Andover Mind is now seeking to appoint a new Chief Executive Officer to lead the senior leadership team providing leadership, developing and implementing Andover Mind’s strategic and operational plans and leading on income generation, partnership and business development and for being an effective advocate for the charity and its beneficiaries.

About The Role
We are recruiting for a Senior Participant Experience Manager to join on a part-time basis, working 21 hours per week (0.6 FTE) as part of a job share. This is a fixed-term contract until the end of October 2026.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our successful Events team, co-leading our 7-person Participant Experience team. Working closely with the other Senior Participant Experience Manager, you’ll be jointly responsible for identifying and delivering strategic projects and multi-channel supporter journeys to improve the supporter experience for all events participants, resulting in maximised income, retention and lifetime value.

You and your team will work across the Events team, adding value to our participants’ experience across our full range of products, from sign up to thanking and beyond. About you
We’re looking for a strategic thinker who has a strong background in stewardship and customer experience with an understanding of the charity sector.

About the role 

This is an exciting opportunity to join Sustrans as part of the Policy and Communications directorate working on the biggest every survey of walking, wheeling and cycling in the UK and Ireland 

As the designer you will work as part of the team to support the production of 22 localised but visually consistent reports, you will be responsible for editing infographics, text and images. 

Key responsibilities include: 

• Deliver creative digital and print design projects from template to final output with support from the Senior Designer. This is likely to include multiple Walking and Cycling Index reports and social media assets.
• Independently (with training provided for specific tasks) use Adobe Creative Cloud applications, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Lightroom to create and edit materials 
• Work with a large amount of complex data to produce accurate, clear and engaging infographics.
• Support and comply with the Charity’s guidance on branding, tone of voice and key messages, positively contributing towards raising Sustrans’ profile.
• Create accessible print and digital materials and provide insight to ensure marketing materials are accessible.

Your role

To lead on trust fundraising at SeeAbility and to grow and diversify trust and foundation income in line with SeeAbility’s aspirations.

Your responsibilities

• Lead on the development and delivery of a trusts strategy, overseeing the whole trusts portfolio, to generate agreed annual targets for SeeAbility.
• Be the charity’s expert in trust fundraising, adopting a data-driven approach, keeping abreast of sector developments and making the business case for change where appropriate.
• Develop and enhance relationships with existing trusts, delivering first-class stewardship, making appropriate and timely applications to secure agreed annual budget and ensuring that all reporting is completed in line with guidelines.
• Focus on new business and lead on creative, inspiring and professional proposals to trust and statutory funders that operate within the charity’s values and ethical policy.
• Manage, support and mentor the Trusts Fundraiser to secure funds from trusts and statutory sources of income. To lead any further expansion of the trust team in the future if the opportunity arises.
• Implement the systems, tools and procedures to proactively identify new funders that align with SeeAbility’s strategy and ethical policy.
• Work across the organisation to generate new and innovative ways to package up SeeAbility’s work to secure funding.
• To be responsible for setting, monitoring and reporting on income and expenditure budgets and key performance indicators
• To be responsible for developing and delivering the annual work plan for trusts fundraising
• Engage staff across the organisation in trust fundraising to support proposal development, reporting and stewardship and to grow the fundraising culture.
• Ensure all trust records are kept up-do-date on the database.
• Work closely with fundraising colleagues to cultivate a supportive and collaborative fundraising team.

Job Title: Experienced Associate Independent Investigating Officers (IOs) for Stage 2 Complaints (This role sits within our Independent Person for Complaints (IPC) service)

Location: Associate Independent Investigating Officers for Complaints primarily work from home. About the role

We are seeking additional experienced Associate Independent Investigating Officers (IO) for Complaints, to increase our capacity to respond to referrals from Local Authorities to provide an independent element to the formal Stage 2 investigations under the Children Act 1989.

The IO will lead investigations, and will give the complainant (who may be a child, young person or adult) the opportunity to express their view, ensure the child or young person’s rights and best interests are at the centre of the investigation and that the investigation/review process is open and transparent. They write a report on the investigation/review, which is submitted to the referring agency.

The Job Description document sets out the expectations for an Associate Independent Person for Complaints (IPC) who is approved by Coram Voice. IPCs are independent, freelance and responsible for their own work. Nevertheless, IPCs are accountable to the organisation for their professional standards and are expected to comply with Coram Voice Code of Ethics and Practice Guidelines.

Please note: the nature of associate work means that we cannot guarantee a regular amount of work, and complaints will be allocated dependent on the associate’s availability, location and the needs and demands of the individual case. Investigation work takes place Monday to Friday within working hours. This position is not suitable for applicants who already work or have commitments more than two days within the working week.
