Overall job purpose
The post-holder will play a key role within the Initiatives and Partnerships team, working with regional teams to develop and implement proposals to expand use of historic churches in our existing estate and, on occasion, working with other heritage and community groups to deliver their own projects via consultancy or partnership work.
They will manage a programme of work that will include a number of site-specific projects and national initiatives across multiple sites, as well as from time to time working with third parties on partnership or consultancy projects.
The Partnerships Officer will support regional teams and communities to scope and develop projects, supporting feasibility, options and project development work as well as business planning, project management and funding. The post-holder will also work closely with colleagues in conservation and regional teams to make sure that impacts on both areas are fully considered, whilst in tandem seeking to maximise opportunities to expand and increase commercial activity, income and ultimately profitability.

Key responsibilities
Customer Service and bookings
- Deliver friendly, helpful support across email, phone, live chat, and social channels.
- Advise customers on suitable products and bookings based on their needs.
- Meet service standards, SLAs, and brand guidelines to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Manage bookings pre-visit and provide post-visit aftercare.
Administration
- Process bookings and enquiries using internal systems (e.g. SharePoint, Cinolla, Zendesk).
- Handle payments, invoices, and basic financial tasks.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Centre Support
- Plan activity programmes tailored to group needs.
- Coordinate with centre teams to ensure smooth customer journeys.
- Support compliance, safety checks, and operational procedures.
What you’ll need:
- Prior experience in providing high-quality customer service
- Prior experience in outdoor education, residential centres or a related industry
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication.
- Attention to detail and organisational skills.

About the role
As Team Leader, you will oversee Redthread’s delivery at Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Woolwich, alongside any associated community work in the local area.
You will lead the Youth Violence Intervention Programme within a healthcare setting, supporting young people aged 11 to 25 who attend hospital following an incident of violence, or where there are concerns around exploitation or extra-familial harm.
You will manage and support a team of Youth Workers, ensuring the service runs effectively and delivers meaningful outcomes. This includes direct work within the hospital and continued support following discharge, helping young people access the support they need in a way that works for them.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, manage and develop a team, including recruitment, supervision and appraisals, while supporting wellbeing and performance
- Embed Catch22’s vision and values in day-to-day service delivery
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of all service user activity in line with data and contract requirements
- Oversee operational risk, health and safety, safeguarding and governance in line with organisational and commissioner expectations
- Carry out regular case file audits in line with policy
- Manage referral allocation and ensure effective caseload management across the team

What you’ll bring
- Relevant qualification in youth work, health and wellbeing or similar, or equivalent experience

Role Description
The Data and Insights Officer plays a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless, high‑quality experience for students prior to joining an SEO London programme. The postholder will support data analytics, uphold data integrity, and drive continuous improvement across the participant journey. This role works closely with programme delivery and Impact teams and reports to the Head of Programme Delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Student journey and experience
- Monitor student engagement and communications outside selective programmes.
- Support smooth technical transitions between divisions (Schools → Careers → Alumni).
- Deliver, develop, and quality‑assure student support outside selective programmes, including the SEO Elevate Programme and Student Portal resources.
Data Integrity and systems management
Support and monitor cross-team compliance with playbooks to maintain high data integrity
Manage mass data monitoring and correction activities to ensure database accuracy.
Improve Salesforce adoption by providing internal training, guidance, and support tools.
Update and refine workflows and playbooks that improve data quality and consistency of the student experience
Delivery Performance Monitoring
Standardise programme evaluation processes and analyse results to identify themes that inform continuous improvement.
- Embed student voice by capturing stories, insights, and feedback, including through engagement with the SEO Champion Youth Advisory Group.
- Develop Salesforce dashboards to support programme delivery teams in monitoring performance against key KPIs.
- Attend events to collect student stories, testimonials, and quality observations.
Reporting and Analysis
- Support delivery teams with firm end-of-cycle reporting and ad-hoc firm queries
- Oversee the Post-Internship/Post-Spring feedback process reporting on themes internally
- Support the Impact team with data analysis and reporting as required
Skills and Experience

Technical Skills
