Harris Hill are delighted to be working with a national charity to recruit for an Owned Events Lead to join ambitious and growing fundraising team. This is your chance to shape an exciting portfolio of in house and virtual events, from large scale participation experiences.

In this hands on role, you’ll lead the full lifecycle of the charity owned fundraising events, including planning, delivery, supporter acquisition, safety, budgeting, and post event analysis. You’ll take ownership of flagship events and help develop new products from concept to delivery, with an emphasis on insight driven decisions and supporter experience.

As an Owned Events Lead you will:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of owned and virtual fundraising events, including logistics, health & safety, supplier coordination, supporter comms, and evaluation.
• Plan and deliver large scale in person events, managing everything from risk assessments to on the day execution.
• Develop and grow virtual campaigns using insight, behavioural science, and digital best practice.
• Collaborate with teams across innovation, digital, comms and supporter experience to ensure joined up, high performing events.
• Own event budgets, tracking ROI, reforecasting, and using data to inform decisions.
• Lead on supporter acquisition strategies, including paid digital advertising, grassroots promotion, and audience segmentation.
• Create personalised, multi-channel stewardship journeys that deepen engagement.
• Continuously evaluate event performance, capturing insight to evolve and improve future delivery.

To be successful, you must have experience:

• Experience on leading the delivery of fundraising or public facing events, including virtual formats.
• Proven success managing all aspects of event delivery, including safety, logistics, and supplier relationships.
• Experience launching new fundraising products using insight and test and learn methods.
• Knowledge of digital marketing (PPC, paid social) and audience targeting.
• Strong budget management skills with a commercial mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multi-stakeholder projects and manage external agencies.

• A confident project manager, able to juggle priorities in a fast paced environment.

Job Title: Grants Support Executive

Working hours: This is a full-time post for 35 hours per week, on a permanent contract based at the Charity’s Office in Victoria, London. (The Charity currently operates a minimum of 2 days in the office).

We are seeking a Grants Support Executive to help deliver a grants programme of around £9 million annually, supporting individuals and organisations that make a real difference.

The Role

You will provide administrative and operational support across the grants function, including coordinating committee meetings, supporting grants officers, managing assurance visits, and helping to develop reporting systems. This varied role involves close collaboration with colleagues and partners to ensure funding is well managed and impactful.

Key Responsibilities

• Secretariat support for committee meetings, including briefs, reports, and minutes.
• Support grants officers in processing applications and deputise when needed.
• Manage assurance visit programmes and follow-up actions.
• Assist with financial and performance reporting for funded organisations.
• Maintain contact databases and oversee information/knowledge management.

About You

• At least three years’ experience in charity grant-making, welfare, or equivalent Armed Forces/MOD background.
• Strong organisational and IT skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint (Salesforce/MOSAIC an advantage).

For Europe's largest infrastructure project, we're recruiting two Interim HR Business Partners for at least 6 months. Both roles will support Heads of HR across various directorates to support with organisational HR strategy and consultation on change programmes and will analyse HR data and MI to advise and enable colleagues and line managers on employee management, HR policy, HR process and complex employee cases.

Main Duties:

• Support Heads of HR to deliver Directorate people related priorities and develop and implement initiatives at manager level to drive improvements
• Support HR priorities including focusing on sickness absence management, attrition, and performance management
• Support and implement objective setting, performance management, end of year reviews, talent reviews, and support with engagement survey action plans
• Support OD processes at the design stage, implementing outputs with impacted colleagues, ensuring a legally compliant consultation process is followed.

Are you passionate about seeing children and young people in Wales have the opportunity to connect, explore, respond and grow in faith?  Scripture Union has a vision to see a new generation of children and young people have a vibrant, personal faith in Jesus and the Support Worker will play a vital role in supporting this ministry in Wales by providing communications, organisational and administrative service to the team.

About the role     

We’re looking for a support worker who will: 

• Support the Wales Mission Team in their ongoing mission to pioneer and create opportunities for children and young people, who are found in the 95% of those outside the church, to explore the Bible, respond to Jesus, grow in faith, and become sharers of the good news of Jesus for themselves. Our priority is to reach those who don’t yet know Jesus by helping them to connect, explore, respond, and grow. 

• Work with the National Mission Co-ordinator (Wales) and the team in the National Office to develop a wider provision for mission resources, communication and marketing materials in the Welsh language. 

This is a permanent role at 0.5 FTE with a salary of £11,970.  

What You'll Do   

• Administrative Support: provide administrative support to the Wales team with regard to arranging meetings, note taking, event bookings, internal communication and database support.

• Communication: communicate effectively with a wide range of audiences in Wales in a variety of ways including newsletters, social media, updates to the website, supporter communications, handling enquiries from church volunteers/workers. 

• Welsh Language: support with translation and proof-reading to expand the provision of Welsh language mission resources and communication with supporters.

The Mersey Rivers Trust (MRT) is an environmental charity focussing on the protection and enhancement of rivers and waterbodies in the Mersey Catchment. The Trust works with partners, local communities, and volunteers to deliver a wide range of projects including river restoration, reduction of flood risk by Natural Flood Management techniques, river monitoring, volunteer events (eg river clean-ups/invasive species control and citizen science), community engagement and education events, farm advice/plans and biodiversity net gain. The Trust continues to evolve to meet the increasing challenges of protecting and enhancing rivers and waterbodies in the catchment.

We are seeking a Finance and Governance Manager to join our Senior Leadership Team and lead the Trust’s finance, governance, and back-office functions. This is a pivotal role focused on ensuring financial integrity, regulatory compliance, and effective charity governance. While not involved in field-based project delivery, the Finance Manager plays a strategic role in supporting the organisation’s mission by enabling robust financial planning, reporting, and operational support. You will work closely with the Chief Executive Officer, Board of Trustees, and project teams to ensure the Trust remains financially resilient and well-governed.

As the Finance and Governance Manager, you should possess expertise in financial control and reporting, allowing you to effectively handle delegated responsibilities. Your numerical skills and critical thinking abilities will enable you to proactively address challenges and streamline processes.

• Maintain, oversee, and update all project management reporting systems on time and to budget (including timesheets, expenses and monthly reports).

The post holder will be home based with travel throughout the Mersey catchment. The applicant will need to live within or close to the Mersey catchment to facilitate regular travel to meetings. Candidate profile

• A financial control and reporting background, qualification or qualified by experience.

About the Role

· Located at a 24-hour supported housing service in Clapham, we provide high quality self-contained accommodation for 15 women who have experienced homelessness and multiple disadvantage.  The aim of the service is to provide a therapeutic environment in which women feel safe and can flourish, enabling them to move on into independent, permanent accommodation. The accommodation also includes overnight safe spaces.

· In this role, you will provide direct support to all the women, as well as holding a small case load of residents who you will keywork.

· You will work closely with support workers and the in-house psychologist. You will model person-led, psychological, gender, and culturally informed support, will be skilled at building trust and you will be a great team player.

· You will undertake 8-hour shifts, normally Monday to Friday but with flexibility for weekend working, covering the hours 8am to 8pm. Please be aware that the building has several floors and no lifts.

As our new Community Heat and Energy Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering our major new community heat and energy workstrand. You’ll work with local communities and expert research partners to move forward local renewable energy projects which help power clean heat solutions at three different sites in England, as well as developing ways to remove barriers to delivering this type of project, such as supplying energy locally and matching supply and demand.

• Contract: 16 months at 4.5 days per week (or a nine-day fortnight if preferred). We are not accepting applications for job shares for this role. While we would like to extend the contract beyond 16 months, as this is a grant-funded role, we cannot currently offer this.

• Work status: We don’t have a sponsor licence, so we're unable to provide sponsorship for a work visa, and candidates are required to hold the right to work for the duration of the contract.

• Salary: £39,200 for a 4.5 day week (pro-rata’d from £43,556 FTE). This is band C3 on our pay scale. 

• Location: Some of the role will be site-specific. We are therefore open to candidates based anywhere in the UK, although some travel to project sites will be required, and there will be an  occasional requirement to attend our Camden office, although you would be welcome to work there more often.

• Working hours: 0.9 FTE, i.e. 4.5 days per week or a 9 day fortnight. Our core working days are Tuesday and Wednesdays, when all staff are required to work.

A Hybrid Role

This role will work across both frontline delivery and input into the administration of the Duty system that underpins all HHPA’s work. It’s anticipated the worker’s role will be split roughly 50/50 across both elements of the work. Having a staff member working across both will give us a valuable insight into how frontline and Duty can work better together.  It is also a good opportunity for the worker to gain experience in all aspects of project delivery, which could be a valuable first step for anyone interested in project management or leadership.

The Duty work

The HHPA Duty Team makes sure the Homeless Health Peer Advocacy service runs safely and smoothly. They handle bookings from partner organisations, match referrals with Peer Advocates, and organise all the practical details – like booking transport, giving travel directions, and confirming who will attend each appointment. They use a specially designed Salesforce database to keep track of appointments, update records, and measure the impact of the service. A key part of their job is running the Duty System, which checks Peer Advocates in and out of jobs so that everyone is safe and supported.

The team is also the main point of contact for partners, frontline staff, and volunteers. They answer questions, make sure referrals have all the right information, and keep everything running to schedule. They look after data security, maintain good relationships with partner agencies, and make sure volunteers and workers have what they need to do their work well. By taking care of the behind-the-scenes work, the Duty Team frees up the frontline team to focus on supporting people to attend healthcare appointments and improve their health.

The pan-London Caseworker work

We need this role to support people experiencing homelessness in Boroughs where support needs are extremely high, but where we don't have the capacity or flexibility through our other funding to meet their needs. Most of our Caseworkers are funded by individual Boroughs and can only work in that area.  This role will be able to work in any of the Boroughs where we deliver HHPA so will give us the flexibility to go to where the need is greatest rather than being fixed in a single local authority area. As a more senior role in our HHPA service, the Caseworker will use their skills and experience to focus on people in the most complex and difficult situations, including those grappling multiple connected issues around physical and mental health, addiction, trauma, disabilities, and more.

We are creating a new Senior Women’s Caseworker role to deliver tailored health advocacy and support to women experiencing homelessness.

You will:

• Provide one-to-one advocacy for around 35 women annually across 11 London boroughs.
• Attend approximately 250 healthcare appointments each year with clients.
• Deliver 20 women-only health promotion sessions, reaching around 100 women.
• Co-create three new resources on women’s health with clients for wider distribution.
• Support the HHPA team to embed women-centred approaches into the broader service.
