The Role

We’re looking for a proactive, creative and highly organised Content Manager to join our Marketing team.

You’ll take the lead on planning, creating and delivering youth-focused, multi-channel content that inspires, educates and drives engagement with our mission. You’ll work across social, web, email and influencer channels, managing content production from concept to delivery.

This role is perfect for someone who loves storytelling, thrives on variety, and has a passion for creating content that makes a difference.

You’ll sit within the Marketing department and report to the Head of Content. You’ll work closely with the Social Media Manager, Senior Talent Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, Marketing Manager, Senior Engagement & Events Manager and wider Education and Fundraising teams

Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead CoppaFeel!’s content creator work. This includes developing and implementing influencer marketing strategies that drive awareness, reach and engagement among our target audiences.

• Build and nurture relationships with influencers, ambassadors and creators, ensuring collaborations are authentic and on-brand.

• Develop and deliver compelling, youth-focused content across multiple channels, including social media (TikTok, Instagram, Linkedin, YouTube, Facebook), email, and web.

• Respond to briefs from across the charity, translating organisational objectives into engaging creative concepts.

• Capture, commission, edit and deliver high-quality video and static content suitable for each channel.

• Write clear, compelling, and on-brand copy for social posts, community engagement, website pages and email campaigns.

• Use Canva to design social assets (with support from freelance designers for more complex projects).

• Maintain content consistency across all channels, ensuring alignment with CoppaFeel!’s brand, tone of voice and visual identity.

• Manage influencer contracts, budgets, briefs, deliverables and timelines.

• Track and analyse owned and influencer content performance, providing reports, insights and recommendations for optimisation.

• Work with the Social Media Manager to manage the content calendar — planning, optimising and scheduling content across channels.

• Activate and monitor paid campaigns across Meta (Ads Manager) and TikTok (Spark Ads).

• Support CoppaFeel! events and activations with on-the-ground content creation as required.

• Keep up to date with digital trends, youth culture, and emerging content formats to ensure CoppaFeel! remains relevant and innovative.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications

Essential

• Proven experience in content creation and management across multiple platforms.

• Experience developing and executing influencer marketing campaigns.

• Excellent creative and strategic thinking skills, with an ability to generate ideas tailored to youth audiences.

• Strong writing, proofreading and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.

• Proficiency in Canva and basic video editing software.

• Confident in using social media analytics tools and reporting on performance.

• Ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders and deadlines.

• Experience working collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.

• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Spark Ads.

• A passion for youth culture, digital trends and purpose-driven storytelling.

Desirable

• Budget management experience.

• Experience using web and email tools, e.g. Mailchimp, Wordpress, etc.

• Experience in the charity or not-for-profit sector.

• Understanding of the challenges of communicating health-related messages to young audiences.

Impatience Earth is a non-profit climate philanthropy consultancy founded in 2020 with a mission to educate, challenge and inspire wealth holders to take bolder funding decisions to address the climate emergency. Since 2020, our engagement with over 40 philanthropic foundations and businesses has supported them to make over £250m of new funding available for climate action, and we have already helped them make grants to over 200 different organisations.

Our work with corporates

We work closely with businesses* to develop and implement strategic grant-making funds, through their corporate foundation arm or internal budgets, that align with their mission and values, while making a tangible climate impact. 

Increasingly, our work with businesses has focused on agri-food businesses. In today’s world, they can no longer count on steady yields, consistent quality, or predictable sourcing from global supply regions. Climate volatility is no longer a distant risk; it’s an immediate operational threat. Businesses that fail to invest in climate resilience now will face higher costs in the long-term, for example through more frequent supply shortages and greater business disruption. Companies that depend on agricultural supply chains for their business survival should treat bold climate action as a strategic investment in managing financial risk and staying competitive.

Impatience Earth has already helped a number of companies to better understand where their biggest climate risks and opportunities lie in their value chain, and support them through a learning and strategy process, through to implementation of funding. Crucially, we’ve helped them to identify how and where to invest philanthropically to both build climate resilience within the business and demonstrate their leadership across the sector. In 2026, we want to expand this work and proactively engage agribusinesses who may benefit from our advisory support. 

The role

We acknowledge that most agribusinesses have their supply chains based in the Global South, and through our work with them, we would like to see them engage in forms of reparative finance that builds the climate resilience of farmers and communities in those regions.

We are seeking a dynamic, justice-driven, Regenerative Agriculture Lead to help agri-food businesses rethink how they invest in climate impact. In this role, you will engage senior executives, particularly in sustainability, procurement, supply chain, and corporate strategy, to shift from short-term, carbon-offsetting based approaches toward directly funding regenerative agriculture practices within their supplier networks, and working towards business transformation as a whole.

Your work will help agrifood businesses transition to more resilient, low-carbon, and nature-positive supply networks by unlocking capital that accelerates climate-smart and justice-centred practices on the ground.

Your initial focus and priority within the role would be in sales and business development, and once you’ve secured high value clients, you’ll also be supporting on delivery and advisory with those clients.

Key areas of focus

Strategic sales & business development

• Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with senior-level executives at companies with agriculture-linked supply chains and networks (e.g., food & beverage, apparel, beauty, consumer goods). Note that Impatience Earth has a partnership eligibility criteria that influences the types of organisations we work with.

• Lead consultative sales conversations with companies that rely on carbon offsetting, or are looking to reduce their sustainability budgets, highlighting the value of increasing investment in direct regenerative supply chain transformation as a tool for building long-term resilience.

• Build and engage a pipeline of corporate clients and guide prospects from initial interest to proposal development, and deal close.

• Represent Impatience Earth at conferences, industry events, and executive briefings.

Thought partnership & advisory

• Engage corporate leaders on the financial, environmental, and operational benefits of transitioning to, and increasing direct funding towards regenerative agriculture.

• Translate complex climate, carbon, and agricultural concepts into clear business cases and ROI narratives, and occasionally share knowledge and provide training for Impatience Earth colleagues to develop team knowledge.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to help companies design pathways to supply chain transformation that is good for the business and the climate

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in business development, corporate sales, partnerships, sustainability advisory, supply chain solutions, or climate/ESG-related roles. We encourage applications from folks who have worked in sustainability or procurement teams within agribusinesses.

• A proven track record of selling into or advising agribusinesses, with a focus on sustainability, carbon markets, climate tech, or agriculture-related domains.

• Strong ability to engage C-suite and VP-level leaders with credibility and influence.

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to distill technical topics (carbon accounting, regenerative agriculture, climate finance) into compelling narratives.

• Comfortable navigating complex corporate structures, long sales cycles, and multi-stakeholder decision processes.

• Comfortable working in an evolving and early-stage organisation, with an entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, scrappy, and excited to build something new in a rapidly evolving market.

What’ll be nice to have:

• Knowledge of Scope 3 emissions, insetting, carbon markets, or B-corp and sustainability reporting frameworks (i.e. SBTI, TCFD, CSRD)

• Familiarity with agricultural supply chains, rural development, regenerative agriculture, or nature-based solutions.

• Experience developing climate or sustainability strategies for large corporates.

How you’ll know you’re doing a good job

• You consistently build and advance a high-quality pipeline of corporate prospects.

• You help shift C-suite mindsets from funding short-term initiatives, carbon offset projects or reducing sustainability budgets to embracing direct, long-term regenerative supply chain investment.

• You close deals and create new partnerships that directly fund agricultural transitions and measurable climate outcomes.

• You become a go-to expert for companies exploring how to finance and scale regenerative agriculture.

The Role

CoppaFeel! is looking for a Head of Finance and Contracts to as we continue to grow and develop the organisation’s internal operations. As Head of Finance and Contracts, you’ll oversee all aspects of financial management and contractual compliance across the charity.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll be responsible for managing and developing our small finance team, while also leading on budgeting, funder reporting and forecasting. Alongside this, you’ll oversee the organisation’s contracts ensuring we’re operating in line with best practice and regulatory requirements.

This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that you will attend the London office at least two days per week. Part time can be considered for this role.

The Head of Finance and Contracts will sit within the CoppaFeel! Finance Team, report to the Finance Director, and line manage the Finance Officer and Finance Assistant.

Duties & Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management

• Line manage the Finance Officer and Finance Assistant, providing guidance, support, continuous improvement and performance oversight.

• Actively participate in Leadership Team meetings, contributing to the development and achievement of strategic objectives.

• Provide data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to inform long-term decision-making and business growth.

Financial Strategy & Reporting

• Lead the annual budgeting and reforecasting process, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.

• Oversee monthly management accounts; meet regularly with Heads of Department (HoDs)to monitor spend and evaluate impact.

• Support with the preparation draft statutory accounts and coordinate audit queries.

• Conduct financial analysis, working with HoDs to assess ROI across key projects and income streams.

Operational Finance

• Ensure the effective day-to-day running of the finance function, including payroll, VAT, cashflow, and working capital management.

• Maintain robust financial controls, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory and best-practice requirements.

• Identify financial risks and implement proportionate mitigation strategies.

Contracts, Funding & Governance

• Provide financial oversight for grant and corporate funding applications, ensuring financial viability and compliance.

• Oversee contracts with suppliers, partners, and funders, working with legal advisers where required.

• Support the Finance Committee reporting and cover for the Finance Director if necessary.

• Monitor and respond to changes in financial, legal, and regulatory requirements affecting the organisation.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications

Essential

• Fully or part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent), or equivalent senior-level financial experience.

• Proven experience in charity finance, working knowledge of SORP, compliance, contracting and supporting audits.

• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectively.

• Senior-level finance leadership experience, including budgeting, forecasting, management accounts, and statutory reporting.

• Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to provide clear financial insight to non-financial stakeholders.

• High level of integrity, accountability, and strong attention to detail.

• Strong technical proficiency in financial systems and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, accounting software).

Desirable

• Understanding of impact and ROI evaluation in a charity context.

• Experience supporting funding applications, particularly for grants and corporate partnerships.

The Role

CoppaFeel! is looking for a Head of Partnerships to deliver our Partnerships Team strategy for the duration of a maternity cover at CoppaFeel!. This role is crucial to fundraising at CoppaFeel! due to managing our largest partner, Asda, to an incredibly high level, as well as strategising and supporting the team to deliver all our other partnerships.

The Head of Partnerships will sit within the CoppaFeel! Fundraising Team and will work closely with the Director of Fundraising, other Heads of Departments and Partnerships Team. They will lead this team with their new business and account management.

Partnerships at CoppaFeel! are responsible for more than 50% of the income. Asda is our most valuable partner and requires a high level of attention and professional account management. There is a Partnerships Manager solely dedicated to Asda. There are a large number of other varying types and sizes of partnerships that also need to be overseen and opportunities within them maximised.

We also have an ambition to diversify our fundraising income and seeking new partners through our new business workstream is a priority for the team. Wherever possible, we strive to make our partnerships support our organisational mission of reaching young people with our life-saving message as well as ensuring they are able to raise funds for our work. The Head of Partnerships will be responsible for overseeing the new business efforts, and offering support and direction to the team. .

This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that you will attend the London office 2 days per week. You will be required to attend the office for quarterly team meetings, department meetings and in person training, we will provide plenty of notice for when you are required to be in for these purposes.

Duties & Responsibilities

Strategy

• Responsible for the management and delivery of the existing partnerships strategy, ensuring to continually review the efficiency of it, and where appropriate, make and implement changes

• Create and develop the Partnerships Team workplan for 2027

• Identify the key areas for improvement and inspire the team to take our partnerships to a higher level increasing income generation and maximising awareness raising opportunities

• Responsible for achieving forecasted targets contributing to the CoppaFeel! fundraising growth plan

• Ensure you are up to date with industry norms, fundraising climate and partnership trends

• Network in appropriate forums to constantly seek new opportunities that fit with the partnerships strategy

• Where possible, strive for partnerships that align with our strategic goals

• Use your expertise with our pipelines to forecast accurately and ensure the team are on track to hit target

• Ensure ROI and key performance metrics are used to make evidence based decisions

• Foster excellent working relationships with internal stakeholders ensuring members of the teams collaborate, for the successful delivery of our partnerships

• Ensure the team have a robust plan and focus on both reactive and proactive new business

• Ensure the team works efficiently and appropriately with partners based on their value to CoppaFeel!

• Create and continually monitor the full budget for Partnerships in agreement with the Director of Fundraising

• Responsible for all reforecasting and notifying SMT of notable changes

• Coordinate all appropriate members of SMT for partner relations

• Ensure the Partnerships strategy and delivery is able to reflect CoppaFeel!’s commitments to EDI and being youth-led.

Partnership Deliverables

• Support the Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager and Corporate Partnerships Manager on key deliverables of high-value partners; including senior stakeholder management, strategic and financial planning and event attendance

• Support the development of the new business strategy and securing new partners through attending meetings, participating in pitches etc

• Ensure all partners have up to date contracts and review any queries from the team. Work with SMT and external lawyers where required.

Management

• Provide effective leadership to the Partnerships Team. Offering guidance and support to ensure high-quality partnership strategy delivery, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.

• Directly line Manage at least two members of the partnerships team, ensuring ensuring they have annual performance reviews, learning and development plans, KPIs, and are supported to meet their fundraising targets

• Responsible for the knowledge of regulation relevant to corporate partnerships and fundraising including the Code of Fundraising Practice

• Make decisions based on what is best for the department and organisation

Administration

• Use Beacon CRM to its full potential to track partnerships progress

• Ensure systems are kept up to date including Beacon CRM, and CoppaFeel! shared Google Drive

• Keep workplan, diary and shared calendar up-to-date, shared communications across the organisation including admin such as desk booking systems, People HR, Weekly Round Up and contribute to team meetings

• Ensure excellent financial and legal records are kept including invoicing, contracts, payment chasing and team expenses, following CoppaFeel! finance policies

Leadership

• The Leadership team consists of SMT and Heads of Department, so this role is a leadership role

• Work with the leadership team to maintain the CoppaFeel! culture reflecting and championing the organisation’s values of positivity, creativity, community and impact

• Lead and inspire the Partnerships Team to meet their objectives and live the full CoppaFeel! values

• Work closely with all Heads of Departments to collaborate on projects and stay across the direction of all teams, in order to deliver CoppaFeel!’s organisational strategy

• Work with the Director of Fundraising and leadership in fundraising to set the ways of working and high performance of the team

• Champion corporate partnerships and fundraising across CoppaFeel! helping to develop a fundraising culture at the organisation

• Champion cross team collaboration, finding a way to embed fundraising across the CoppaFeel! culture whilst also demonstrating an understanding of other team’s priorities and strategies

• Undertake any other reasonable duties or responsibilities as required by the Charity, in line with the needs of the organisation.

The Clean Air Fund is looking for a Senior Analyst to join our Strategic Communications and Communications team in London, Delhi or Accra. This is an excellent opportunity to support the growth of a mission-driven organisation tackling one of the world’s biggest health challenges: air pollution.

This role supports the Clean Air Fund’s mission by providing strategic and operational assistance to the Private Sector Engagement team, Strategic Partnerships & Communications, and other core areas. Responsibilities include designing, managing, and evaluating philanthropic initiatives and programmes; overseeing projects, grants, and events; and developing partnerships and communications.
Working within a matrix structure, the postholder collaborates across multiple teams and task managers. Key duties include initiating, managing, and supporting grants, projects, and events organization-wide. The role requires independent workload management while reporting to managers accountable for the portfolio.

To be successful in this role you will have;

• Experience in grant/MEL design and management in the non-profit or philanthropic sector.

Coordinators and volunteers work closely with people who have been referred, to establish what matters to them and how best they can support them.

About CoppaFeel!

CoppaFeel! are the UK’s only youth focused breast cancer awareness charity, and we’re on a mission to get every 18-24 year old checking their chest. We educate people on the signs of breast cancer and encourage them to check their chests monthly, so that if they notice something unusual they are empowered to contact their GP and advocate for themselves.

We do this because when diagnosed early, breast cancer treatments are more effective and survival rates are higher. Early detection can save lives.

The Web and Email Manager will lead our digital presence across web, email, SEO, and paid search, crafting engaging campaigns that resonate with 18-24 year olds and inspire them to take action.
