About you

The successful candidate will be an experienced data professional with advanced SQL and Excel skills, capable of managing complex queries and large datasets. A strong track record of problem solving and improving data processes is a must. They will have an analytical approach to data, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical audiences.

About the role

As Senior Data Executive, you will work closely with the rest of the Data Team to ensure the Fundraising and Communications Department has access to high-quality data, delivered in a timely manner to support effective marketing campaigns. This includes working within Raiser’s Edge NXT to deliver data selections and imports, maintaining data quality and ensuring the CRM is accurate, reliable, and fit for purpose. You will also manage relationships with key suppliers and drive continuous improvement of data processes.

The Role

As Global Head of Finance, you will lead a small, dedicated international team, overseeing strategic financial planning, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance across UK and US entities.

About the role

We are looking for an experienced trust fundraiser to join our small, busy fundraising team. You will:

• proactively nurture and grow our relationships with existing supporters

Currently we hold a single commercial contract worth around £3m per year delivered through 12 libraries. In the current funding climate for local authorities and local government services, these contracts are not just about the income and the services they can provide, but about demonstrating nationally the power of the library sector, and how national services can be delivered locally through library services and the communities they serve.

This is a long term aim of ours – we are seeking to build the commercial team with this role and while it is initially a 12 month contract, our hope is that with the role in place we can generate the income to sustain and build on it.

• Lead the bidding process for new contracts and services

As an Evidence Officer, you will work on a range of behaviour change and infrastructure projects, providing monitoring, evaluation, and analytical support.
