This is a fully remote role, working as part of a well connected and collaborative team dedicated to helping school leaders build stronger schools through effective professional development. The successful application will be a confident, experienced marketeer with hands on experience of email campaign and event management, preferably in the charity sector but this is not essential.  A part time contract may be considered and availability from September would be an advantage.

Role Overview

Following a recent rebrand and the launch of a full-funnel sales and marketing strategy, Teacher Development Trust are looking for an experienced and proactive Marketing Manager to join our values-driven education charity on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

You will lead key delivery areas of the marketing function, focusing on planning, running and evaluating effective, segmented email campaigns, creating compelling assets, building trust through social proof and coordinating our presence at events. This role is hands-on, delivery-focused, and designed to help accelerate our reach and engagement with schools, partners, and the wider education sector in both the short and longer term. Generating quality leads and nurturing to conversion is the objective. The ability to apply previous marketing experience with confidence at pace is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Email Campaign Management

• Design and implement segmented email marketing campaigns that generate leads and drive nurture, conversion and engagement

• Collaborate with the wider team on content planning and audience targeting to support both brand and programme recruitment campaigns

• Monitor and report on performance; continuously test and improve subject lines, content, and CTAs and improve MQL generation and quality

Social Proof & Case Study Development

• Identify and secure testimonials, quotes, and stories from partners and participants

• Create and manage a bank of social proof materials to support sales and marketing campaigns

• Collaborate with delivery and research teams to gather impactful data and insights
   

Event Marketing

• Plan and coordinate TDT’s presence at national and regional events

• Manage pre-event promotion and post-event follow-up to support lead generation

• Coordinate logistics and event materials in collaboration with relevant colleagues
   

Campaign & Asset Development

• Lead the creation of on-brand marketing assets (e.g. brochures, presentations, case studies, leaflets, reports)

• Work with internal and external content creators to maintain high visual and editorial standards

• Ensure consistent brand tone and alignment across all materials
   

Collaboration & Coordination

• Work closely with the Director of Partnerships & Impact and other colleagues to ensure alignment with strategic goals

• Coordinate effectively with colleagues in Partnerships & Impact Team, Design & Delivery Team, and Operations Team to ensure a seamless customer journey

• Support the School Engagement Manager and Marketing and Recruitment Officer with content and campaign execution, including back up support for wordpress and social media

Who We're Looking For

• Proven experience in a marketing or communications role, ideally within a purpose-led or education-focused organisation, is essential

• Strong content and asset creation skills, confident briefing designers and writers as needed

• Experience co-ordinating, planning and running multi-touch, concurrent email marketing campaigns (Mailchimp, HubSpot, GMass or similar)

• Excellent organisational and project management skills; comfortable juggling multiple deadlines

• Ability to build relationships across teams and with external partners

• Comfortable working autonomously and taking ownership of projects from start to finish

• Bonus: experience with events and content production in a nonprofit or education setting

This role is central to the smooth running of our new regional programme. As Programme Coordinator, you’ll work closely with the Programme Manager to support delivery, coordination, communication/engagement and administration.

You’ll be involved in everything from troubleshooting and responding to enquiries from schools, to preparing materials for stakeholders, updating delivery and engagement records on our CRM database, and helping gather data on programme impact. You’ll also support the development of case studies and feedback that help us communicate the difference the programme is making.

What you’ll be doing:

Programme coordination & admin support

About The Role
We are recruiting for a Senior Participant Experience Manager to join on a part-time basis, working 21 hours per week (0.6 FTE) as part of a job share. This is a fixed-term contract until the end of October 2026.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our successful Events team, co-leading our 7-person Participant Experience team. Working closely with the other Senior Participant Experience Manager, you’ll be jointly responsible for identifying and delivering strategic projects and multi-channel supporter journeys to improve the supporter experience for all events participants, resulting in maximised income, retention and lifetime value.

You and your team will work across the Events team, adding value to our participants’ experience across our full range of products, from sign up to thanking and beyond. You’ll lead the team to drive cross product testing, learning and innovation. You will also maximise the impact of our communications across multiple channels, such as telephone, email, post, SMS, whilst pushing efficiencies by streamlining processes and ways of working across teams.

Working as part of the Events Management team you will contribute to the strategy and direction of the wider Events team.

About you
We’re looking for a strategic thinker who has a strong background in stewardship and customer experience with an understanding of the charity sector.

You will able to manage and inspire the team throughout busy and high-pressured events seasons. As a job share, strong collaboration and relationship building skills will be vital in this role.

Crucially, you will have a proven track record in developing and managing multichannel supporter journeys from planning to analysis. You will have experience of managing complex projects and will be confident in negotiating with and managing internal and external stakeholders, managing these vital relationships to ensure best practice and the best results for Alzheimer’s Society.

You will be data-savvy, with clear understanding of fundraising and data protection laws and have extensive experience streamlining and improving processes.

- Managing the supporter journey programme from initial contact through to event day and beyond.

To help us with this important mission, we are looking for a Delivery Officer for our North Region (covering Cheshire FA, Cumberland FA, Durham FA, Lancashire FA, Liverpool FA, Manchester FA, North Riding FA, Northumberland FA and Westmorland FA). As a Delivery Officer, you’ll play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of capital projects across a defined region – including 3G pitches, pavilions, grass pitch improvements, PlayZones and more. You’ll work closely with applicants and colleagues across the Foundation to help turn project ideas into reality, from early pipeline stages to pre-award. 

You’ll provide first-line support to applicants, coordinate project records, and contribute to grant assessments – ensuring each project meets our standards and supports our strategic aims. Over the last 22 years, the Foundation has awarded more than 23,000 grants to deliver outstanding grassroots facilities across England worth more than £877 million. Someone with hands-on experience supporting or delivering capital projects, grants, or community programmes—ideally within a grassroots sport or community setting. You’ll have a solid understanding of the challenges faced by local clubs and organisations, and a passion for helping them succeed. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with the ability to produce clear, concise reports to support decision-making. Confident using Microsoft 365 tools and managing project records digitally. We’re also looking for someone who can effectively plan and prioritise a busy and varied workload, and who thrives in a collaborative team environment while building positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.

The salary band for this role is £32,000 - £34,000 per annum, dependent on relevant skills and experience.

About the role 

This is an exciting opportunity to join Sustrans as part of the Policy and Communications directorate working on the biggest every survey of walking, wheeling and cycling in the UK and Ireland 

As the designer you will work as part of the team to support the production of 22 localised but visually consistent reports, you will be responsible for editing infographics, text and images. 

Key responsibilities include: 

• Deliver creative digital and print design projects from template to final output with support from the Senior Designer. This is likely to include multiple Walking and Cycling Index reports and social media assets.
• Independently (with training provided for specific tasks) use Adobe Creative Cloud applications, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Lightroom to create and edit materials 
• Work with a large amount of complex data to produce accurate, clear and engaging infographics.
• Support and comply with the Charity’s guidance on branding, tone of voice and key messages, positively contributing towards raising Sustrans’ profile.
• Create accessible print and digital materials and provide insight to ensure marketing materials are accessible.

About you 

You should have experience of producing digital print and materials using adobe Creation Cloud, as well as designing materials ensuring accuracy and high attention to detail. 

Other skills and Knowledge required 

• Adobe Creative Cloud – InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator skills for print and digital channels 
• Knowledge of design principles like visual hierarchy, contrast, accessibility and how to implement them in digital and print materials 
• Knowledge of design accessibility standards and approaches across all channels 
• Knowledge of how to present data in a clear, engaging way 
• Knowledge of version control and file naming conventions and storage

Your role

To lead on trust fundraising at SeeAbility and to grow and diversify trust and foundation income in line with SeeAbility’s aspirations.

Your responsibilities

• Lead on the development and delivery of a trusts strategy, overseeing the whole trusts portfolio, to generate agreed annual targets for SeeAbility.
• Be the charity’s expert in trust fundraising, adopting a data-driven approach, keeping abreast of sector developments and making the business case for change where appropriate.

• Work across the organisation to generate new and innovative ways to package up SeeAbility’s work to secure funding.
• To be responsible for setting, monitoring and reporting on income and expenditure budgets and key performance indicators
• To be responsible for developing and delivering the annual work plan for trusts fundraising
• Engage staff across the organisation in trust fundraising to support proposal development, reporting and stewardship and to grow the fundraising culture.

• Work closely with fundraising colleagues to cultivate a supportive and collaborative fundraising team.
