• Provide training and support to volunteers to help them engage local businesses and corporate sponsors.

• Use CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics) to manage donor relationships and identify new opportunities.
• Ensure fundraising activity is compliant with GDPR and sector best practice.

You’ll be a confident communicator with a proven track record in either corporate or community fundraising. You’re motivated by building connections, spotting opportunities, and delivering tangible results.

To be successful, you must have experience:

• Experience in corporate or community fundraising within the charity sector
• Demonstrable success in developing and growing corporate partnerships
• Strong project management and organisational skills
• Excellent relationship building and interpersonal communication
• Financial awareness and experience managing budgets
• Comfortable using CRM systems (ideally Microsoft Dynamics)
• Understanding of fundraising compliance and best practices

• Represent the Fund within your local area, at funding fairs and external meetings and create opportunities for people to come together.

About the Role

This is a dynamic and rewarding role at the heart of the Fundraising Team, where you’ll help generate over £1.4 million each year to keep the Youth Zone running. • Develop compelling proposals that articulate the impact of the Youth Zone’s work, leveraging live data, case studies, and feedback from youth workers to bring applications to life

• Build and manage relationships with funders, developing stewardship plans that include timely reporting, in-person or virtual engagement, and opportunities for funder visits to the Youth Zone

About You

You will have experience of:

• Writing successful funding applications or proposals, ideally in the voluntary or public sector, securing four- and five-figure gifts from trusts, foundations, or statutory sources
• Managing a fundraising pipeline or prospect list, from initial research through to application and stewardship, using a CRM system such as Salesforce to track progress and outcomes
• Collaborating across teams, particularly with delivery, finance, or impact colleagues, to gather information and develop compelling bids grounded in real-world delivery
• Producing high-quality donor reports, meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations through clear narrative, data, and case studies

About the Organisation

This is a brand-new locally run youth charity, set to provide thousands of young people with the opportunity to have fun, make new friends, try something new and feel safe. With community centric values and located in the heart of Grimsby, it will be an inspiring place for young people aged 8 – 19, and up to 25 for those with additional needs, to enjoy their leisure. The building is due to be completed in 2025.

As Director of Fundraising and Communications, you will:

• Sit on the Executive Management Team alongside the CEO, COO, and Head of Communities & Learning, driving strategy and cultural change
• Develop and deliver an ambitious strategy across both functions, aligning activity to drive income, membership growth, and visibility
• Build on Calibre Audio’s respected legacy programme, deepen trust and foundation partnerships, and explore untapped opportunities with major donors and individual supporters
• Personally manage and cultivate high-value relationships with trusts, foundations, and major donors, while shaping new opportunities in corporate and individual giving
• Strengthen legacy and in-memory giving, and oversee compelling member appeals
• Lead the development of a powerful case for support, positioning Calibre as a force for change in literacy, disability inclusion, and mental health
• Partner with the Head of Marketing to deliver bold, creative campaigns that amplify Calibre’s national voice and directly support fundraising

We are seeking a visionary Head of Clinical Services with a deep passion for survivor-centred healing to lead the strategic development and implementation of our therapeutic services. As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality, and culturally responsive services that centre the needs of women and girls surviving violence against women and girls (VAWG). 

Working from an intersectional, trauma-informed, and Black feminist framework, you will play a vital role in upholding WGN’s commitment to holistic healing. The Work Rights Centre is a leading advocate for the rights of migrants and vulnerable workers. Our frontline team recovers thousands in unpaid wages and helps hundreds of people to secure their immigration status every year. The Role

As Policy Manager you will be the driving force of our policy influencing agenda. We count on you to develop nuanced recommendations, grounded in high-quality research, and to work with policy makers to raise awareness, secure buy-in, and achieve real-world change. Reporting directly to the CEO, your main responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring policy developments at the intersection of employment and work-migration. In the short term, in employment you will keep an eye on the Fair Work Agency and the implementation of the government’s Make Work Pay agenda. In immigration, you will monitor developments concerning high-risk employer-sponsored visas.

• Producing nuanced analyses that spell out the implications of policy developments in a clear and accessible manner, and conclude with actionable recommendations.

• Influencing decision-makers, including government, parliamentarians, parliamentary committees and APPGs. This includes evidence submissions, 1:1s, and working in multi-stakeholder environments.

• Contributing to research publications that document the systemic drivers of migrant worker exploitation, and draw on best practice to give policy makers options for change. 

• Contributing to the charity’s strategy, and taking up line management duties as required.

About you

This is a senior role for a candidate who can hit the ground running. We would love to hear from you if you have:

• Good knowledge of UK immigration and/or employment justice, evidenced by academic credentials and/or professional experience.

• At least three years of professional experience in policy influencing. We will consider less if you can demonstrate other relevant experience (i.e. in research or legal advice).

• Excellent analytical and research skills, evidenced by a track-record of publications (such as policy analyses, reports etc).

• Excellent communication skills, including an ability to work effectively in a multi-stakeholder environment.

• A real sense of purpose, commitment to our mission, and appreciation for the power of team work.

Data Officer

We are looking for an individual with a keen, analytical mind who is comfortable working with large datasets to be a Data Officer within the Knowledge and Insight team.

Position: SIT62 Data Officer

Location: Home-based, UK, Nationwide. However, occasional travel will be required as part of this role (may include team meetings or other work related meetings)

Salary: Circa £32,100 per annum (inner London weighting £3,950 per annum or outer London weighting £2,275 per annum may be applied in accordance to where you live)

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Data Services, the Data Officer will meet data needs relating to the management and delivery of supporter and engagement products. You will work alongside three other Data Officers to assess, prioritise and provide solutions including the building of data selections and journeys for direct marketing purposes and the running of supporter data imports and exports.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Delivering data selections, Building automated journeys for fundraising and engagement activity to support increased income generation and supporter retention, ensuring communications are delivered to agreed Service Level Agreements.
• Providing reports and data sets to supporter product owners, managers and delivery staff to help them maximise the impact of activities.

About You

You will have experience of using CRM Dynamics, Faststats and  PeopleStage and or any Donor CRM for marketing purposes. You will receive support while you are learning to use any of the tools and applications the team use and will be actively encouraged in the development of your data and analytical skills. Communication skills play a key part in this role, because you will need to be able to talk through or present selections or solutions to stakeholders.

You will have a proven record of:

• Working with large datasets for marketing purposes and provide solutions and or data in response to enquiries from colleagues and other teams.
• Using a relational customer/supporter database to import and export data to and from external suppliers; including data mapping and the design of appropriate import processes.
• Use of a marketing automation tools such as Faststats and PeopleStage.
