Over the past 47 years, the organisation has grown into a national charity with a powerful vision shared by dedicated volunteers, fundraisers, members, donors, healthcare professionals, partners, staff and bereaved parents and families. The organisation exists to reduce the number of babies dying and to ensure that anyone affected by the death of a baby receives the best possible care and support for as long as they need it.
This role is offered on a part-time 13-month maternity cover contract (24.5hrs/week) paying a salary of £47,107 pro rata plus £218 Home Worker Allowance per annum with flexible remote working arrangements and occasional travel.
Sitting in the Community and Events Team, the Digital Events Team is responsible for securing an annual income of £2.1 million from online fundraising activities. This role is key within the team and leads on the development and longer-term growth of the organisation's digital fundraising activities so to increase funds, engagement, and awareness. The post holder will be responsible for a team of 3 and have strategic oversight of the busy calendar of events that they manage. They will manage the organisation’s digital fundraising activities, explore and test new products and channels as they emerge, deliver exceptional behavioural supporter journeys, ensure income targets are achieved and make certain that the organisation continues to reach and retain new supporters.
They are looking for someone with a demonstrable track record of planning and managing digital fundraising activities, and demonstrate innovation and ambition in a challenging, competitive and fast-paced environment. They are looking for a candidate with demonstrable digital and social media skills with experience of producing and delivering advertising campaigns using a range of social media platforms, as well as experience of delivering world-class stewardship programmes for events. The post holder will be based from home, with a requirement to travel to schools and partner sites within Dorset and Hampshire (predominantly between Weymouth and Odiham). Fuel expenses are paid, and travel time is included as part of your working hours. Core delivery time is usually within the school working day and during school term time only. All other working hours can be managed with flexibility by the post holder to ensure that meetings with partners and colleagues, plus administrative tasks, are completed as required. You will be expected to work at least four days a week.

About the role:
Moving Medicine is an award-winning initiative of the Faculty of Sport and Exercise Medicine UK (FSEM) aimed at improving health through physical activity. It provides healthcare professionals with practical tools and evidence-based resources to promote physical activity in clinical practice. Moving Medicine is our free, award-winning initiative, designed to provide clinicians and allied health professionals with accessible, evidence based, condition specific information to help give advice on physical activity at all stages of a patient’s treatment pathway.
We are expanding our impact through the development of additional Moving Medicine resources for patients. This role will include project managing two large, interlinked projects, with time split across both:
One project is in conjunction with Nuffield Health, the project funders, will initially focus on publishing the newly built Moving Medicine Everyone website (due for publication in November 2025) and accompanying educational resources. The Project Manager will work closely with Moving Medicine clinicians, healthcare partners, stakeholders, and academic collaborators. A key aspect of this role will be to coordinate stakeholder engagement, facilitate collaborative input from academic and clinical experts, and support the demonstration of social impact through evaluation and dissemination activities. The successful candidate will be instrumental in aligning the project with strategic goals, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining strong relationships.
The other project, Moving Together, is a national collaborative initiative led by the FSEM in partnership with Active Partnerships National Office and funded by Sport England (National Lottery). The project is building a broad cross-sector network and aims to empower people with long-term health conditions to access physical activity by removing barriers, developing evidence-based frameworks, training resources, and governance structures that enable consistent, safe, and effective physical activity conversations across sectors and systems. Working closely with clinicians, patients, policymakers, and professional bodies, Moving Together connects national standards with local implementation, supporting workforce development, data-driven evaluation, and sustainable behaviour change to improve population health and reduce inequalities.
The Project Manager will split their time across both projects, which are closely connected in their goals and approach, and will play a key role in ensuring alignment and synergy between them. This includes supporting shared stakeholders, integrating learning and resources, and contributing to a unified strategy for improving physical activity access and outcomes for patients.

As a Senior Research Lead, with proven experience leading complex research projects, you’ll be responsible for Energy Saving Trust’s Energy Access research portfolio as part of the LEIA programme. You’ll shape and deliver our research strategy, manage and mentor the Energy Access research team, and build partnerships with leading organisations to produce high-quality research outputs.

The team
You’ll join our International Energy Access team, primarily working on the multimillion-pound Efficiency for Access Coalition including the Low Energy Inclusive Appliances (LEIA) programme that aims to double the efficiency and halve the cost of off- and weak-grid appliances in sub-Saharan Africa and South Asia. This programme is funded by UK aid, from the UK government via the Transforming Energy Access platform, and IKEA Foundation, and delivered by Energy Saving Trust in partnership with CLASP.
As part of the International Energy Access team, you’ll contribute to meaningful initiatives that have real-world impact on improving lives and livelihoods, while helping to address the climate emergency. What you’ll do
• Lead the planning, delivery and reporting of our Energy Access research portfolio.
• Identify research gaps and emerging trends, ensuring alignment with user needs and funder priorities.
• Oversee the delivery of high-quality research projects in partnership with academia, industry and consultants.
• Manage and mentor a small research team, supporting their development and performance.
• Build and maintain key relationships with partners, funders and stakeholders to expand our Energy Access research portfolio.
What you’ll bring
• Strong experience leading complex research projects using qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Proven record of managing high-performing teams and delivering results on time and on budget.
• Experience and knowledge of the energy access sector.
• Excellent analytical, writing and communication skills, with the ability to present technical information clearly.

In this newly created position, you will play a lead role in one of the world’s most innovative global programmes on fair digital finance. Working closely with consumer associations, regulators, policymakers and global partners in the digital finance ecosystem, and with a focus in low- and middle-income countries, the Lead will ensure that the voice of consumers informs digital finance reform.
As Advocacy and Regulatory Engagement Lead, your role will be to drive impactful policy and regulatory engagement under the Fair Digital Finance Accelerator. You will shape and implement advocacy strategies targeted at financial services regulators to strengthen consumer protection and resilience in digital finance, particularly in instant interoperable payment systems.
Representing the organisation in high-level forums, you will also champion innovation in consumer advocacy and ensure tangible impact in markets around the world. Your experience will combine political acumen, relationship-building skills and a network mindset, and you will be able to talk to stakeholders in the Financial Inclusion space with confidence.
Your experience;
- Proven experience in advocacy, government relations or public policy (ideally in financial regulation, consumer protection or digital policy).
- Demonstrated ability to influence regulatory or policy change in partnership with civil society or multistakeholder coalitions.
- Strong understanding of regulatory processes in low- and middle-income contexts and familiarity with digital finance ecosystems.
- Excellent relationship-building and networking skills, with experience facilitating collaboration across diverse stakeholders. Bringing in and utilising your connections with stakeholders in this space is highly desirable.
There is a unique opportunity to shape the role, and run with your ideas, therefore it is well suited to a pro-active self-starter, someone who is highly detail oriented and with strong project management skills.
- Salary: £45,000
- Full-time hours, 3 year FTC.
- This is a remote based role. Drawn to candidates living in European and East African time zones, to be able to effectively work with their team. There is no office, however, if you are London based, there is an option to meet at a co-working space weekly.

We are seeking an excellent communicator and strategic fundraiser who is creative, resilient, and highly motivated. The Head of Philanthropy will play a key role in shaping and delivering sustainable income growth through individual giving, and major donor engagement—ensuring our work is resourced for the long term.
The post-holder will report to the Strategic Director of Fundraising & Development, deputising as required, and will line manage the Development Administrator. This role is predominantly based at Leeds Playhouse with some scope for hybrid working, complementing the Strategic Director role (a part-time role, mostly working remotely).
This is a permanent, full time contract. We would like to fill a requirement for 35 hours per week, which is full-time for this role, with some flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required. However, we are open to hearing from people interested in part-time work or job sharing. Pay for the role is £35,700 per year based on 35 hours per week.
