The Assistant Director of Income Generation is responsible for driving income and engagement across our fundraising portfolio, including Individual Giving, Legacy, Community, Corporate, Trusts and Major Donors.  Ensuring we build and develop a breadth of strong relationships with supporters, and deliver a calendar of impactful appeals, fundraising activities and compelling propositions that maximise income and life time value.  The Assistant Director will work closely with the Director of Income and Engagement and the Assistant Director of Audience Engagement to ensure we deliver income targets and maximise opportunities to deepen understanding and commitment, ensuring decision making is driven by insight and analysis.

This role is part of the Together with Trussell programme, the goal of which is to build stronger connections with our supporters, partners and donors in order to increase funding, campaigning, and other forms of support for our work.  As a member of an enabling programme, this role is focused on the successful delivery of the Together with Trussell programme outcomes, which underpin and enable the outcomes of our 5 external programmes – together contributing to the fulfilment of our long term vision of a UK without the need for food banks.

Role responsibilities

· Lead the team to deliver our income generation strategy, meeting income targets based on long term financial forecasts, by driving growth and retention across existing supporters through outstanding stewardship and innovative products and activities that uplift and convert support, as well as proactively developing new opportunities, compelling propositions and relationships.

· Ensure that income reporting is accurate, timely, and accessible, and that teams are equipped with and utilising supporter data and insight to drive decision making.

· Maximise the opportunities for integration across our fundraising and mobilisation activity by working closely with the Assistant Director of Audience Engagement, and driving engagement and collaboration across teams.

· Develop and nurture stakeholder relationships across the organisation to support and champion fundraising.

Role Overview:
The Talent Set are delighted to be partnering with a fantastic charity to recruit a Senior Individual Giving Executive for a 4-5-month contract. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Individual Giving professional to lead on a range of exciting campaigns and help deliver exceptional supporter experiences across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver multi-channel Individual Giving campaigns for warm and cold audiences, including:
  • Cash appeals
  • Raffle and lottery asks
  • Regular giving activity
  • Supporter engagement pieces (welcome journeys, newsletters, stewardship content)
• Act as a mentor and positive role model to junior team members, sharing knowledge and supporting their development.
• Work with Individual Giving Managers to support the effective management of income and expenditure budgets.
• Collaborate across teams and departments to deliver integrated campaigns, streamline processes and contribute to new and innovative projects.

Person Specification:

• Proven experience delivering Individual Giving campaigns across print and digital channels.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Confident working with data and insight to monitor performance and inform improvements.
• Strong copywriting and supporter-centric content creation skills.
• Experience working with external agencies and suppliers.
• A collaborative team player with a warm, proactive and supportive approach.
• Able to mentor others and contribute to a positive, inclusive team culture.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities.

We are working in partnership with Dravet Syndrome UK (DSUK) a small independent UK charity dedicated to improving the lives of those affected by Dravet Syndrome. The charity was founded in October 2008 by a small group of 30 families. Today, DSUK is a registered charity helping nearly 600 families with support, education, and research services, underpinned by a world-class Medical Advisory Board.

They are now seeking a Head of Family Services, a newly created senior role to enable DSUK to drive forward with the implementation of their five-year strategic plan, including supporting and empowering families to access the support to which they are entitled in living with a complex and life limiting condition.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organisation and help guide the next stage of their development, enabling them to make a positive difference in the lives of more people affected by Dravet Syndrome in the UK.

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following essential criteria:

• Demonstrable ability to interpret and use current legislation and guidance to protect and/or advance people's rights and entitlements
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the confidence and ability to engage effectively with families, healthcare professionals, social workers and other stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex issues clearly and persuasively in written and verbal formats.
• Proven ability to provide high quality professional supervision (reflective practice) to qualified and unqualified staff, in order to maximise personal effectiveness and professional development
• Excellent organisational and teamworking skills to be able work remotely, manage and prioritise a varied caseload and delegate effectively

The successful candidate will be compassionate, skilled, hands-on and collaborative with significant experience of a working environment involving families with disability and/or complex needs (e.g. social care, health care, special needs education, disability law and/or family support in a similar organisation). You will have good working knowledge of disability law and other relevant statutory and regulatory frameworks, relevant organisations and agencies involved, and experience of an appropriate range of professional interventions. You will have demonstrable expertise and advanced training all aspects of safeguarding for children and vulnerable adults. You have proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support colleagues towards achieving shared goals.

Citizens Advice 1066 is looking for an organized and capable Project Manager to oversee the delivery of our advice initiatives, focusing primarily, but not exclusively, on our energy service. This role is essential for ensuring our projects meet their charitable goals in Hastings, Rother, and the surrounding areas.

What You'll Be Doing: Project Oversight and Delivery

You will manage the end-to-end delivery of assigned projects, ensuring they run efficiently, meet targets, and adhere to our quality standards and organizational values. This is a practical management role requiring attention to detail and good communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure effective setup: Establish all necessary processes, IT systems, and regular meetings required for successful project delivery.

• General Tasks: Carry out other project-related tasks as required to maintain smooth operations.
