About The Felix Project 

The Felix Project is London’s largest food redistribution charity. Our vision is a London where good food is never wasted, and no one goes hungry. We aim to reduce the negative impact food waste has on the environment by working with the food industry to rescue high quality surplus produce, that would otherwise have gone to waste. This food is sorted at one of our four depots or turned into meals in Felix’s Kitchen. It is then distributed to over 1,200 community organisations, such as food banks, homeless shelters and primary schools, all of whom are working within communities across London to feed people experiencing hunger.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Initial set up 8:00am at orchard site each day 
• Carry out Dynamic Risk Assessment each morning
• Meet, greet and check in volunteers on arrival
• Support volunteers with way finding from train station to farm
• Introduction and H&S briefings for volunteers
• Manage all aspects of picking, stacking, loading of fruit
• Arrange lunch and refreshments for volunteers
• Liaise with farmer/on-site contact day-to-day
• Liaise with Haulier to arrange collections and deliveries 
• Liaise with the depot teams regarding deliveries
• Lead & support where necessary on all farm outreach activity
• Any other duties as directed by line management

What You'll Do

Salesforce Administration:

• Manage Salesforce CRM including user management, permissions, system configuration, and security
• Deploy updates, maintain custom fields and flows, and ensure data integrity

• Process and maintain data from multiple external platforms and income sources
• Keep supporter records up to date including addresses, direct debit details, and preferences

This role will take the lead on the day-to-day operational delivery of fundraising campaigns, including campaign planning, financial management, working across teams and departments and line management. This role will focus on managing the warm programme, bringing in around £1.2 million per year. Also, supporting the recruitment and stewardship of donors to achieve the best supporter experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• To assist the Senior Individual Giving Manager to develop and implement an effective supporter acquisition and development strategy to maximise the lifetime value of supporters and the long term sustainable net income raised.
• To manage income and expenditure budgets on a monthly and annual basis.
• To lead on the development and implementation of an effective programme to recruit and develop supporters using a range of channels, including but not limited to direct mail, telemarketing, face-to-face fundraising, DRTV and digital, and products including cash, raffle, regular giving, weekly lottery.
• To line manage up to 3 direct reports.
• To project manage several projects and fundraising campaigns simultaneously as directed by the Senior Individual Giving Manager.
• To support, implement and promote the charity’s Fundraising strategy and vision.

Person Specification:

• Substantial direct marketing experience, ideally gained in a large organisation, and a strong understanding of Individual Giving fundraising, with a track-record of success.
• Significant experience of managing print-led fundraising campaigns, plus at least two other channels such as email, social media, telemarketing, F2F, DRTV.
• Experience of planning, implementing and evaluating Individual Giving campaigns/projects, including both fundraising appeals and strategic or process change projects.
• Understanding of how to effectively manage and motivate direct reports.
• Experience of developing and managing complex project budgets.
• Experience of using internal performance data and insight to inform future planning, including compiling reports and evaluations, and an understanding of a test and learn approach.
• Experience of working with colleagues across corporate departments to achieve common goals.
• Experience of external agency management and evaluation.

About the Role

You will ensure the effective maintenance and development of Salesforce to support The Access Project’s programme delivery, volunteer recruitment, and partnerships management. You will have full oversight of the system, independently making updates (e.g. reports, fields, custom objects, flows, and user management) and escalating complex needs to Impact Box or the line manager. As the first point of contact for user requests, you will assign and manage queries to ensure timely resolution. The platform integrates with Moodle, requiring collaboration across teams to support online learning and ongoing functionality improvements aligned with organisational goals.

Role responsibilities include:

· Salesforce administration, including managing user roles, permissions, page layouts, custom objects, and flows.

· Troubleshooting issues, data cleansing and implementing secure system changes.

· Evaluating and deploying Salesforce updates, manage Mass Action Schedulers and document workflows. Advising on system development viability and working in sandbox environments to test and deploy changes effectively.

About You

Someone with previous experience implementing, configuring, or administering Salesforce (1-2 years) would be ideal, as would having experience in an educational or non-profit organisation, but this isn’t essential.

Skills and Competencies:

· Salesforce administration: Ability to manage and maintain user accounts, profiles, roles, and permissions.

· Reporting and dashboards: Knowledge of how to configure and maintain custom report types, reports, and dashboards

· Customisation and configuration: Ability to configure, build, and maintain custom Salesforce functionality including custom objects, fields, page layouts, process builders, flows, and workflows

· Data cleaning: Good knowledge of Excel to cleanse and analyse data (knowledge of Power Query desirable)

· Integration: Knowledge of Salesforce integrations such as Form Assembly or Zapier (desirable), and how to import and export data into Salesforce using Dataloader, XL Connector, or equivalent

About the Role

As part of the Strategy, Finance, and Operations Team, the Insight and Evaluation Manager will be responsible for ensuring all teams have the right data to deliver, monitor, and fund our programme in a timely and effective way. You will manage, analyse, interpret and present data, most of it recorded on Salesforce, in order to enhance the quality of delivery, maximise the achievement of outcomes by participants, and ensure that our programme is fully funded.

You will support this growth plan by ensuring that our data-related systems are efficient and scalable. Working  closely with the rest of the Technology and Insights team, you will help identify areas across the organisation that are in need of improvement and work to develop and implement improvements in our data-related processes.

Role responsibilities include:

· Data analysis, monitoring, and evaluation

· Manage one part time staff member working on data insights and systems
