Our newly created role of Director of Technology will join our Senior Leadership Team, and will be responsible for our technology strategy. This includes leading the Full Stack and IT teams to develop the technology infrastructure that supports RNID’s work, and to develop tools that directly support our communities. It’s an exciting time to be joining, as you will lead our AI programme, ensuring the charity takes full advantage of emerging opportunities to increase our efficiency and effectiveness.

1. Lead and develop a high performing team of technology experts, developers and IT specialists.

2. Lead the technical delivery of our digital product roadmaps (like our online hearing check).

3. Ensure our technology infrastructure is resilient, secure, and meets our needs.

4. Ensure that RNID understands the opportunities and threats posed by AI, leading our AI programme

5. Be an active member of our Senior Leadership Team supporting the overall delivery of our strategic plans and driving performance.

Job description
The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering Lesbian Visibility Week 2026 (LVW). This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced project manager to lead a high profile week of events and activities raising awareness and building community for LGBTQIA+ women and non binary people.

Core Responsibilities
 Develop a comprehensive plan and schedule for LVW, coordinating an engaging, inclusive and financially viable programme of events and activities
 Working with the Executive Director to lead on LVW partnerships with all stakeholders, ensuring that clear, timely and accurate communication is employed when dealing with sponsors, event partners, attendees, colleagues, trustees and
other key partners
 Overseeing the budget for LVW, ensuring that the programme includes a combination of ticketed events and free accessible for all activities and generates income for DCT
 Work with the DIVA team to develop and deliver a strategy for promoting LVW, including sharing event information on social media, DIVA website, magazine and other partner comms channels and media
 Lead on management of events for LVW, including coordinating venues, catering, performers, ticketing etc
 Work with DIVA team to plan and deliver the DIVA awards nominations and shortlisting, and the DIVA powerlist
 Work closely with sponsors to ensure the terms of their agreements are met and their brands are shared in promotional material as appropriate. Support the team and Executive Director with general administration and support as

Person Specification / Attributes
The successful candidate will be an experience project manager with a strong track record in event management.

Essential skills and experience
 Demonstrable track record of managing a complex programme of events
 Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

This role is primarily remote, with travel into London required for meetings and stakeholder management.

Support will focus on resilience, environmental impact, readiness for AI and digital technology, enabling participating charities to adapt and thrive in a rapidly changing world. We will be using a test-and-learn approach — trying out new ways of supporting charities, learning from what works and what doesn’t, and using those insights to improve future programmes. About the Role

Your work will ensure that learning from these relationships directly informs the future design of the programme and how the UK’s largest non-statutory community funder supports small charities.

Why grow legacy giving? Charitable gifts in Wills are one of the largest sources of voluntary income in the UK, raising £4.5 billion for good causes each year. As such, it’s a crucial source of income for thousands of charities, particularly in the current economic climate.

Established in 2000, Remember A Charity now represents almost 200 member charities, who work together to drive change through inspiring consumer campaigns, strategic partnerships with solicitors, Will-writers and professional advisers, and by lobbying government to enhance the wider legacy giving environment. The Chartered Institute of Fundraising is the UK's professional membership body for fundraisers, championing excellence, providing professional development and education, and fostering connections across the sector. Role Background

This is a unique opportunity to use your creativity and marketing expertise to help charities across the UK grow their legacy giving and increase their resilience for the years ahead. The Marketing Manager will work within a small and talented staff team at Remember A Charity to expand its reach, grow its network and build engagement among its key audiences: charities, professional advisers and the giving public. The priorities for the Marketing Manager are to develop and deliver a marketing and communications plan in line with the campaign strategy.

Job Description

Job purpose: To lead and develop Remember A Charity’s marketing and communications programme, in line with our core mission of making legacy giving a social norm. This core focus of the role is on growing and engaging our audiences across the charity sector (members and non-members) and professional adviser communities (solicitors, Will-writers, wealth advisers).

The Marketing Manager will also contribute to the development of our consumer PR, marketing and digital programmes, led by the Director and Digital Communications Manager respectively.

This role would suit a confident and creative individual who is enthused by the opportunity of helping charities across the UK to grow and develop their long-term income. The successful candidate will work closely with the campaign’s members, professional advisers and, of course, colleagues within Remember A Charity and the wider CIOF.

Key Accountabilities:

• Lead the planning, delivery, and evaluation of marketing activities targeting charity sector and professional adviser audiences, aligned with organisational strategy and KPIs.
• Develop and deliver communications for charity members and Campaign Supporters.
• Collaborate with internal colleagues and external agencies to support the execution of consumer-facing marketing and PR campaigns.
• Create compelling assets and resources to support recruitment, engagement, and retention of members and professional partners.
• Ensure external communications and creative outputs are consistent with the Remember A Charity brand.
• Represent the organisation, exhibiting and/or presenting at relevant events or meetings.

​Responsibilities by area:

Charity sector

• Creation of promotional assets to support member acquisition and retention.
• Plan and deliver a dynamic member comms programme, including e-bulletins, impact reports and others.
• Help colleagues to coordinate and present at select member events.
• Manage sector-facing social media accounts (LinkedIn, X, and Bluesky).
• Support the Director with sector-facing editorial content.
• Gather and showcase member testimonials and case studies.
• Develop and promote guidance and resources to help members maximise their legacy fundraising.
• Enhance and develop the members’ area of the website, ensuring content is up to date and relevant.

Professional Advisers

• Responsibility for the marketing budget for professional advisers.
• Planning and delivery of marketing activity to grow our professional adviser network and maximise our impact, in line with our KPIs.
• Manage and grow the Campaign Supporter scheme for solicitors and Will-writers, delivering engaging communications and digital content that keeps charitable giving front of mind.
• Promote the importance of referencing the charitable option during Will-writing to professional advisers through events, direct marketing, social media, and advertising.
• Coordinate the campaign’s Legal Sector Advisory Group, organising quarterly meetings and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to engage wider professional audiences and influential groups within and beyond the legal sector, including but not limited to, wealth managers, Will-writing software providers, local government, regulatory and trade bodies (e.g. CILEX, CLC, NALP).
• Collaborate with CPD content providers to deliver training programmes on charitable Will-writing.
• Coordinate quarterly webinars for professional advisers on relevant Will-writing topics, working with internal and external partners.
• Create materials and promotional assets for professional advisers and campaign partners to equip them to advocate for legacies.

Consumers

• Contribute to the planning and delivery of consumer marketing and PR activity.
• Support members in making best use of the consumer-facing assets provided for them to use during Remember A Charity Week and beyond.
• Equip Campaign Supporters and Will-writing partners with resources to promote legacy giving during Remember A Charity Week and beyond.

All

• Collaborate with the team to review campaign activity and success measures against KPIs.
• Maintain and update website content for charity and professional adviser audiences.
• Uphold brand consistency across all external communications and creative outputs.

About You

Experience & Skills

• Experience of planning and delivering successful marketing programmes.
• Knowledge of the UK charity sector and/or legal market.
• Experience working in a customer-facing environment or dealing with a wide range of members and stakeholders.
• Effective presentation and networking skills.
• Familiarity updating webpages and using simple web-based design / delivery tools such as Canva and Mailchimp.
• Computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.) and experience of using a CRM system,
• Budget management preferable but not essential

Purpose of the post

The Finance Officer plays a crucial role within HDR UK as one of the key points of contact and financial support for the Institute. The role is responsible for managing the financial transactional processes and providing crucial cross-organisational support and troubleshooting via the Finance inbox. The Finance Officer supports with the management of the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions, from supplier set up through to payment run processing. The role also plays a key part in the running of our finance system, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and our expense system, Continia Expense Management. The Finance Officer is the key point of contact between HDR UK and our external Payroll providers, supporting with timely and accurate preparation and review of the monthly payroll process. The successful candidate will be working across the entire organisation, including contact with senior stakeholders on the central team, and with our external partners.

Main responsibilities

• Responsible for the finance inbox, first point of contact for finance queries and ensuring appropriate filing of all relevant documentation

We’re looking for an exceptional Head of Management Accounts to lead our financial planning and analysis function and ensure our budgeting, forecasting and reporting processes deliver accuracy, insight and long-term financial sustainability. You’ll shape and develop the management accounting team while leading business partnering activity and strengthening financial understanding across the organisation.

The Role:

• Lead the Trust’s financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, transparency and long-term financial sustainability.
• Act as a strategic financial partner to senior leaders, providing insight, analysis and recommendations that inform strategic and operational decision-making.
• Oversee financial management across all directorates, including cash flow, reserves and investment planning, ensuring alignment with organisational priorities and risk appetite.

The Candidate:
We are looking for candidates who have the following:

• CCAB qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent international qualification).
• Proven experience leading management accounting and financial planning teams in a complex charity or commercial organisation.
• Significant experience developing and reviewing monthly management accounts, including reconciliations, variance analysis and forecasting.
• Excellent understanding of finance systems and data flow across diverse systems, including CRM integration.
• Demonstrable experience supporting restricted fund budgeting and monitoring, and financial partnering with fundraising or project-based teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and challenge constructively.

This is a fixed contract to support the AMA in exploring income generation opportunities for Goose, an AI powered learning platform co-designed with heritage organisations for heritage professionals across the UK. Within this project we are looking to:

We have developed Goose as part of an Innovation project funded by National Lottey Heritage Fund.
