The Role
As Programme Delivery Manager, you’ll be leading the delivery of our tutoring programme and helping shape its future as we grow.
You’ll build strong relationships with schools, support hundreds of volunteer tutors, and make sure our pupils receive effective, and impactful online tutoring sessions.
Location: Hybrid – 3 days a week in our central London office
Contract type: Full-time, permanent (37.5 hours per week)
Salary: £34,000–£39,000 (depending on experience)

East London Apartments provides 24 hour accommodation based support for up to 31 individuals with complex histories, multiple traumas, complex personality disorder(s) and a varied, disrupted housing history with experience of homelessness as well as individuals who have been diagnosed with severe and enduring mental health conditions who are under the Care Programme Approach (CPA).
East London Apartments implements and promotes the Psychologically Informed Environment (PIE) model. This is an approach which was developed to support people out of homelessness, in particular those who have experienced complex trauma or are diagnosed with a personality disorder. However, its application is far broader than only homelessness. It considers the psychological needs of staff: developing skills and knowledge, increasing motivation, job satisfaction and resilience.
When working with individuals with complex needs, who may display challenging, chaotic behaviours, regularly testing boundaries and have experienced multiple traumas as a result of abuse, neglect, years of street homelessness, or long stays in mental health hospitals, it is integral that the post holder is motivated to support individuals to progress. They should continually hold aspirations for individuals despite multiple setbacks, and display emotional resilience, able to process challenging incidents and remain motivated to deliver excellent support.Night Support Workers enable people with particular needs to manage their tenancies and live independent lives of their choosing in the community. Night Support Workers are responsible for ensuring continuity of a support service at night and for keeping customers and the building safe.

You’ll join our International Energy Access team, primarily working on the multimillion-pound Efficiency for Access Coalition including the Low Energy Inclusive Appliances (LEIA) programme that aims to double the efficiency and halve the cost of off- and weak-grid appliances in sub-Saharan Africa and South Asia. About the Role
The role of the Media Officer is to support Reprieve’s communications through traditional and social media, in support of the organisation’s strategic and fundraising objectives. You will be responsible for building relationships with journalists, providing media advice to Reprieve staff, and working with colleagues to ensure external messaging is consistent in quotes, briefings, social media content, and on Reprieve’s website. You will help to find and develop stories, collaborating with journalists and external partners on media that has an impact: revealing human rights abuses, shaping policy and raising the profile of our clients.
The successful candidate will have excellent writing and communication skills, and a proven ability to produce exceptional work under pressure. They will have a deep understanding of all forms of media and how to use these platforms for maximum impact, and a track record of securing media coverage on challenging issues.
Length and Salary
This is a full-time role on a one-year fixed term contract, subject to extension depending on funding. The annual salary is £42,193 per annum less any required deductions for income tax and national insurance.
This role is based in Reprieve’s London office. Reprieve operates a hybrid working model and we require staff to work 40% of their working hours from the London office and the rest of the week from home.

As Strategic Communications Lead you will drive powerful narratives, campaigns, and events that champion consumer rights in the digital finance world. You will ensure that all outputs from the digital finance programme are effectively communicated to Consumers International Members, relevant regulators and consumer protection authorities, funders and global partners.
In this high-impact role, you’ll manage the communications and production of global thought leadership and events, including their flagship report, The Consumer Experience of Digital Finance, and a series of Policy Impact Forums to support consumer-regulator dialogue. You will ensure that all outputs from their digital finance programme reach the critical audiences – regulators, consumer protection authorities, funders and global experts – that can act on them.
What you’ll do:
- Develop and deliver compelling multi-channel communications strategies (via case-studies, blogs, social media, reports, newsletters) that spotlight the impact of their work.
- Bring global programmes to life through storytelling, strategic content, and media.
- Lead the production and promotion of major events—including their flagship Policy Impact Forums—connecting consumers, regulators, and decision-makers.
- Translate programme insights into impactful messaging for their global network—Members, regulators, funders, and partners.

Your experience:
