Fresh Futures is a regional charity working with vulnerable and disadvantaged children, young people and their families within Kirklees and surrounding areas. Our vision is that all young people have opportunities for a better life, now and in the future.

An exciting opportunity has become available within our Business Support team. We are looking for an enthusiastic Business manager who will play a vital role in managing and overseeing business requirements of the charity to support our mission.

The overall responsibilities of the role include:

  • Maximising the financial contribution and social impact from the use of our buildings, to support the charity's work
  • Management of the Business Support Administrative team to ensure effective and high-quality administration for the running and promotion of our service provisions. Ensuring the team take a services wide approach in their delivery of administrative tasks
  • Managing relationships with building users and tenants
  • Ensuring the charity has a warm and welcoming culture, backed by effective business support
