This is a pivotal leadership role, responsible for shaping and delivering a sustainable fundraising strategy to support our ambitious global agenda. As a Community Fundraising Manager for Dementia UK, you will lead a team of regionally based fundraisers to grow income across community fundraising streams, with a strategic focus on high value supporter acquisition and engagement across regional corporates, organisations and individuals.

You will collaborate with the Head of Community Fundraising and Senior Relationship Fundraising Manager to deliver the community fundraising strategy and develop annual budgets.

You will be responsible for guiding your team to identify and secure community fundraising partnerships, building a strong pipeline of new business and developing exceptional supporter journeys. You will deliver exceptional stewardship for some of the team’s highest value supporters, that drives increased average gifts and long-term support.

Additionally, you will produce regular reports on marketing activities and stewardship performance, monitor financial and non-financial KPIs, and continuously leverage supporter insight data and external trend analysis to identify opportunities for income growth and operational improvements.

To succeed in this role, you will have a proven track record of delivering income across community fundraising streams, and an understanding of effective relationship fundraising techniques. You will be a strong motivator with experience in using a relationship database to support, inform and report on fundraising activity.

This role will predominately cover a defined region including North East England counties, East midlands, East Anglia, London and South East England, but you may on occasion be required to travel outside of this area to meet business need and attending mtgs and training in the London head office.

About the role:

At King George’s Hostel, we provide a long-established service where people who have experienced homelessness, trauma and multiple disadvantage can begin to recover, rebuild and move towards independence. As Psychologist/Psychotherapist (PIE Consultant), you will be at the centre of this work, bringing psychological knowledge and practice into a service designed to create safety, trust and opportunity. Clients of the service often face challenges including mental ill-health, substance use, trauma and physical health issues, and you will offer both informal support and accessible, tailored one-to-one and group interventions that address barriers and open pathways to change.

Alongside direct client work, you will support staff to reflect, learn and grow in their practice. This includes facilitating reflective practice, contributing to case discussions, and offering team consultancy that helps colleagues work with compassion and consistency, even in the most complex situations. A key part of the role will also involve creating “spaces of opportunity” with clients and staff through low-threshold, activity-based group work that fosters connection, confidence and a sense of agency.

Your influence will extend beyond individual sessions. By embedding Psychologically Informed Environments across the hostel and wider organisation, you will help shape a culture where psychological thinking informs every aspect of support. As part of Single Homeless Project's (SHP) central PIE team, you will collaborate with other psychologists and psychotherapists, with access to regular line management, clinical supervision, and SHP’s in-house training programme. About you:

• Postgraduate Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (or its’ equivalent for those trained prior to 1996) as accredited by the BPS or Professional Doctorate in Counselling Psychology OR Psychotherapist with BCP, BPS or UKCP registration or full BACP accreditation.
• Experience of working as a qualified Psychologist or Psychotherapist for a minimum of 4 years including substantial post-qualification experience within the speciality.
• An understanding of complex support needs, including but not limited to mental health issues, Complex trauma, substance use, offending and physical ill health, along with the potential barriers to engagement with services, particularly within an accommodation-based service

Kineara has a new vacancy for an experienced Housing Support Worker to join our small and dedicated team in this new project supporting recent granted refugees to find accommodation.

About the project

Set up by Southwark Council, the Homes for Ukraine project supports families and individuals from Ukraine who have been granted visas to live and work in the UK. After an initial period living with host families or in temporary accommodation, the project helps households take the next step towards independence by supporting them to move into private rented accommodation, assisting them in finding employment, and linking them with wider community support networks, while working holistically to ensure their individual needs are met. This approach aims to help Ukrainian households settle and thrive in the UK.

This project will be delivered alongside our Refugee PRS Renters Support Programme in Southwark. A central aspect of this role will be working closely with volunteers; the service manager will play a key role in overseeing and supporting the ongoing operation of both these systems. Historically theses services have largely been managed by volunteer teams, whose commitment and expertise have been vital to the success of both systems. We are looking for a candidate with strong budget oversight and organisational skills to join our small team and be our lead for Camden's Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) Programme, a national programme funded by the Department for Education. With the support of YCF's Head of Partnerships & Grants and CEO, you will oversee and manage a significant budget, and all project management aspects of the programme, to ensure excellent, high-quality provision for Camden's Free School Meal eligible children and young people. 

In August 2025, the programme was extended nationally by the DfE for an additional three years, and we await confirmation as to the exact allocation for Camden, which would hopefully enable us to extend this role to a three year contract to 2029. 

About the HAF programme in Camden and this role

Young Camden Foundation has been Camden Council’s delivery partner for the national, Department for Education funded Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) programme since its inception in 2021. The programme distributes around £800,000 per year to support Free School Meal eligible children and young people in the borough across the main holidays of Spring, Summer and Winter.

You will lead all project management, from budget stewardship to overseeing programme delivery, with the support of the team. You will oversee a complex budget of around £800,000 ensuring its effective use throughout the year. You will ensure that each HAF programme in Camden offers young participants a diverse and enjoyable range of activities provided by respected organisations, operating at the highest levels of safety, quality, and in alignment with the Department for Education’s funding requirements. You will lead on all reporting, data processing, overseeing of invoicing, and communications of the programme.

Skills / Experience Required
 

• Experience in investigations within a professional membership body or awarding organisation (essential)
• International investigations experience (desirable)

• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
• Degree-level education or equivalent experience

As a Support Worker, make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with complex health and support needs. You'll manage a small caseload under the guidance of a Team Manager, working collaboratively with carers and professionals to promote independence, wellbeing, and personal growth.

In this hands-on role, you'll deliver day-to-day care, assist with activities and appointments, support medication management, and contribute to care planning. You'll help maintain a safe and welcoming environment, encourage social connections, and champion a strengths-based approach. Full training, including a QCF qualification, will be provided to support your development.

We're seeking compassionate and committed individuals with a strong understanding of mental health and a proactive approach to supporting service users. You'll be confident in recognising signs of declining wellbeing and taking appropriate action, while promoting independence and dignity in everyday tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care.

You'll need to be flexible with working hours, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins, and willing to travel across Hestia services. Strong communication, basic IT skills, and a working knowledge of safeguarding, health and safety, and equality and diversity principles are essential. Most importantly, you'll be driven by a person-centred approach that puts service users at the heart of everything you do.

When will I be working?

You will be working 35.58 hours a week on a rolling rota, including evenings and weekends.

Right now, we are looking for a Specialist Intervention Worker to play a pivotal role in our DA Intervention Service in London

Sounds great, what will I be doing?

You will support women with multiple and complex needs across Hestia's pan-London refuges, ensuring they have access to therapeutic support that facilitates their recovery. You will provide immediate crisis intervention and create a safe, welcoming environment for women fleeing domestic abuse. You will ensure access to emergency supplies such as clothing and toiletries, apply for relevant grants, and help women maximise their income.

You will work closely with refuge staff, offering additional support and upskilling teams to manage challenging behaviours with resilience and confidence. You will build strong partnerships with external agencies including mental health services, drug and alcohol teams, the DWP, police, housing authorities, social services, and voluntary organisations to safeguard and promote the welfare of service users.

You will maintain relationships with GPs and health professionals to explore treatment options, including social prescribing, and support women in attending appointments. You will coordinate cases across multiple refuge sites, delivering bespoke interventions and high-quality assessments aligned with ‘The Hestia Approach', a trauma-informed framework that prioritises recovery and individual strengths.

You will co-produce Safety Plans and Strengths and Aspirations Plans with women, focusing on their goals and capabilities. You will provide domestic abuse support and risk management through tools such as DASH and MARAC, while ensuring compliance with safeguarding legislation for both children and adults. You will promote a trauma-informed, anti-racist, and intersectional feminist culture, placing women with multiple support needs at the centre of service delivery, and you will work in line with Hestia's values: Respectful, Genuine, Dedicated, Collaborative, and Courageous.

An understanding of the needs of women from diverse communities and the barriers they face in accessing support is vital, alongside a commitment to equal opportunities and promoting dignity, choice, and control.

The role requires the ability to liaise effectively with external professionals to shape support packages and a willingness to travel across London and beyond when necessary.
