Key Responsibilities
Content & Communications Coordination:

New Business Support:

Work with the Growth team to ensure they have comprehensive communications support, including email nurture sequences, lead generation assets, and campaign summaries.

Help track and update HubSpot data and monitor lead funnels for marketing activities.
Content Asset Management:

Ensure key product and campaign materials (e.g., PDFs, one-pagers, presentation decks) are up to date, accurately reflect current offerings, and are easily accessible to the wider team.

Co-ordinate with designers and video editors where needed, ensuring timely delivery and quality of work.
Reporting & Market Insight:

Support marketing reporting, tracking campaign sends, open/click rates, and basic lead activity via HubSpot.

Track competitor activity, messaging, and new ideas being developed in the sector to inform our strategy.

Help manage marketing activity calendars and provide internal communications updates on marketing initiatives.
Skills & Knowledge:

2–4 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or content coordination role, preferably within a SaaS company or B2B environment.

A confident writer and communicator, able to produce clear, concise, and compelling copy.

Detail-oriented, highly organised, and proactive, with excellent project coordination skills.

Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools like HubSpot or Mailchimp is a definite plus.

Resident Support & Casework

Person Specification
Essential Experience & Knowledge
· Lived experience of being LGBTQ+, or significant professional experience working with LGBTQ+ people
· Direct experience working in supported housing, homelessness or social care
· Sound working knowledge of homelessness law (Housing Act 1996, Homelessness Reduction Act 2017)
· Familiarity with Local Authority housing systems, allocations, and safeguarding processes

We are looking for a Supported Housing Support Worker to join our Worthing Foyer team. Main areas of responsibilities are:
Housing:
- Coach young people to manage their occupancy agreement and adhere to house rules, in preparation for independent living
- Promote a credit culture, encouraging young people to keep up to date with all payments for rent
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of housing and welfare benefits for young people and be well-informed on significant changes to housing law
- Deal effectively with non-compliance issues, such as non-payment of rent or damage to room, using restorative practices and working collaboratively with the rest of the team
Coaching and Engagement:
- Coach young people so they can articulate their aspirations and ambitions and take the lead in acquiring the skills they need to live independent and fulfilling lives
- Ensure young people are encouraged to take responsibility for their own personal development, to engage with the services on offer and build strong networks and connections within the local community
- Ensure consistent standards of safeguarding and Trauma Informed Practice when supporting young people, observing our safeguarding procedures, and keeping yourself and residents safe by respecting professional boundaries

The post holder will be working with socially isolated individuals to identify meaningfully enriching opportunities to reduce feelings of loneliness, some of whom may have complex and challenging welfare needs, to develop actions plans and coordinate support to overcome any barriers preventing successful connection into these enriching opportunities, assisting them by identifying appropriate support from within the RAF Benevolent Fund and the wider statutory and military charity sector.
The successful candidate will have experience of working in a social welfare role supporting individuals, have strong people and relationship-building skills, as well as empathy with or understanding of the issues affecting the Armed Forces community. Individuals with a social prescribing or working aged veteran support background are encouraged to apply.
This is a community-based position working from home but covering Hampshire, Wiltshire and West Sussex, delivering both remote and face to face support. RSPCA Sussex West, an independent branch of the National RSPCA network, supports the rescue, rehabilitation and rehoming of cats and dogs in the West Sussex area. Your caseload will be predominantly surgical (mainly neutering, dentistry and routine soft tissue surgeries), and you will be supported by a kennel supervisor, cattery supervisor, hydrotherapist, Animal Welfare Officer, 2 behaviourists, 2 receptionists, 11 Animal Care Assistants, and an experienced RVN.

In a nutshell, we are offering:

PURPOSE OF POST: To carry out veterinary duties to the animals at Mount Noddy.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Undertake veterinary duties as directed including theatre and wards.
- Progress and develop our veterinary welfare standards and supporting policies and procedures to that of exemplar status, in line with our charitable objectives and budgets.
- Maintain a current and progressive knowledge of animal welfare and surrounding topics in order to position Mount Noddy Animal Centre as a leading animal welfare charity.
- Support the development of our community welfare services in order to positively impact on animal welfare in our area.
- Work collaboratively with the Operations team, develop and implement robust and ethical decision-making processes to support the safe rehoming and welfare of our animals in line with the branch’s values and behaviours.
- Assume an active role in decision-making related to welfare and euthanasia.
- Provide operational decision making and direction on specific veterinary issues including appropriate referrals.
- Understand and comply with your legal obligations in relation to prescription, safe keeping and supply of Veterinary medicinal products.
- Maintain personal CPD as per RCVS guidelines.
- Provide expert advice and training to the Veterinary Nurse and Animal Care team.
- Ensure that all treatment given is in line with informed consent and in accordance with UK legislation and RCVS guide to professional conduct.

Purpose of the post
The Engagement and Involvement Lead will engage with young people, families, schools and other interest-holders in the process of designing, delivering and ensuring the best outputs from the Adolescent Health Study, and is critical for the success of the project. We are at the early stages of laying the foundations for this and in this new role we are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to co-ordinate and lead AHS’s cross-UK participant and public involvement and engagement activities.
This is a role that requires high levels of confidence, autonomy, enthusiasm and skill. The postholder will be responsible for delivering the project’s new Engagement and Involvement Strategy, including: establishing and coordinating a Young Persons’ Advisory Group for AHS; developing and delivering AHS public engagement and involvement activities; outsourcing and supervising engagement and involvement activities that are better provided by external partners; scoping and advising on which routes for involvement and engagement activities are best suited to different tasks.
Main responsibilities
Planning & strategy delivery
· Ensuring the study delivers the values and approaches set out in the AHS engagement and involvement strategy
· Planning, delivering and reporting on an ongoing, regular and important programme of engagement events and activities
· Reviewing/revising/adding to existing policies, processes and procedures to support effective working together with people and communities (such as reimbursement, compensation, making reasonable adjustments)
· Developing and implementing appropriate evaluation, monitoring and reporting of Community Engagement & Involvement

About the Role
