engaging new and existing donors would also be required.  You’ll have the freedom to shape and implement your own systems and processes and lead on developing a fundraising strategy, with full support from the CEO and wider team.
